I have applied for a loan in Cashe and got approved by 31st Jan, 24. Till this moment the amount is not disbursed, status in the application is "Processing". But as part of the document collection they have already taken my signed e-nach for auto debit. I tried contacting the customer executive who has helped to complete the application, not responding. Tried to escalate over mail 7 times, the response was very pathetic as they're facing technical issues from the bank side so n so. And within 5 days the issue will be resolved. But no relevant actions were taken till now. I am worried that even before getting the loan amount I may have emi or not. I reached out to them out of an emergency and I was expecting the money within hours. This was such a shock for me at that moment when I was trying hard to get the required amount.

        As per their policy, upon approval, loan amount has to be disbursed within a few hours or within a day. It has been 5 days since approval and I keep sending Cashe team emails. Their response is always a standard template. No one to talk to. If there was this delay, it should be informed in advance before applying as it gives the customer the choice to decide whether to go ahead with cashe or another lender. This is dismal and pathetic. I don’t understand how these companies are working now. They define their terms and then change it at random. Loan is taken for an immediate requirement which is why all signatures and e mandate is done on time. After all this, cashe doesnt care to even properly respond.

        This is the response from CashE. This is no different from the previous email. Absolutely nonsensical response.
        CashE sends a whatsapp message asking do you still want to continue loan disbursal or terminate contract since disbursal is delayed. Which company does this after all the approvals? Now they dont want to respond to anything. No customer care to talk to or complaint. Only emails when tickets raised are all general and template mails. They will respond back here stating they will do the necessary and then send personal email stating its still taking time. Horrible experience. If you need funds in emergency this is not the right place. Im still in need of funds and cashe doesnt provide support despite collecting all documents, verification, e mandate and auto debit sign. Strange.

          Hello team,

          My Customer Id is: 1853625. I've applied for a loan on Cashe on 24th Jan, 2024. After finishing up with the application process, I've got an update that, loan will be disbursed soon. But, since then it's been close to a month and yet not disbursed.

          Hence, I'd request you to intervene and speed up the disbursement to make sure the money is disbursed asap.

          It's gonna be a month since the loan was approved and ready for disbursement. Please don't ask me to be patient. I've been very patient and been very composed. Kindly disburse the loan asap! Unless it's an emergency, no body would ask for a loan I guess. You better understand that and process the loan asap.

          The scheduled emi date is 24-02-24. The disbursement hasn't been credited and the EMI date is closing by. I'd request you to disburse the amount and change the EMI date ASAP.

            I still haven’t received the amount yet and as of now I am not need of it anymore so I want to cancel it because what if they process the amount and I am not okay with it anymore and they don’t have option to cancel it.
            This is totally wrong. I don’t want to pay unnecessary interest later.

                After repeated of email my problem is yet to be solved and i get the same reply from them.{e would like to inform that your loan application has been approved from our end. However, we are facing some technical issues while disbursing funds.

                Please be assured, we have taken up the matter with the bank. The tentative ETR provided by bank is 05 working days from the date your loan is approved.

                As soon as the issue gets resolved, you shall receive the loan disbursal in your bank account.

                We would also like to assure that your repayment date will be considered from the date of loan amount transferred to your bank account and it will accordingly get updated in your CASHe account.

                We regret the inconvenience and thank you for your patience and understanding.}

                this is pathetic.

                its already been more then 5 working day still your cashe support team send me the same email again & again.

                Despite raising 3 to 4 tickets, I received the same auto-generated resolution stating that the loan is approved and pending with my bank. If you cannot process the loan amount, please communicate that instead of keeping people waiting for weeks with no resolution.

                Loan money is not credited to account and already EMI dates are reflecting. this is ridiculous. NO customer support so far, if i call no one picks and just call gets ended automatically. this company is scamming every one. please take serious action. it causes mental trauma each day .

                simply there is a response from the cashe company but actually there is no action taken so far . still im waiting for a valid action/response from the company, it's been more than 10 days, no reply for the ticket in raised in the app or the mails i have sent . simply they keep responding over social media 'sent to concerned dept', 'will be resolved in 24-48 hrs', so n so ...im not sure what the company is upto after customers signing e-mandate. please take serious action.

                So, as per bhanix when will this be resolved?

                I told you guys earlier also that I can't wait till eternity.
                Now, I do not require any loan.
                I required an instant loan on 8th Feb and it's already been 13 days now.

                So, I wish terminate my loan application now within immediate effect.

                In case, you still disburse the loan amount then I would be having no other option except reporting F.I.R against you company.

                I repeat, kindly terminate my loan application CLN#13926439 immediately since you were unable to provide me an instant loan since 13 days.

                  I had re-applied for Loan in CASHe on 7th Feb. till date it’s showing as loan amount is processing. Have received emails from you stating that loan is approved but due to technical reasons it’s taking time to transfer, it’s been a week already the issue is still still not resolved . I have always paid the EMI on point and when I needed the same from the app it’s taking lot of time which is unfair . Please disburse the money . Need this help .

                    I have taken a loan from Cashe of Rs 1 Lacs, I have paid 2 emis without any delay. But i could not pay 3rd one on time and it has delayed by 8 days. Instead of sending me the reminders they have started taking out numbers from my phone’s contact list and have started calling them. This is serious, they can not keep the privacy of their client. They are revealing the loan details to all contacts without my consent. This is a serious breach of privacy and needs to be stopped.

                        I applied for a loan on cashe but the status is showing proceeded but no amount has been credited.Its been already 5 days . I am in medicale emergency an dapplited i equest cashe to disburse amount immediately .

                        i tried reaching out to their customer executive but, they are blocking my no. and no receiving calls and sending system generated mails like:

                        Greetings from CASHe.

                        We would like to inform that your loan application has been approved from our end. However, we are facing some technical issues while disbursing funds.

                        Please be assured, we have taken up the matter with the bank. The tentative ETR provided by bank is 05 working days from the date your loan is approved.

                        As soon as the issue gets resolved, you shall receive the loan disbursal in your bank account.

                        We would also like to assure that your repayment date will be considered from the date of loan amount transferred to your bank account and it will accordingly get updated in your CASHe account.

                        We regret the inconvenience and thank you for your patience and understanding.

                          Hello,

                          This is regarding my loan application number #CLN3168949. The loan was approved on FEB 07, 2024 but has not yet been disbursed.

                          I’ve tried raising this concern through tickets multiple times but have not received the funds yet. Every time the ticket is raised, I keep getting an automated response from the team.

                          I’ve applied the loan for an emergency situation that prevails in the family right now.

                          I would really appreciate if my loan is disbursed fast.

                            #CLN12065389 My CASHe Customer ID is 12065389. I've applied for a personal loan from my CASHe approved credit line on 1st Feb 2024 and today is 13th Feb 2024. 13 days have passed but my loan has not been disbursed. What kind of Instant personal loan is this? Will I ever get the loan amount credited to my bank account? How many more 24 to 48 hours will be needed to credit the loan amount to my bank account? That too from my approved credit line? Customers pay such high interest rates to get loans instantly as promised, and not to wait for months to get the loan amount. Please help.

                            I've received the loan amount today after 21 days from my loan application. I had to send multiple reminders to CASHe. Their disbursement process should be improved in the future.

CASHe customer support has done nothing to credit the loan amount to my bank account. This is affecting my CIBIL score as well. Please help. I need the loan amount urgently.

                            #CLN12065389 My CASHe Customer ID is 12065389. If it's not possible to disburse the loan from your end then please cancel my loan ASAP. It's been 19 days since my loan application, but the loan amount has not been disbursed till date. A late loan is like no loan at all. Therefore, please cancel my loan application at the earliest if it's not possible for you to disburse it on time. 19 days time for a loan disbursement is too much. Kindly let me know once my loan is disbursed or cancelled. I no longer want to avail the loan if it takes even more time.

                              My Name is Sagar Gupta, I applied for a personal loan on 16 Jan 2024 but till date my loan amount has not been disbursed . Almost one month has passed and my loan amount has not been disbursed. Please tell me why you are taking so much time in disbursement. You are making fun and wasting people's time and playing with the patience level of the customer.If you do not want to give loan then reject the loan application why showing loan application under processing and fund disbursement under processing. Please escalate my request if you did not do these then please cancel my loan application. I saw your review and customer request on a consumer complaint website. Bad customer service and thousands of applications are pending loan disbursement. I have sent 20 e-mails regarding this but no solution is received. Please do the needful.

                                    I have applied for loan on[protected]. And till today the loan amount is not credited i have raised more than 6 tickets and all time the reply was the same as below

                                    "We wish to inform you that your recent loan application with CASHe has been approved. However, please expect some delays in disbursals as the disbursement process involves multiple banking partners, and any delays within the banking network, such as transaction processing times or communication delays, can impact the overall timeline. While we are actively communicating with our banking partners to shorten the turn around times, these process do involve some complexities and hence will affect the disbursal time. "

                                    Please either resolve my problem or atleast tell me estimated date of disbursement.

                                      Applied for loan on dec 14 a d said will get credited soon. Its been 2 months and still not credited. Whenever I raised a ticket same automated message from customer service that it will be credited in 5 business days. Its disgusting and pathetic

                                      Its outrageous as you keep saying its been forwarded to concerned team. And to this day nothing i sorted. I feel that there is no team like that and that CashE us going through debt and have no money to disburse. If that is the scenario the basic courtesy you should have is inform your customers and say the amount cannot be disbursed. Its almost as if CasE is making fool of its so called valuable customers

                                      Its the same rebuttal message from cashe team stating its ben forwarded to concerned team and it will get disbursed soon. Its been 4 months now and there is still no update. Does it take 4 months to disburse an amount? We are all educated people here so this is giving wrong info to me as a customer and i have decided to move legally and i will be claiming for emotional and mental stress as claim amount
