Earlier loan application was cancelled after 13 days with my consent. They told me that some techincal issues with the transfer of amount and I can reapply. It will be transferred in no time. But after 3 days it is showing as processing . The same thing as earlier application. Now I think it is a scam... they don't have money.. taking applications only... not rejecting nor transferring the amount.

8 days passed .. earlier application was canceled after 16 days. Asked me to reapply. the same thing is happening after reapply. 8 days passed. we all are applying loan for emergencies. How could it help if taking so many days. App is calming that instant approval and disbursement. Taking more than 20 days and still processing is not that we expect from an instant loan app.

Earlier I applied for a loan from my approved Credit line. After 15 days one of executive called me and said they are cancelling the application due to some technical issues and I can reapply after that. I had reapplied. It's 9 days passed and showing processing as the earlier. Raised so many tickets, send several emails.. but automated replies only from your side . Either you cancel it or transfer the money. We apply for loan on some emergency. How it help if it takes such a long time. CLN 4132745

    The loan has got sanctioned on 20th February 2024. But the amount has not been disbursed yet to me.

    I wrote several mails to [protected]@cashe.co.in. Received the below reply. But no action thenafter:

    Dear Customer,

    We are happy to inform you that your loan application has been approved. However, we are facing some technical issues while disbursing funds. This delay is primarily due to the recent implementation of heightened security protocols at our banking partner's end, designed to safeguard your funds.
    We are actively engaged in expediting this crucial process both internally and in collaboration with our banking partners to ensure a prompt release of your funds. We sincerely appreciate your patience, and we are committed to delivering a seamless experience for you.
    As a result of this, your repayment date will be considered from the date of loan amount transferred to your bank account and it will accordingly get updated in your CASHe account.
    Thank you for your understanding, and we will keep you updated on the progress.

    The customer care number given in this forum i.e., +[protected] is not correct. Also the customer care number they are asking us to contact i.e.,[protected] is working but no one is attending the call. Keep getting the message as "All our executives are buzy at this moment".

    Moreover, even before the disbursement - my account is showing the EMI schedule and next due date is at 20th of March i.e., in next 15 days. Please cancel the Auto-Debit mandate - if you cannot disburse the loan amount.

      I have applied loan on Jan 27 th and it got approved on the same day itself. But till now amount not received. I have raised many tickets and they are closing it without providing a solution. I have sent so many mails and they will send some automated reply without even reading the content. There is no proper customer care and not able to contact them. We are applying loan with this much interest because of our emergency.Even after one month also the amount is not credited means why they are approving the loan. For the past one month it is showing transfer under process. Please disburse the amount immediately as I have applied for an emergency

                It has been two days and the disbursement has not been completed. I don't know what the issue is but i tried calling their customer care as well. No reply from the team. Please check about the disbursement.

                They are not even replying. It's been four days now. The status is showing in process of disbursement. The call centre team doesn't answer the calls. Tickets raised are being auto closed without any resolution. Are the loans really being disbursed?

                    My Cashe loan was approved and it was not disbursed event after 9 days. I tried to contact them in whichever available platform but Still there is no response from the Cashe side. It has been 9 days and the approved loan amount was not disbursed.

                    I need the loan amount funds urgently for medical emergency and I trusted cashe to get funds instantly but this is the situation after 9 days.

                    Again i am requesting please process my loan as soon as possible.

                      Hello team,

                      My Customer Id is: 5439534. I've applied for a loan on Cashe on 8th Feb, 2024. After finishing up with the application process, I've got an update that, loan will be disbursed soon. But, since then it's been close to a month and yet not disbursed.I have also mailed 100 times but same response it will be disbursed in 24 to 48hrs or ETA 5 days now it’s been 1 month still not disbursed.

                      Hence, I'd request you to intervene and speed up the disbursement to make sure the money is disbursed asap.

                      I would really want this disbursement issue to be addressed and cleared quick.
                      Trust me cashe was really good from 3 years for me, but this time it was really bad.
                      I would request for a quick resolution on this.

                      You can see your own reply here 24hr, 48hrs, ETA 5 days all done. Now it is 1 month still the money is not disbursed today also.
                      So it is just like customers do whatever you want, we worry abt anything. All you say is sorry for inconvenience but this is more than that from 1 month.
                      Hope after seeing this atleast cashe might disburse amount

We don’t apply loan for fun because it is an emergency and when you say ur loan process is 1 day we apply but didn’t know your loan process and your system update will take 2 months and still not disbursed.

                      @cashe, you honestly tell me how it would be for us we don’t apply loan simply due to emergency we apply and we came for cashe because you were rated high and doing good before. Even I would rate 5 star rating before. But now it is soo bad that a loyal customer from 4 years comes back to you and after 1 month still not resolving the issue.
                      What’s the point of having customer support??

                              Inspite complaint made on this forum on 18th Feb on this forum same static automated reply are sent and issue of disbursement is not been resolved. I have applied on 3rd Feb and same was approved but since then it only says processing and amount is not been credited to bank account. I have called maybe 100 times on the customer care number by they say “All are busy attending other customers”
                              People applying for loan will be always in-need as no one will apply for fun purposes..

                              Please take this seriously and disbursed my loan in priority as I am really in need of fund due family emergency.

                                  There is no response for mail and customer care call.
                                  We are sending mails Everday, but no one is responding.

                                  And also, EMI amount showing every month 4th date at Cashe App.

                                      I have done all the process and Cashe approved my loan of 1lakh rs, and from last 10 days i am getting only one status your loan trasfer is in process. Also i have sent mail to cashe below reply i got 3 times.

                                        I have reapplied for another Loan from CASHe under Loan ID: 4112562 on 19th Feb'2024 at 1:00 AM in the night, it is approved but it's still showing in processing and the amount is not disbursed in my account yet, I need this loan in emergency.
                                        I am an old customer of you and my previous loan with Loan ID: 2742191 is paid on time and all the emis on advance paid but still facing this kind of issue when I required funds in very much medical emergency.

                                        It is requested to CASHe to please credit my loan amount in my bank as soon as possible.
