This started at 8 march 2023 and still continues today 14 march 2023 they have not sent me any money and i have also not applied for any lone but they keep calling me and asking for money which they did not send they are threatening me this is very risky as they have my call list and mobile details i would like if they stop calling me cause THEY HAVE NOT SENT ANY MONEY and stop harassing me

    I completed the e-mandate and Esign on 11.03.2023. But till is showing me that still processing. As per your company rules, the money should credit within 10 to 20 mins after approval.

    I have sent several emails but no response has been received and no loan received yet.

        CLN # 2710978

        My loan got approved on 12th March and I have completed emandate as well.

        it's been 2 days and the amount is yet not disbursed.

        This is a medical loan and I am in urgent need of the cash.I have tried contacting support via email but no response.

        Please take this email with high priority and please do let me know when I can expect the amount to be credited to my account.

          I have closed my existing loan and applied for new loan on 8/03/2023. They have called me and said that to put e mandate sign so that they can transfer loan amount. but till now the amount is not credited and I didn’t not got NOC for last loan also. No one is responding to mail and they don’t have any source for contacting them. It is been almost 6 days but no response from them.

              I applied for a loan on 8th March 2023, which was approved on 9th March 2023, even after completing all the e-mandate and e-signing my loan amount is still in process. It has been more than a week now and there is also no response from the WhatsApp and email team. This is really disgraceful as it was an urgent loan.

                      My loan got approved on 9th March and I have also filled the NACH.

                      However it's been more then 48hours The amount is yet not disbursed.

                      This is a medical loan and I am in urgent need of the cash.

                          I have applied for a loan on March 10th Mar 2023 and it's still showing its processing, this is taking too much long as it's already day 5, as per company rules amount should get disbursed in 20-minutes, but this is undetectable, I was a satisfies customer before, but seeing at the service now, i think i have to change my mind, please get my amount disbursed as soon as possible.

                            I had applied for a loan of Rs.50000 with your app on 10/03/23. As per app notification state that my documents are okay to proceed with and said the loan will be disbursed in 30 Mins. But it’s been 04 days I haven’t received the loan amount and also I haven’t received any confirmation from your bank that my application had been rejected. If my documents are not okay to proceed with you should mention it to me. I am very disappointed with your poor service. I have fulfilled all conditions as demanded by your bank staff but still it’s happening.

                            I request you to kindly help me by doing needful and taking necessary steps to approve my loan shortly. I shall be highly obliged for your kind support.

                              Hello i am Ganesh Mahale i had applied loan on 8th March 2023 and it's been almost 5 days it's showing processing and we pay high interest because we need money in emergency and if it take 5 days or week than it doesn't make sense to take loan ..when can't help in emergency

                                    I applied for the CASHe 270 Loan product - Amounting to 50k on 04/03/2023. The loan was approved and disbursement was in the processing state. The status was the same till 10/03/2023 and then it showed the transaction failed and I was asked to re-apply. I applied again for the same product and amount on 10/03/2023. The status is still the same - Loan Approved but disbursement is still in processing.
