    Hello,

    This is regarding my loan application number #CLN289248. The loan was approved on January 25, 2024 but has not yet been disbursed.

    I’ve tried raising this concern through tickets multiple times but have not received the funds yet. Every time the ticket is raised, I keep getting an automated response from the team.

    Hello,
    It’s been many days I am getting the same response from cashe via email that loan will be disbursed within 5 days of ETA.
    Now a new reason is been given to me by cashe.
    Due to unexpected high volume transaction demand it will take time for disbursement. I have pre paid entire loan amount of 60129/- even before the first emi date out of 9 emi’s.
    I request you to take action on priority on this.

      I have applied for a loan in Cashe and got approved by 18th Jan, 24. Till this moment the amount is not disbursed, status in the application is "Processing". But as part of the document collection they have already taken my signed e-nach for auto debit. I tried contacting the customer executive who has helped to complete the application, not responding. Tried to escalate over mail 3 times, the response was very pathetic as they're facing technical issues from the bank side so n so. And within 5 days the issue will be resolved. But no relevant actions were taken till now. I am worried that even before getting the loan amount I may have emi or not. I reached out to them out of an emergency and I was expecting the money within hours. This was such a shock for me at that moment when I was trying hard to get the required amount.

        Myself applied and approved loan on 25th Jan but still it’s not credited.

        I have applied based on emergency but Cashe is not supporting at all. Because there is no clarity when it will be disbursed but in app it showing emi to be paid.After repeated of email my problem is yet to be solved and i get the same reply from them.{e would like to inform that your loan application has been approved from our end. However, we are facing some technical issues while disbursing funds.

        Please be assured, we have taken up the matter with the bank. The tentative ETR provided by bank is 05 working days from the date your loan is approved.

              Hi team I have applied loan and still it’s showing application is in progress verification is in progress. What is the use of taking loan in emergency then . Are you guys making fool to customers. Pls disburse asap it’s medical emergency how many times I will say this. And without resolution you guys are resolving tickets also . What the hell is this ?

                  I have applied for Cashe 270 loan of INR 50000 and it was approved on 2nd Feb 2024

                  As per the process, auto-debit and e-sign were successfully done. Yet, my loan amount as per the agreement has not been credited to my bank account dated 6th Feb 2024.

                          No one is receiving the calls from past 2 weeks.

                                I have applied for cashe loan on 5th Feb 2024 and still I can see loan amount is in processing state. I have always paid emi in time and also pre-closed the loan but still I m facing these kind of issues from cashe.
                                I have applied loan in emergency and if amount is not getting credited in emergency then what is the use of taking loan from cashe by paying high amount.

                                    Hello sir/mam
                                    i had paid the full forclouser amount on 8th january 2024 vide loan id: 3289263, CLN_13740730 but still showing active in cashe apps and also showing balance amount of rs.4923/-and send me a request message to pay the balance amount. I drop so many mail to cashe official mail id but every time send a ticket number....

                                    My customer ID is CLN7350418.
                                    I applied for a loan with Cashe. Cashe approves my Loan but th loan amount is still not processed. Its been 4 days now, my Loan amount transfer is pending.

                                    I tried to raise tickets and thy simply close the issue tickets without any resolution. I have sent many emails but no solution on when they will transfer the loan.

                                    I am mentally disturbed because of this. I have completed the esign of agreement.

                                    I clear info on when they will transfer my loan amount.

                                    This is completely affecting me. Any help will be appreciated

                                    Its been over ten days. You guys have not transferred my loan. Your team doesn't give an exactly timeline to process the loan. For how loan should I wait??

                                    If a customer do not pay an emi for ten days will your company keep quite????
