My loan has approved and i have e sign the agreement and completed the auto debit mandate process but money not credited in my account from last 5 days its show processing.
Has its a emergency so i have applied on online platform for quick loan but its been 5 days but amount not received...

I've applied for a loan and it is more than a month now. Neither are they crediting the amount or cancelling the loan. This is impacting my cibil since the loan shows up in open status.

There is no way to even contact someone at cashe. Email we sent have generic auto response

Can someone pls take some action...

My loan request was approved, I signed the document, emandate everything on the same day. Its been 10days above and no sign of amount disbursement. Status was tranfer in progress . Please help ASAP amount will be credited to my account, will grateful to you,

Sir mene koi bhi loan nahi aply kiya hai apki app se ye sab apki agent ne kra hai jo apne loan mere name se chalu kiya hai usko band kare barna m apki koi kist nahi dunga mujhe loan ki koi jarurat nahi hai m sabhi docomet apki agent ko diya tha but loan karne ke lie nahi bola tha usne loan kar diya jiski mujhe jarurat nahi hai (close my loan nahi to m apke khilaaf national consumer court m complaint karunga)...

I applied loan on 8th dec 2023, it’s been a month now. But each time I sent email I am getting a response from customer care as ETR 5 days. None of the customer care numbers are reachable not responding. Worst customer care service. Atleast can give proper timeline. Being an old customer to CASHe this is unacceptable.

I have applied loan on 8th Dec 2023, it’s been a month till now I haven’t received funds. Each time I sent email to customer care, auto reply coming with ETR 5 days. None of the customer care numbers are working. Too bad customer service. Atleast they would have given proper time when they can resolve the issue. I am an old customer to CASHe and this is totally unacceptable....

No customer care service ...auto generated mail send again and again ... what is this ......

Got approval on 31st dec, still in progress to get funds disbursement, kindly check and release the funds
