    I have applied a loan on 25 December. Still the money transfer is under process. All the procedure is completed. Still the amount is not credited to my account. I have mailed many times but no necessary steps to be taken. My registered mobile number is [protected]. My customer ID is 9787334. Please transfer the money to my account immediately.

      pathetic customer care providing same replies

      a person opts for so called "instant loans" generally during emergencies... But while disbursal an entire month shall pass by but that "instant " shall not arrive... Thus improperly advertising & claiming but nowhere nearby...

              I have requested a loan in cashe mobile app (Bhanix Finance) on december 19th 2023 for 80000 and my loan amount is notified that it would be credited within 24 hours . But from then till date it is 40 days and my loan amount is still not credited and upon sending mails to customer support they are just giving a message giving 5 day tentative ETR always and no customer support executive is available too to address and solve my issue . I really needed a loan and requested in this app but they had some technical issues which is effecting my financial planning. Please check and do the needful . My cashe customer ID is 8310723

                Im taking a loan from cashe many time and clear all dues are timely but last one loan 03 due not paid last four month due to financial issue and need more time for due repayment.

                some one calling me and saying if you not payment today i will call your contacts t regarding a loan non-payment issue.

                Recently, I have been receiving calls from someone with a different number claiming to be from the Cash E recovery threaten to me,

                Not only have they been harassing and threatening abusing me, but they have also started contacting my personal contacts threatening and abusing them to the same treatment and damaging my image . I find this behavior highly inappropriate and unacceptable by recovery agent.

                this issue already mail as many times and reply but your recovery department still not responding .

                I have taken a loan from Cashe of Rs 1 Lacs, I have paid 2 emis without any delay. But I could not pay the 3rd one on time and it has been delayed by 8 days. Instead of sending me the reminders they have started taking out numbers from my phone’s contact list and have started calling them. This is serious, they can not keep the privacy of their client. They are revealing the loan details to all contacts without my consent. This is a serious breach of privacy and needs to be stopped.

                    I have raised the loan request on 2 nd of January 2024 it's been 22 days till now but the loan amount is not yet disbursed after reaching to customer care through mail.the same mail is seen there is issue with disbursement from bank eta is 5 days

                      After repeated of email my problem is yet to be solved and i get the same reply from them.{we would like to inform that your loan application has been approved from our end. However, we are facing some technical issues while disbursing funds.

                      Please be assured, we have taken up the matter with the bank. The tentative ETR provided by bank is 05 working days from the date your loan is approved.

                      As soon as the issue gets resolved, you shall receive the loan disbursal in your bank account.

                      We would also like to assure that your repayment date will be considered from the date of loan amount transferred to your bank account and it will accordingly get updated in your CASHe account.

                      We regret the inconvenience and thank you for your patience and understanding.}

                      Its been more than 30days now but till not received the loan and no proper response of emails

                              10 din se upar ho gae na to customer care se koi response milta hai bus ek automated mail bhej dete 5 working days provided kaunse bank se disburse karte hoon one-one month lag jata hai tumhe transfer karane. sabse ghatiya app hai cashe.

                                      I applied for a loan in Cashe on 2nd Dec 2023 and it was approved on 3rd Dec 2023. Post approval I signed the e-mandate as well and the loan was supposed to be disbursed in 24 hours. I raised a ticket in mail but still date I am receiving the same automated message that the ETR is 5 working days. Till date is have raised 6 tickets in app and dropped 20+ emails on this. However, there are no updates on when the loan will be transferred. Since 30 days the loan is showing as processing.

                                      Today on 21st I received a message from Cashe that my payment is due. My loan has not been disbursed but they are asking for payment. I want my loan to be disbursed or else please cancel the request.

                                        I have applied for a loan on 15th Jan 2024, and I was informed that my credit line was approved, I did all the things needed to get the credit line and my transfer is showing processing, I also mailed and I was informed that it will take 5 days but before I used to get it within one day, My CLN 5106701 is and I would like to know will I get the funds or not because the money is needed for emergency and I applied because it was needed it, what is the point of application if I don't get it immediately plus the company doesn't have any customer support which is ridiculous. During the EMI payment they will call and text repeatedly but in the need of the hour we cannot even contact them
