I have an mailed regarding morotorium due to financial issue, but team member mahendra did not accept and asked for office communication from office then i provide email screenshot where is mentioned for salary revised, but team continue misguided me and treat aa a beggar and also not follow rbi guidelines where nothing mentioned any reason in written and also received call regarding recovery agent will visit, is this is well for only one emi laps, so see the matter, i always paid emi on time but due to lockdown my family member income effected and also spent for illness. I am not able to pay emi now, so either provide me morotorium or increased loan tenure of 12 from 6 months.

Can you tell me why ecs return charge more than 10 time deducted 590 per for one loan, You have huminity or not ? I withdraw of advance for emi, but around 8000 deduct for due to ecs return.

    My name is dhanashree, citizen of india, i have taken personal loan from cashe app many times and i have always paid my loan on time, never became a defaulter.

    However, these financial services are not giving us time to repay and again and again they are auto debiting the account.

    But as u know we are passing through the worst situation due to the corona virus. Rbi it self passed moratorium in emi, this condition we doesn't have any source of money to repay. I have requested in mail so we are getting automated reply in which they have mentioned "requesting for a moratorium will also make you a defaulter and decrease your credit score as per our internal lending criteria"

    So, requesting you to kindly please take an action against it and help.

    Whatever suggestions and help you are going to give. Give that assistance here itself. So that other people are also aware & helped by you. What are you up-to is this the way to harass people to this extent. your mails like 200 mails in this whole month rediculious are harassing, and messages too. Auto debiting account for no reason again and again.

    Can't you see the situation whole world is going through. When Government of India and RBI has itself asked to provide moratorium then are you more than them to not follow their instructions. There are many small lenders given moratorium without any questions. then why you are asking for unnecessary documents which you are not allowed to ask.

    Whatever relief you can give me. Assist me here itself.

      I am regularly getting threatening calls and they are calling my colleuges and are telling them that I have given them reference

      As I have already told them about my situation and asked them for some time

        I have taken a loan from cash e company last 2 years continuessly i pay each and every time time to time payment now i have taken loan from 6 month ago now lockdown is going on and the cash e lady continuous calling me and my colleague i tell her i will pay each and every payment just give a time but they can't understand continue calling colleagues and office staff i have so much pressure now i have dear to make a crime they so much harassing please suggest me where can i complain against that basters women and the cashe e company

          Hello team

          Please note i am an existing customer of cash e have taoen 3 loans till now out if which 2 are closed and 1 is running now in this loan as i am going through some crisis so there are certain problems coming while paying premium and on top of that currently the whole world is going through crisis because of covid-19 because of which govt also suggested banks and other institues not to ask for emi. But what is happebing actually is i received a call around 5 th april asking for emi and i requested her that i dont have a job right now and ite a lockdown as well here so i will be able to manage the amount by this monthend she said ok mam we understand please pay the amount by this monthend. Than call disconnected and today all of a sudden she called me again and started asking for payment and i said her that i told you k will pay on month end but she started uaing other language, i do have recording of that. What does cashe emplyees think of a customer that they will speak to the customer as per their mood swings or their target pressure? I was shocked the way and the words she used while talking to me than i said her that please dosconnect the call she was not ready to anyhow i disconnected it and than what ehe started is making blank calls to me i have recordings of that too.
          I am gonna take this to the maximum level available in the country.

            I have taken loan from cashe march emi not paid there is no option for maratorium in cashe app i raised two times complaint to support team the recovery person called and threating over phone at least give option for part payment he refused we part payment option given in payment time of cashe but the recovery officer speaking nonsense. Please provide maratorium or give option for partpayment in this situation.

                Dear sir/madam,

                I have taken loan from bhanix finance using cashe lending app on october 2019. I have paid monthly emi on nov and dec. But due to medical emergency my parents are cancer patients i was unable to pay emi on jan, feb and mar. On march first week i have requested them that by march end i will repay all my dues. But due to covid 19 and everything is lockdown.. I have failed to repay the payment. So i have requested them that once lockdown will be over i will repay all my dues. But today i have received a sms from adv of cashe...

                  Their collection agents are calling to my colleagues, client, friends and telling them about my loan amount and i have made default in not making payments for 9 months as my loan taken tenure is only 6 months which is breach of rbi guidelines lines and privacy rights by constitution of india you caller name is pallavi and contact number is [protected].

                  Secondly they have called them by saying i have given their numbers as reference wanted to know i have given only 2 numbers in reference and they have called more than 15 of my known people which clearly indicated that you guys have hacked my mobile and now trying to threatened me by mentally harassment.

                  I have already sent an email to them about my financial crisis. However, now these guys are trying to play with my emotions and trying to mentally harass me.

                  I am picking your calls every time your recovery agents calling me even one of your recovery agents didn't tell his name breach of rbi guidelines asked me to sell my wife and pay my debt recording is available with me number is [protected].

                  Once again guys should not break the rbi guidelines and follow the legal and appropriate channel for recovery which is set by rbi.

                      Even after sending mails and conversation with cashe. Provided the hr mail regarding the delay in salary. Still getting mails for repayment and applying hefty fine.
                      Even after conversaton with ms zaraha & shaikh they are not al listening the customer problems 'they are directly saying everybody say the same reason its not our problem of lock down' it your problem. What does it mean?

                      I m asking to emi moratorium this is the answer i m getting. Many times tried to reach ceo to escalate this issue but didn't got any reply.

                        Hi cashe team, i am receiving repeated calls from you to repay the emi even in the emi moratorium period. I do not see any special options given for you as a company who can exclude this from rbi as you are also one of the financial institutions who are registered under nbfc and with rbi. Kindly stop harassing customers with this regard if not i will have to lodge a complaint against your company with nbfc ombudsman service and the local police. Better ask all you collection agents to stop recovering money if not paid from the month of march till june. To other friends who have taken loan from this company and facing similar issue, kindly feel free to lodge a complaint against them with nbfc ombudsman or any law agency.

                          No Jasmine. These guys will never help us or understand and I again got calls and msgs. If I receive anymore calls plz complaint bro the nbfc ombudsman as they are going against the regulations by rbi and government. Don't need to share any details because they will start harassing more. Go to RBI website and raise a complaint and they would reach out to them directly if not, reach out to any media person and give this update and they shall show the true colours of this cashe company to all the other who are suffering like us. They think very smart of themselves that they will push the customers and make them pay and one ### recovery person is asking me questions as to share the HR mail when we said we haven't got salary.. I just want to understand wether RBI has mentioned all this in their guideline. Do not pay a single penny till the moratorium period is over. If they harass, complaint against them and they are legally advised to give us the moratorium option and if they haven't communicated to us through mails it isn't our problem.

                          Hi Niyaz, you will be surprised if you know the truth of this company. First of all they are not registered under cashe as they have an alternate name called bhanix finance and investment. When this was checked in RBI website under nbfc even this is not under their registered list. Now Bhanix is again called as Aeries financial technologies. Not sure if they are an registered nbfc regardless don't worry use your Twitter and write on rbi page let our shakthikanta das sir know what's happening.

                            This is regarding the repayment of my emi's. I was working with adp private limited at hyderabad. For career change i left the job and gave interviews in three companies. Suddenly coronavirus pandemic bursted out. And my interviews kept on hold. Due to this reason i am jobless. I have no money to repay my emi. When i wrote emails and explained the situation rather saying something good. You guys informed me over the phone what should we do that is not our problem arrange the money and pay and she started abusing and cursing me. I disconnected the call asked for a manager over the whatsap chat. She ignored. I wrote emails asking for time. You guys emailed me back with a generic statement. Now again today a person called started abusing and had a chat with whatsapp. Kindly go through the start and see how disgustingly he chatted with me. You can check my payment history. A two years back when i left my job. I still paid the emi on time. This time is different. No source of income as of now. I have no money to eat how do u expect me to pay emis. I am ready to pay intrest as per the rbi we can now defer the loan for 3 months exculding intrest. How dare you guys talk to me like that? I need these people to be terminated from the jobs. I am going to take this case on a high level of escalation. I will raise a police complain against you guys that is for sure.

                              Dear team,

                              Mysel[censored]mesh dubey taken loan from cashe through online for 180 days and paid 3 installment ontime but due to some problem i unable to rest of 3 emi.
                              On dated 9th march 2020 i received a settlement mail from cashe collection team that they are ready to waive my penalty amount and i have to pay rest amount in 3 months emi. I agreed the condition and paid 1st emi on 9th march
                              2020. But after payment of emi they are still sending reminder of overdue amount with increase amount and autodebit 2 time in my account. And again i received another settlement mail from cashe collection team to pay due by 26th march.

                              Now no one is attending my call nor any revert from all collection people.

                              I already mail to all concerns department of cashe, but not received any positive revert from cashe about this settlement.

                              My intension is to clear this loan as soon as possible, but feel cheated from cashe team.

                                Myself tejas patil has been a victim of call harassment via a customer service representative name pooja with mob no: [protected] from the organization cashe (Online phone app) during the call she has talked nuisance about my character and targeted my professional life by calling multiple people from my organization and speaking the same nuisance about my character also she did the same with my family member this has affected me mentally and professionally and also disturb my life on both side. The word utter from her side was cheap and vulgar to such an extent that its impossible for me to even state that being a women attaching my call record for the same. Already due to corona breakdown my professional status is at stake with this kind of behaviour from such uneducated people i have no choice left.

                                        Hi Cashe Team,

                                        I was following up with you guys almost 5 months and my issue not been resolved.

                                        Again rewriting the same. Please close it by week's time.

                                        I have taken loan amount of Rs.1, 10, 000 /- with EMI period of 6 months. Self had made delay in payments hence self been asked to pay penalty charges.

                                        Post discussion with your team and confirmation mail from Cashe, I have asked to pay only principle and interest amount against my loan by waiving off penalty Charges. I have paid Rs.58, 444 /- on 27th Sept 2019 based on confirmation mail and deadline provided by Cashe.

                                        Your team had made wrong accounting by adjusting Rs.47573 /- towards loan amount and Rs.10, 871 /- towards Cashe Card (mcard) against my payment of Rs.58, 444 /- due to which my loan account showing as outstanding / defaulter.

                                        After had discussion with your local team and they committed to issue NOC after paying Rs.12899 /- towards Cashe Card (mcard) which also done on 09th Dec 2019. Even after settling out all outstanding, still my loan account and cashe card (mcard) showing as defaulter.

                                        Have provided all correspondence communication and documents through mail but not getting any response from your end.

                                        Now forced to post my complaints in social site. Hope i will get any response from your end and closure for this subject.

                                        Dear sir,

                                        I have taken a loan amount of 3000 and paid amount of 2200, they called to my family people and talked so bad with my mother. They fined me the amount of 19000 for not paying amount of 1k . Yes I agree I don't money sometimes to pay it on sudden. And the way spoken to me and my mom got hurt.
