Hwllo
I hqve taken loan from cashe from which i have paid 8000 however the details are not yet updated and also i have sent the proofs severals times
Still the recovery people ask me for proof again and again every month
Also they confirm that the payment has been done and it is reflecting the system. I have sent them statements and screen shots too but still they want me to send them again and again as it is still not reflecting in their system.

    I have paid three emis of Rs. 16125 each from two bank accounts.The transaction I'd are as follows. I have made payment on 28/8/2019 but one payment was delayed by bank and it credited on 31/08/2019.

      I took a loan of 10000rs, i paid 9000 initially and the after few months i paid remaining 6000rs with interest.It's been 10 months everyday i m getting calls regarind the remaining payment of 6000rs EMI.Its been so annoying i sent the proof of payment almost 15times whenever the agent called me.But still its going on and now i m planning it to take it to socail media and other consumer complaint portals for this annoying factors.(Note:-I have all proofs of payment).

        This is to bring to your kind notice that, i have failed to pay my due on august 15th 2019. The due date extended up to 22nd august 2019.
        I have received a call from [protected] on 21st august. He asked me when i'm going to pay the due amount. I told him that i will pay it tomorrow i. E on 22nd august. And he started abusing me very rudely with unparliamentary words. I was mentally disturbed. I do agree that i have failed to pay in time. If i deny to pay then they have to go legally. I just asked him 24hrs time, which i already got from cashe. Even then also he didn't stop his unparliamentary language. I have recorded the call completely. And also i have the proof of mail for my due date extension which i have received from cashe. Necessary action to be taken on them.

        I have taken Loan amount of rs 60000 rs for 6 months.. I had paid 3 months loan amount via NEFT.. On third month again my amount has deducted via auto debit without my notification.. I don't know who authorised for auto debit. I have paid rs 21500 instead of rs 10750..I have raised complaint, no one is ready to answer.

          Hi,

          The biggest mistake in my life which is nothing but a loan from cashe.
          I had taken 19000.00 rupees loan from cashe 4th oct 2018 in my account. My cashe account no was [protected]. I had paid my emis on time. My last emi was 6334 but unfortunately, i had paid 6333 mistakenly. After a few days later i had paid 1 rupee 3-4 times and near about 50 to 100 rupees extra to them. Still not updated any loan emi by cashe.
          They are calling me regarding 1-rupee emi, a lot of times i mailed to them that update my emi. I have complained a lot of time via mail to them, but i couldn't receive any proper solution from cashe. And for money recovery, they are calling to my contact list peoples, my relative, and other friends instead of resolving and updating in their portal. I received a call from the collection agency and the girl named "kinjal" was abusing me. Jayraj from cashe he used words like bloody, mac#, defaulter, aukat nai pese dene ki, bhikari and other unprofessional words which i can't mention that here.
          They marked my profile as defaulter. Payment detail is still not updated by cashe. They start calling for loan emi not paid. Cashe team giving me mental pressure day by day. I have raised at least 20 complains and 50 emails all are unattended.
          I don't this they are working the proper way. They log only tickets, and no one calls back and resolves the issue.

          Please resolve my issue asap because of this highly impacting my credit score.

            I have made payment on 15/06/2019 auto debited rs 14667 but in application it was showing 9533rs. I have sent mail to support and collection team, sent many reminders but no one responding the issue.

            And for money recovery they are calling to my contact list peoples, my relative, and other friends instead of resolving and updating in their portal, its been 2 month still dally they are charging 2.5% interest and increasing the amount.

            In both repayment details 15/06/2019 amount repayment details is incorrect as deducted from my account.

              I had borrowed loan through cashe money lending application worth RS 22000 on 4th July 2019. Due to some technical glitch they instantly debited this amount back from my account on same day. So nothing is due at this point. After complaining they disbursed 22000 again on 8th July 2019. Now am liable to pay 22000 to them after month. I cleared entire outstanding on 03rd aug 2019 yet this firm auto debited my account again for 22000 on 5th aug 2019. So the excess amount has been collected and now they claim this charges to be valid when asked for refund.
              Please help to get this funds back and charge case against such fraud

                02/08/2019, i made 3 payments through upi to close my loan, 2 upi payment made through citi bank (8420) has successfully credit to the loan account, third upi payment made by icici bank, but as i didnt check the amt would be 8425, but i paid 8420 (Less then 5 rs) later i realised to pay extra 5 rs. Which i have done immediately, still in app its not showing payment has updated, please do the needfull

                    I had taken a loan for 9000 and inspite of trying to repay to their invalid account no. they did not acknowledge any of my emails about the invalid ac.no. they have and harrassed me for 4 continuous months and have stole all my contact information and have been calling my mom and my dad and have used extreme abusive behaviour and have been harassing us for a long time..I would give anything to make this stop .please someone help me to put this complaint forward to the right department

                      Hi,

                      I have taken a loan amount of 3000 and paid 2000 remaining i have said them i need one two days of time. They called to my mom number started scolding her, i have kept it wait untill i get a call from cashe people they didn't called me and now they mailed me to pay 19000, for what reason should i pay 19000 for the remaining amount of 1300. Cashe people are really cheating the customers, im ready to take any step a head and i will never take back my complaint.

                        Hi all,
                        This in regard to cashe recovery team, who abused me after warning them so many times on the same call. I got a call from mr. Jayraj from cashe he used words like bloody, #, defaulter, aukad nai, bhikari and other unprofessional words which i can't mention that here. I told him that i have already emailed you guys about my situation and he was like yelling and abusing me all the time. I was calling him sir and he was calling me bloody #. This not a professional way to communicate with your customers on a professional call. I just said that i lost my job and i need some time to arrange this payment. He was like how much more time should we give. That's true but process got shutdown and company asked us to leave. Now around 300 employees are looking for a job. I asked him to help me with payment plans which can be easier for me to pay and i can settle this. He was like yelling and abusing me as well. Now i will only pay this amount if receive a sorry letter from cashe and mr. Jayraj because they have hurt my sentiments and emotional, they have abused me and harrassed in a very unprofessional way. I have all call recordings for the same and i will prove this in court of law.

                          I received a call from the collection agency and the girl named "Kinjal" was abusing me. One of my very old colleague who used to work with me around 6 years ago have taken a LOAN from Cash-e and that lady started abusing me and asked for the money from me. I am not sure what is happening and why I am being taken in this ### conversation. I am getting harassment calls from the collection agency for which I have nothing to do. Lady who contacted me was "Kinjal" and her contact number is "[protected]". Request the complaints team to look into this and ask them to take me off the list otherwise I am going to visit the office from where I received a call by tracking the number and location and also file a formal police complaint.

                            Hi, the cashe collection team is pathetic, lady name swetha( that's wat she said) abused me for not paying the interest amount, spoke unparliamentary language. I have took 30k frm cashe, and I paid the amount 30k, I din pay principal amount of rupees 3600... Due to some medical and personal issue I stopped working and mean while I was paying other personals where in the emi's where huge amount with the help my family I paid and still paying. Meanwhile dis lady called n said Der is hearing in court tomorrow in Bangalore where in I reside in Hyderabad, when I declined to come to Hyderabad, she hacked my contact details, started calling all my frnds and family and started stating that I'm a fraud lady and I court hearing listening to that all my friends got panicked she continously calling me n them and spoke very rudely n abused. However I paid 3600 with lot of struggles, acctually they put lot of penalty for principal amount..it 12000 now including principal amount 3600. After paying interest amount and main amount, she that lady is harassing me, continous calls are mental torture..I'm unable to take such behaviour and take such words, request you to take some actions, on that she hacked my contact details, noway she can do that.

                              Hello sir i ch. Purushotham i received loand 58, 000rs on cashe on 13/03/19 my bank credit & 1st emi was 13/04/19 unfortunately i have no balance in my bank some personal issue not mainted proper loan balance. Then loan was overdue i pay that amount dt: 16/04/19 04.39pm 10400rs was my paytm upi to [protected]@kotak was success. (Trans id s[protected] upi ref no.[protected] all r success but cashe was daiy sending sms paid ur overdue amount before 20/04/2019. I have lot off emails and sending on cashe they have not responding... Paid overdue amount sms sending on mobile. What is going on me submitted my paytm statement on this month.

                                I am utterly disappointed with the cashe service with their mere negligence and pathetic customer service and overly confidence of deducting the payment from customers account without their consent. The mail was sent to the support team on[protected] and the customer support executive took good 24hours of time to revert back on the escalation. How fast is the response!!!
                                The support requests 72hours more to reverse my own payment which was auto debited from my account with out my knowledge! I have already sent 2 mails asking the team to cancel the auto debit option, which i have never opted for, and no one is even bothered to revert back. Unethical and unprofessional behaviour. Its been more than 48hours that i have lost my funds and i want it to be credited to my account within 72hours from the time i have been debited. I would expect someone to show little professionalism and unlike the executive[protected], who promised to call back within half an hour with a revert but kept on ignoring my calls and whatsapp texts, requesting to provide a resolution to my case. I want my payment to be credited to my account with interest as cashe doesn't have any authority to use my funds without my knowledge! I have incurred enough loss because of cashe's negligence and i can not afford to bear the expenses of my losses - emi late payment charges, inspite of me making the payment and sending the valid proof to authenticate my transaction!! Either cashe as an organization or person heading cashe has to bear my additional expense for no fault of mine!!!. I want cashe to incurr my loss as i had to pay additional fee for all my late emi repayments

                                  This letter is an intended follow up on my loan from cashe I have taken 2 years ago even after the full n final settlement the cashe team still call and email regarding outstanding still it's reflect in my cibil just because of that I am not able to apply for my home loan I had requested thrm several time, mailed them but still they are not co-operating.                                     [protected] getting calls from this number, a girl name pooja. Who is calling all my phone contacts and talking to them in a harassing manner.. Abusive also. Cashe company is not following rbi guidelines. So i don't think it is a genuine or professional firm. Want to lodge a complaint against this agent in cashe for mental harassing all my phone contacts without my permission

                                      I had taken a loan from the above mentioned organization for a period of 3 months. Due to a sudden financial crisis i was unable to cope up with my repayments.

                                      Initially calls from these numbers were ok and helpful as they tried to guide me on solving this issue.

                                      We had fixed on a date of payment on the 15th of february 2019 for an amount of rs. 10000. Despite me receiving their calls and responding their emails, they started calling my company, relatives and other known sources and abused them. The lady who answers the call doesnt have a sense on how to deal with clients and customers. Her voice and abusive language would make your blood boil.

                                      Despite my request of transferring the funds from my account they pressurized me to make the payment from a friends account as it would take less time to add their account in my friends bank.

                                      A transfer of rs 10000 was done and a screenshot of his statement was shared.

                                      Problems arose on the 19th of february when the said mr. Rohan claimed that the amount was not reflecting in their account. Acting on it i requested my friend to share it at the earliest.

                                      As he was travelling, it was difficult for him to arrange the same.

                                      Today, on the 22nd february 2019, the above mentioned lady called me and passed on the phone to a person who claims to be mr. Rohan. Despite telling him that my friend was travelling and it was not possible for him to send the statement, he started hurling abuses. There was a heated argument between us which included abuses to one another.

                                      Mr. Rohan then started blackmailing me by saying that he will be calling my company hr and will be sending goons to my office to thrash me. He also started to harass me by stating that i am thief and have stole his money, etc etc despite the payment being.

                                      I tried to reason with him that if they had given me time to transfer the funds from my account then there wouldnt have been such issues only.

                                      After the discussion, i sent him the statement which my friend sent me and it was found that the account number was incorrect.

                                      This information of payment with their account details was already shared with them on the 15th of february the day payment was made.

                                      Due to their sheer negligence of not noticing this he started to abuse, harass and blackmail me.

                                      I have all the records of conversation, sms, whatsapp, c all history, call recordings to show how it all went.

                                      I should have taken this step earlier when they had called my company and relatives for this because as stated by the hon'ble supreme court of india, these actions of calling and harassing others is not only unauthorized but illegal.

                                      Request you to look in to this matter and take an action against this illegal and unlawful practice which is still being followed despite the courts order.

                                        My emi due date is on 17/02/2019. But i have made transfer of the emi on 14/02/2019. This is the first time i am doing neft so i transferred rs.50/- as test transfer. I got confirmation from cashe and immediately i have transferred balance emi rs.9804/- but till now no updates from them. I have sent so many mails to all their mail id with reference number, payment slip and as well as sms related to amount credited to their account. There is no customer care number and no updates. Please help me. I don't want it should reflect in my cibil.
