I have taken online loan from cashe on last month and they have given me the due date on 12th feb though upi payment and till date payment was not updated and its showing outstanding in the app and i have received the mail regarding that my amount is over due but i have paid 12th of this month and i have sent lot of emails and try to contact customer care but there is no response from them not even a single reply from them pls help me in this regard. If required i will submit the payment screen shorts.

    Hi my cashe loan cashe loan account no: [protected]

    I am suppose to pay 12000 but they are asking for 17000.

    I have taken loan on 3 emi and i paid only 1 emi and due to fund problem i can't
    Pay my 3 emi.

    This is third time i getting loan from cashe. I had paid 2 time this is 3 time

    Cashe team is abusing me daily with different persons in different number.

    Kindly some one help me to file suit against them in consumer court

      I have taken a online app loan from cashe, they downloaded my all contacts through the app. Now i am not able to pay 1 installment and for which i have promised to pay next month. They have called all my contacts numbers, including my hr, seniors landing me in a situation of resigning.

      They are calling my wife, using abusive languages. They have called my hr, they have called so many contacts. They are threatening me. My life is at risk. Please help. I just want some time to repay. If i loose my job, then how will i pay them.

      I have recording on phone.

      Who gave them right to call others.

        There is some mishappening done in my family, and there is very much shortage of funds so that i will be able to clear the emi by 31st jan for sure when my salary came.

        Mean while i getting some threatening calls from your team (Mr deepak) who is harassing me for the payment.

        Request to be with me in difficult time, i will ensure to clear the payment on 31st jan for sure.

          Https://www.casI made a biggest mistake in my life which is nothing but loan from cashe.
          I took this loan in jan 2017 and i repaid the amount on time. But it was not updated with credit beureaus. I work for sw organisation. During project change in nov 2018 bgc was initiated and in that report it was clearly visible that my loan with cashe is still in active status and i have over due of rs.5000. My project hr called for discussion today and demaned for credit clearence letter and i tried reaching cashe for noc but they are not responding. Now my question is why i should suffer because of these fools mistake? Seriously this is harassment and mental anguish. Please my humble request whoever is planning to take loans or who ever is having existing loans, try to clear it off and don't entertain these *. For all the software professionals pls don't play with your careers. If you need it really try apply in early salary or flex salary. I feel really shame of these people, they don't have dare to talk with customers that's why they don't have customer care number.
          Finally the interest amount they are charing is very high but in the website they show very less rate. How long you will suck our blood... Is there any way to stop them?

            Cashe has hacked my phone data including mails contacts and calling all my contacts and harassing and threatning them for money as i need to pay them else i have proofs of the calls made and how they hacked my data and misusing due to this i lost 1crore worth business.               I borrowed a loan from cashe which is a split emi for 3 months. I had made 2 payments and there was a delay in my last payment. Person named nancy and her contact number is +[protected] called and was very rude in asking me to make the payment. I informed there will be delay and asked to charge me penalty and late fee for that. This was the last payment which i had to complete. This person somehow found my contacts list and started calling my job md regarding the payment and also informed that they tried calling my friend but no response. I'm not sure if this app actually has access to our contacts list and also not sure how they get to know our personal information. Date of incident: 28/11/2018

                  It's Fake CASH E only time pass application and loan not approved and profile also not verified after 8 days I suggest you guys please don't download application and Don't apply for loan in this app because it's Fake and hack your contact data from your email contact and Facebook data.

                    I have updated my details on 2nd october and on the 4th my profile wwas updated successfully with all documents which cashe asked me to submit, and my loan was approved on 9th and was telling that they have some problem with the bank for me to wait till 7 working days, waited for so long but i got a email stating that bank as rejected the loan and i had to reapply on the 19th again on the 22nd i had to resubmit my documents still its going under verification, this is absoultely geting worsed day by day, none of the customer service as responded to if youll are not able to provide loan than cancel the app itself why making customers to waste your time by uploading documents, its unfair. Please respond at the earliest.

                      [updated 22.10.2018]: today i got a mail to re-apply and select loan product. I am trying to apply again but getting technical error in app. Don't know what is going on with the best loan application. Now they are becoming worst day by day. [updated 17.10.2018]: they are telling that my loan is approved on 9th october but today 17.10.2018 i am still waiting for loan disbursement. I have an urgent requirement for some medical exigency. Every time i put an email to them the same reply came that we are facing some technical issue and etr is 7 working days. Today 7 working days has past but still not got me loan amount. [update] today i got below reply from them. [quote] dear ashish, greetings from cashe! Please be informed that due to unavoidable circumstances we are unable to disburse your loan at this moment. We will notify you about the loan status in next 48 working hours. We would request your patience and cooperation in the interim. [unquote] what is this... And what is the technical issue you people facing which is not resolved after 8 days.

A person named devidas dhuri from cashe team is threatning my wife for collecting money whicb i have borrorwed. They have been calling her office number and threatning and misbehaving with office staffs.. As per the rbi guidelines they do not have any right to threaten or ask money from borrowers wife or family still they are carrying out this illegal activities....

                        I took loan four times from Cashed and thrice I was returned in time or before time. Last loan oI defailtee as I was not well for two and half months and couldn't get salary for these days and layer lost my job.Despite me picking their calls and telling them that I will return the money for sure they have been labelling my surname as community known for defaulting. They hacked data from my phone and started calling my contacts threatening them for police action and defamed and tarnished my image in my social group. I have recordings which my friends made threatening them which was irrelevent to me taking loan from cashe. The way they have hacked the data is a central as per cyber crime rules. They even went to an extent to call myou relatives saying i have met with an acvodent and is bren takrn to ICU and asking them to transfer money online. This was posing panic and life threatening situation to them. Also they Have been abusive and highly rude to any extent for a loan amount of 40000. This is really disheartening and calls for immediate corrective action as their modus operandi can be life threatening for somebody.

                          Hi team, i took a loan from cashe on last month. Due to some unexpected incidents iam not able to pay the emi. I agree i have been making delayed payment although im making them with the penalties. I don't understand how your company has access to my contacts & then calls my colleagues & family to advise them ive done fraud. The recovery team is calling and harassing me and my family members. It is started to be a mental harassment.

                            Hi, i am a cashe customer in gold category that means i am using this service atleast from last 2 years.

                            This time there is a delayed payment from my side, due to false commetment from cashe stating they will collect the money from ecs.

                            Which they didn't updated.

                            Also they have called at my wife # and started harrasment even after informing that someone died in our family.

                            Iam wring to you with deep pain

                            I was out of india could not make payment on time, when i told your guy i am out of india he started yelling on me, on top of that he was able to understand and also started harassing my family relatives and friends when everyone is saying i am out of mumbai still he repeatedly calling and harassing all my contacts and collegues and family & friends, when i came back to mumbai when i asked him his managers number he is not ready to give the number and neither transferring the call
                            A guy called from bhanix saying he is from legal dept whereas he was not at all a professional and used abusive language and gave threat to me and my family.

                              I had opted for a loan on 15th August 2018 but there was no response instead I was sent an email to validate the bank account which I did it at the same time. After waiting for hours together, there was no response hence I made up my ind to cancel the loan and sent out an email along with send a message from the app for cancellation. The very next day I got a call saying that I had placed a call for cancellation and the lady wanted to know the reason which i explained. She said that you need to verify your bank account only then this can be processed. I verified once again which i had already done on 15th. To my surprise, I received the loan amount which I didn't need anymore. I called up the lady and she said that since the bank account was verified, the amount got credited basis the 1st request. I insisted her that I do not need this loan right now and may call later if required and asked for the cancellation procedure. She said that if your return the loan amount before 2 pm then the loan will get cancelled on 16th August. After that I sent multiple emails but no one responds nor are they answering my calls. Though I have returned the loan amount which was credited, it is showing a negative balance in the app for the interest charges because they have not yet cancelled my loan request and asking me to pay the interest amount for the loan which I did not avail. Very bad experience and will never recommend CASHe to anyone.

                              I need this loan to be cancelled and penalty to be paid for the harassment I have gone through.

                                  Lot of numerous call from unknown person from cashe from saturday (21-july-2018) to all my family members and friends.
                                  I did not get any call from them after that my family members gave one number; i have contacted that person, he simply saying manager from cashe.
                                  I have taken a loan from cashe and paid for one emi, but this amount is not being updated in my account, i have sent an email and call for this issue.
                                  I did not get any reply from them. However, suddenly i got a threating call with unprofessional words from cashe. This is not acceptable.

                                  Both of the team members threating my dad and mom and used some local language (Unprofessional words), both are old aged and heart patients.

                                  I am ready to pay the amount, which i have taken.

                                  Please ask them to reply for my first emi.
