I applied for my credit line on the 14th of december 2023, it's been 21 days now and i am still waiting for the disbursement of my loan. My phone number is [protected] and

I have been writing to support daily. When people apply for a loan, they do it for a purpose! If they do not get it in time, then what is the use? I am very disappointed at this stage. I keep getting the same reply till yesterday that it will be disbursed 5 days from the date of approval, and they never mention what was the approval date. They have even set the 1st emi date as 14th jan when i have not received a penny till date. I have lost all hopes of disbursement but if they come to me in jan asking for 1st emi, i will lodge a cyber crime complaint against them for sure with a ref to this complaint as well. Tomorrow will be 10 days and no disbursement whatsoever!
