Dear cashe I have been really disappointed since 22nd I applied you told in 2 hours amount will be disbursed daily I even mailed and I even called you 2 to 4hrs amount will be disbursed i have been trying so many times

Loan amount got approved on 16th Dec 2023 of 250000/- but still the amount is not credited. I have raised multiple requests and also tickets in the app, but still, I am not able to get proper response.

I haven't received any disbursement yet. I am trying to contact customer support everyday twice and and everytime I have received the same response to wait for 5 working days. It's now more than 10 days and not received any disbursement.
Cashe is known as instant loan app and quicker disbursement but this is completely reversed now and becoming WORST LOAN APP & WORST CUSTOMER SUPPORT.br...

My loan already been approved on 11 dec and now its been more than 20 days amount is noy yet credited in my account. Mark several mails to the team but the response is autogenerated and keep saying that it will disburse within 5 working days. I request you to please kindly look into that matter and take necessary action. Also, i request the team to disburse the amount asap and try to understand that its a emergency when customer takes loan...

I have submitted my documents to the cashe team and its been approved on 11th dec 2023 but now its 31st decenber and they are making fool o[censored]s by saying again amd again that it will take 5 working days n alll the bloody ### on mails and its auto generated. Loans not disbursed for more than 20 days
I have applied for a loan on 11th December, 2023 and it is 114000 approved on the same day itself. I have tried to connect with Cashe multiple times, however got the same automated response and not getting a proper timeline to receive the disubelursed amount....

Please be assured, we have taken up the matter with the bank. The tentative ETR provided by bank is 05 working days from the date your loan is approved.

As soon as the issue gets resolved, you shall receive the loan disbursal in your bank account.

Cashe agents are calling with different phone numbers and talking bad words, also trying to hack my online accounts be sending bulk SMS from different website....
