I have applied for this loan on 4th Jan 2024, it’s over 5 days for the ETR time that I was assured in the email. Everytime I raise a ticket I am only getting same system generated response to wait until the technical issue is resolved ETR is 5 days.
I don’t understand what’s going on. There is no clarity. There’s an emergency here hence applied for the loan, but the CASHe people are just taking us for a ride. No proper explanation on this. Neither any customer support is available, no fair resolution.
I need help on this.

Yes, but it’s been more than 15 days now, yet no solution to it, and it affecting my cibil, as the loan status is shown as active there. Wherein I haven’t receive any amount yet.
I am not able to see any updates on my credit line application submitted on 4th Jan 24. I am trying to contact their customer care no.[protected] but it is always saying all executives are busy and the call get disconnected. It's 6 days past no information no updates. Yesterday night a call came from their end asking to complete the application, I don't know which application they are asking to complete as I didn't receive any link or message from their end in my mail neither in the app. This is very embarrassing situation CASHe has put me in.

Loan Applied on December 8th and today is January 9th, Amount still not received, All i receive is ETR 5 days revert or we have forwarded your mail to the concerned team, what kind of joke is this? This application is reflecting in my cibil report and I have been receiving WhatsApp messages stating I have pending dues.
If you are unable to disburse the amount then least cancel the application.

Pathetic - Approved and done e-mandate on 11th dec, still funds not disbursed, raised many ticket, sent mails to support email-id, got mails that 5 days ETA, but no response. It's been almost 20 days, how many days it takes for funds to get credited #CLN450994

We are glad to inform that your loan application has been approved and the funds have been disbursed to your Bank account.
This concern is regarding Cashe app. Even after doing all the E-Mandate and necessary document upload, I still not received the loan amount from Cashe as in the app it is showing as Fund transfer is in Progress. Addition to that, in the app EMI date and amount is getting reflected.
Could you pls check the reason for loan amount transfer pending? Let me know if you need any further information.
