    My loan request was approved on[protected]. I signed the document, emandate everything on the same day. Its been 10days above and no sign of amount disbursement. Status was tranfer in progress . Please help ASAP amount will be credited to my account, will grateful to you,

        Loan was said to be disbursed in few hours but it has been more than 5 days and it is still not disbursed nor is there any proper communication from the team. Customer support service is also not reachable. I'm unable to cancel the loan as is it is in processing stage

          I have been regular borrower from Cashe from last 2years i have paid all my EMI and reapplied for the new loan on 5/01/24 it's been 4working days there is no response from Cashe and amount not yet disbursed I hope cashe take action on this and release the loan amount as soon as possible

            My ID: 3104922 and loan Id is 3879785. Loan was approved on 12th Dec. Can you please check and help with disbursement. It's really an emergency and already emi due date it shows as 12th Jan 2024.

            Sent email multiple times and automated replies of 5days ETR and no resolution till date.

              I have applied for this loan on 4th Jan 2024, it’s over 5 days for the ETR time that I was assured in the email. Everytime I raise a ticket I am only getting same system generated response to wait until the technical issue is resolved ETR is 5 days.

              I don’t understand what’s going on. There is no clarity. There’s an emergency here hence applied for the loan, but the CASHe people are just taking us for a ride. No proper explanation on this. Neither any customer support is available, no fair resolution.

              I need help on this.

              Yes, but it’s been more than 15 days now, yet no solution to it, and it affecting my cibil, as the loan status is shown as active there. Wherein I haven’t receive any amount yet.

                  I am not able to see any updates on my credit line application submitted on 4th Jan 24. I am trying to contact their customer care no.[protected] but it is always saying all executives are busy and the call get disconnected. It's 6 days past no information no updates. Yesterday night a call came from their end asking to complete the application, I don't know which application they are asking to complete as I didn't receive any link or message from their end in my mail neither in the app. This is very embarrassing situation CASHe has put me in.

                    Loan Applied on December 8th and today is January 9th, Amount still not received, All i receive is ETR 5 days revert or we have forwarded your mail to the concerned team, what kind of joke is this? This application is reflecting in my cibil report and I have been receiving WhatsApp messages stating I have pending dues.

                    If you are unable to disburse the amount then least cancel the application.

                      Pathetic - Approved and done e-mandate on 11th dec, still funds not disbursed, raised many ticket, sent mails to support email-id, got mails that 5 days ETA, but no response. It's been almost 20 days, how many days it takes for funds to get credited #CLN450994

                        This concern is regarding Cashe app. Even after doing all the E-Mandate and necessary document upload, I still not received the loan amount from Cashe as in the app it is showing as Fund transfer is in Progress. Addition to that, in the app EMI date and amount is getting reflected.

                        Could you pls check the reason for loan amount transfer pending? Let me know if you need any further information.

                                    I've applied for a loan and it is more than a month now. Neither are they crediting the amount or cancelling the loan. This is impacting my cibil since the loan shows up in open status.

                                    There is no way to even contact someone at cashe. Email we sent have generic auto response
