        I have applied a Loan in Cashe loan approved on 17th December but still not credited in my account.I am waiting for your responses more then 20 days.I received systematic mail only. What ETR bank issue mention 5 days but crossed 15 days.Kindly contact my number [protected].

        Note: i need this loan amount for emergency purpose.

          Sir mene koi bhi loan nahi aply kiya hai apki app se ye sab apki agent ne kra hai jo apne loan mere name se chalu kiya hai usko band kare barna m apki koi kist nahi dunga mujhe loan ki koi jarurat nahi hai m sabhi docomet apki agent ko diya tha but loan karne ke lie nahi bola tha usne loan kar diya jiski mujhe jarurat nahi hai (close my loan nahi to m apke khilaaf national consumer court m complaint karunga)

            I applied loan on 8th dec 2023, it’s been a month now. But each time I sent email I am getting a response from customer care as ETR 5 days. None of the customer care numbers are reachable not responding. Worst customer care service. Atleast can give proper timeline. Being an old customer to CASHe this is unacceptable.

              I have applied loan on 8th Dec 2023, it’s been a month till now I haven’t received funds. Each time I sent email to customer care, auto reply coming with ETR 5 days. None of the customer care numbers are working. Too bad customer service. Atleast they would have given proper time when they can resolve the issue. I am an old customer to CASHe and this is totally unacceptable.

                Till now loan amount not credited CLN 11820223...loan approved on 9 th December 2023...27 days over till now amount not credited
                No customer care service ...auto generated mail send again and again ... what is this ...

                    I applied for a pre-approved loan amount of INR 99, 999/-. It got approved. I have signed an e-mandate and auto debit for the same. First it showed immediate disbursal. Then it showed 24 hours. Then it showed 5 days. but the loan is still not disbursed. This is so not accepted. Loan ID: 3979506.
                    I have not received any amount but it shows that EMI is pending on Feb 5 2024
                    Amount is 18876. Please cancel this loan as I have received any loan amount.
                    Please resolve this issue as soon as possible

                      I applied for a pre-approved loan amount of INR 60, 000/-. It got approved. I have signed an e-mandate and auto debit for the same. First it showed immediate disbursal.                         I have adjusted my last loan & applied for fresh loan that stands approved but yet to be disbursed kindly look into the matter as I am in need of the money...

                              My loan is stuck at Loan Transfer for the last 30 days and I have been contacting support for the last 28 days. Every time I am contacted I am getting the same reply " it takes up to 5 business days by the bank to fix a technical issue" . It's been more than 24 business days and Still it's in the same state. Added attachment for all communications
                              While it's clear that the issue needs further escalation and is fixed. I am not getting enough support. Getting the same reply every time.
                              Can you please help me with a contact number so I can talk to you and get this issue resolved. Or Can you please escalate it to the right forums and get it fixed.

                              My First EMI is on 2nd January and I am getting WhatsApp messages from Cashe asking to pay EMI on time when the money was never transferred to my account.

                              Can you please check into further process of fixing the issue. It would be great help as I am in immediate need of this loan. Thank you in advance for your help.

                                    We would like to inform that your loan application has been approved from our end. However, we are facing some technical issues while disbursing funds.

                                    Please be assured, we have taken up the matter with the bank. The tentative ETR provided by bank is 05 working days from the date your loan is approved.

                                    As soon as the issue gets resolved, you shall receive the loan disbursal in your bank account.

                                    We would also like to assure that your repayment date will be considered from the date of loan amount transferred to your bank account and it will accordingly get updated in your CASHe account.

                                      Loan I'd 3872742. Loan approved on Dec 11th, raised almost 25 complaints in app but getting automated response that it will be transferred in 5 days, still money not transferred. Can you please help in getting it fixed.
