My loan already been approved on 11 dec and now its been more than 20 days amount is noy yet credited in my account. Mark several mails to the team but the response is autogenerated and keep saying that it will disburse within 5 working days. I request you to please kindly look into that matter and take necessary action. Also, i request the team to disburse the amount asap and try to understand that its a emergency when customer takes loan...

I have submitted my documents to the cashe team and its been approved on 11th dec 2023 but now its 31st decenber and they are making fool o[censored]s by saying again amd again that it will take 5 working days n alll the bloody ### on mails and its auto generated. Are you guyz there to harrads the CUSTOMER? There is no proper communication nothing from the team. Can you please atleast communicate and let us know the status? But they sent just automated...

Loans not disbursed for more than 20 days
I have applied for a loan on 11th December, 2023 and it is 114000 approved on the same day itself. I have tried to connect with Cashe multiple times, however got the same automated response and not getting a proper timeline to receive the disubelursed amount....

Please be assured, we have taken up the matter with the bank. The tentative ETR provided by bank is 05 working days from the date your loan is approved.

As soon as the issue gets resolved, you shall receive the loan disbursal in your bank account.

Cashe agents are calling with different phone numbers and talking bad words, also trying to hack my online accounts be sending bulk SMS from different website....

I have been using Cashe from last year and till now I never faced any issues. But recently, I closed my previous loan and applied for a new one approved from your end. But the amount still did not got transferred to my account. It has been 25 Days, but the app status still shows transferring the loan amount. I am not getting any email response and mentioned phone number is also switched off. Kindly sort out the issue...

I have applied for loan and it is not credited from 10th December 2023. Tried to log complaints sent emails tried calling customer care nothing is working.
