My loan got approved on 16th Dec 2023 in cashe app, bit still as on today I haven't received the amount. I have raised tickets and sent email but no proper response as been updated

Kindly let me know when I can except the amount if not please cancel the loan and update in cibil report

I have been a active customer of cashe since 4 years and I have closed all my previous loans within tenure and whenever I needed a loan cashe was best loan app but it has gone bad to worse ...I have applied on 5 dec 2023 and still amount not disbursed to my account post approval also...after several mails to cashe team for disbursement but they just reply with same auto generated mail for Every query... attached reply for reference

This is really annoying and disappointing service from a RBI registered NBFC...they don't even have a proper customer support rather than mail..and WhatsApp service also very pathetic..

This is my fourth complaint.

Loan Status-Quicker disbursal-New APP-#CLN15886016

I got the credit line approved on 5th December and till today I have not received the amount.

Cashe is replying with same automated emails.

The worst part is my emi due is showing Jan 5th where I have still not received the loan.

One of the worst service provided, if cashe can’t disburse atleast cancel my loan so I don’t have to keep waiting.

I haven't received any disbursement yet. I am trying to contact customer support everyday twice and and everytime I have received the same response to wait for 5 working days. It's now more than 10 days and not received any disbursement.
Cashe is known as instant loan app and quicker disbursement but this is completely reversed now and becoming WORST LOAN APP & WORST CUSTOMER SUPPORT.
Kindly provide disbursement URGENTLY.

My loan already been approved on 11 dec and now its been more than 20 days amount is noy yet credited in my account. Mark several mails to the team but the response is autogenerated and keep saying that it will disburse within 5 working days. I request you to please kindly look into that matter and take necessary action. Also, i request the team to disburse the amount asap and try to understand that its a emergency when customer takes loan from the app.
