I have been follow Up on cashe since 2 weeks now
Applied for loan on 21st dec 2023 still shows processing
Every time I raise a ticket but no solution provided
No response from their team too

    It's been more than 5 days loan got approved and we have completed e-mandate also but still we haven't received money to our bank account.

    Please provide the loan amount as soon as possible. We are waiting for the loan amount.

    We have been taking loans from cashe since 2 years. We are in need to money right now so we have applied for this loan and waiting for the amount. Please resolve the issue as soon as possible.

      Hi My Customer ID is CLN170856 . This is to inform you that I had applied for a loan of rupees 35000 for emergency medical purpose on 18/12/2023 vide loan ID 3905554 through my registered mobile number ; But, today 02/01/2024, it's still not disbursed, even after 15days over . A loan is a necessity in emergency, if it's delayed due to internal issues then why shall borrower have to suffer? What's your problem?? Why you have not rectify it? Please do the needful within 24 hours .

          After repeated of email my problem is yet to be solved and i get the same reply from them.{e would like to inform that your loan application has been approved from our end. However, we are facing some technical issues while disbursing funds.

          Please be assured, we have taken up the matter with the bank. The tentative ETR provided by bank is 05 working days from the date your loan is approved.

          As soon as the issue gets resolved, you shall receive the loan disbursal in your bank account.

          We would also like to assure that your repayment date will be considered from the date of loan amount transferred to your bank account and it will accordingly get updated in your CASHe account.

          We regret the inconvenience and thank you for your patience and understanding.}

            I was applied for a loan on 28th Dec 2023 and that loan approved on 28th Dec 2023. All process like esign, emandate all done on 28th Dec 2023 but till now my loan amount not credited. Almost 7 days completed. I have sent multiple mails but not resolution given.

                      I have been cashe customer past 3 year all of sudden they did not respond to any of the issue except the scripted e-mail are auto email I don't know whether this app RBI registered NBFC are they just fooling customer ll

                      This is really annoying and disappointing service from a RBI registered NBFC...they don't even have a proper customer support rather than mail..and WhatsApp service also very pathetic..

                                    I have been a active customer of cashe since 4 years and I have closed all my previous loans within tenure and whenever I needed a loan cashe was best loan app but it has gone bad to worse ...I have applied on 5 dec 2023 and still amount not disbursed to my account post approval also...after several mails to cashe team for disbursement but they just reply with same auto generated mail for Every query... attached reply for reference

                                    This is really annoying and disappointing service from a RBI registered NBFC...they don't even have a proper customer support rather than mail..and WhatsApp service also very pathetic..
