Applied loan on 7th December and approved and e signed on 7th December 2023 still amount was not credited sent several emails no proper resolution stating they sent to concern department still they same scripted auto response

    My loan is stuck at Loan Transfer for the last 30 days and I have been contacting support for the last 28 days. Every time I am contacted I am getting the same reply " it takes up to 5 business days by the bank to fix a technical issue" . It's been more than 24 business days and Still it's in the same state. Added attachment for all communications
    While it's clear that the issue needs further escalation and is fixed. I am not getting enough support. Getting the same reply every time.
    Can you please help me with a contact number so I can talk to you and get this issue resolved. Or Can you please escalate it to the right forums and get it fixed.

    My First EMI is on 2nd January and I am getting WhatsApp messages from Cashe asking to pay EMI on time when the money was never transferred to my account.

    Can you please check into further process of fixing the issue. It would be great help as I am in immediate need of this loan. Thank you in advance for your help.

    Hello Team Any update regarding this complaint?. THe customer care number just keeps waiting for 4 minutes and then ends the call. If I write an email only standard response is being sent.

            Loan I'd 3872742. Loan approved on Dec 11th, raised almost 25 complaints in app but getting automated response that it will be transferred in 5 days, still money not transferred. Can you please help in getting it fixed.

              Applied for loan on 21st dec 2023 still shows processing
              Every time I raise a ticket but no solution provided
              No response from their team too

                It's been more than 5 days loan got approved and we have completed e-mandate also but still we haven't received money to our bank account.

                Please provide the loan amount as soon as possible. We are waiting for the loan amount.

                We have been taking loans from cashe since 2 years. We are in need to money right now so we have applied for this loan and waiting for the amount. Please resolve the issue as soon as possible.

                  Hi My Customer ID is CLN170856 . This is to inform you that I had applied for a loan of rupees 35000 for emergency medical purpose on 18/12/2023 vide loan ID 3905554 through my registered mobile number ; But, today 02/01/2024, it's still not disbursed, even after 15days over . A loan is a necessity in emergency, if it's delayed due to internal issues then why shall borrower have to suffer? What's your problem?? Why you have not rectify it? Please do the needful within 24 hours .

                        I was applied for a loan on 28th Dec 2023 and that loan approved on 28th Dec 2023. All process like esign, emandate all done on 28th Dec 2023 but till now my loan amount not credited. Almost 7 days completed. I have sent multiple mails but not resolution given.

                          I applied for loan on 29th of December and still didn't not receive the amount. I raised complaint twice on the app but they closed it without calling me and resolving.

                              I am customer since 2years recently on 15th december i have applied for loan still not credited daily sending mails to [protected]@cashe.co.in.. Only automated reply will come like resolve in 5 tentive days still nothing resolved please help...

                                  I have been cashe customer past 3 year all of sudden they did not respond to any of the issue except the scripted e-mail are auto email I don't know whether this app RBI registered NBFC are they just fooling customer ll

                                  This is really annoying and disappointing service from a RBI registered NBFC...they don't even have a proper customer support rather than mail..and WhatsApp service also very pathetic..
