My name is Antra Kumari, user of Cashe from last 3 months.
Really useless app and service, my loan is approved but not disburse yet, from last 12 days I am sending mail but not a single support from their side .
i am getting irritated day by day ....

My CLN# 952755, I applied for loan due to some emergency need and loan got approved on 15th December. It's been more than a week in the Cashe app it shows transfer under process. I had applied for loan from Cashe on 8th December 2023. The loan was approved on 9th December 2023. Since then, there has been no loan disbursement from their end. Despite Mutiple emails, messages no response from the team is seen. Same old Message it will take 5 ETR days. it has been more than 5 days since 8th December.

I get random messages to reapply for loan from Cashe and the loan will be disbursed...

My loan was approved on 14.12.23 but after 8 days I have not received fund. I complained to their customer support but every time I get the same reply that they have technical issue and it will be solved in 5 days.its really irritating and frustrating.

My loan amount is showing transfering from 7th of this month and still money not credited they have no customer care number and simply sending automated messages. My customer ID is 10419862. They are saying tentative etr is 4 days it's more than 14 days now. Still money not credited...

Its been 5 days still no amount is credited to my account... cashe app says its in transferring process from last 5 days...my credit line got approved but still no trasferr of funds is done... why so late... have applied due to medical urgency ...plz help its urgent

It is very frustrating and disappointing I am an old customer i am not sure what happed with this application.My loan was approved on 6th December today, and it is 21st December as per you ETR shared of bank is over. And it is more than 15 days now since the amount is in disbursement. Whenever I am sending an email, just getting an automated response of ETR 5 days. I would request you to confirm when money will be credited to the account....
