I have submitted my documents to the cashe team and its been approved on 11th dec 2023 but now its 31st decenber and they are making fool o[censored]s by saying again amd again that it will take 5 working days n alll the bloody ### on mails and its auto generated. Are you guyz there to harrads the CUSTOMER? There is no proper communication nothing from the team. Can you please atleast communicate and let us know the status? But they sent just automated mails to CUSTOMER. My registered no is [protected] and mail id [protected]@gmail.com

    Loans not disbursed for more than 20 days
    I have applied for a loan on 11th December, 2023 and it is 114000 approved on the same day itself. I have tried to connect with Cashe multiple times, however got the same automated response and not getting a proper timeline to receive the disubelursed amount.

      Please be assured, we have taken up the matter with the bank. The tentative ETR provided by bank is 05 working days from the date your loan is approved.

      As soon as the issue gets resolved, you shall receive the loan disbursal in your bank account.

      We would also like to assure that your repayment date will be considered from the date of loan amount transferred to your bank account and it will accordingly get updated in your CASHe account.

      We regret the inconvenience and thank you for your patience and understanding.

      This is the 5th time I'm getting this message and still no resolution pathetic service and response from cashe. Loan approved for disbursal but it's still showing on process and nothing happened till date.

        This is the 5h time I got this message but still no resolution. It's pathetic that the service is this much worst. There is no customer support number to contact. In the mail I'm getting the same message multiple times and it's been 21 days since my loan is approved and showing processing till date.

                    I have applied for the loan on cashe app on 15th December 2023 you approved my loan on 19th December 2023. i completed e sign and e-mandate on 19.12.2023 and submitted transfer request on same day but it has been more than 10 days you haven’t disbursed the amount to my bank account. You also do not have any customer care number to connect with and when i mail you send an automated reply of eta of 05 working days. Atleast convey the right information to the customer as one opt of loan to overcome their urgent financial need which cashe doesn’t serve the purpose. Having our personal documents documents with you now frightens me of any misuse or misconduct.

                      Despite of getting my Loan approved (Applied on 13 thDec 2023) it is almost three weeks that the Loan Amount is not disbursed in my Account. Everytime I raise a query, getting same response that Loan is approved but due to some technical issues couldn't be disbursed. It will be disbursed in 5 Working Days. But more than 20 Days passed yet the Loan Amount is not disbursed. The Status still shows "Processing". Kindly disburse the Loan Amount on urgent basis.

                            Very bad experience - Approved and done e-mandate on 11th dec, still funds not disbursed, raised many ticket, sent mails to support email-id, got mails that 5 days ETA, but no response. It's been almost 20 days, how many days it takes for funds to get credited #CLN450994

                                I received applied for the loan on 26 of Dec it was approved on 26th december 2023.

                                Since 26th dec it is in the transfer for process of disbursement. Today is 29th Dec 2023 and 4 days are completed. When I send email getting responses with automated messages no customer care response and I am getting fake promises of like i wil get money in 24 to 48 hrs however now days are past to this. I have raised grievance from site and also called officer there is no reply.

                                The same issue has been faced by many users as per the review. If they afe not willing to credit they sould communicate.
                                I have sent 2 emails, countless messgaes of social media still not response.

                                I don't know how many time want to mail for cashe support till now the loan amount has not credited. Really don't ever and never depend on this cashe. Poor customer support
                                It's be more than 15 days. Still loan amount has not credited. Kindly check asap and do the needful

                                        Cashe loan status saya processing from 10th December and it is not credited. Sent multiple emails and tried calling customer care which gets disconnected often.
