I have applied for the loan on 1st of Dec it was approved on 6th december 2023.
Since 6th dec it is in the transfer for process of disbursement. Today is 28th Dec 2023 and 22 days are completed. When I send email getting responses with automated messages no customer care response and I am getting fake promises of like i wil get money in 24 to 48 hrs however now days are past to this. I have raised grievance from site and also called officer there is no reply.

The same issue has been faced by many users as per the review. If they afe not willing to credit they sould communicate.
I have sent 20 emails, countless messgaes of social media still not response.

    I have applied for the loan on cashe app on 4th december 2023 you approved my loan on 4th december 2023. i completed e sign and e-mandate on 14.12.2023 and submitted transfer request on same day but it has been more than 13 days you haven’t disbursed the amount to my bank account. You also do not have any customer care number to connect with and when i mail you send an automated reply of eta of 05 working days. Atleast convey the right information to the customer as one opt of loan to overcome their urgent financial need which cashe doesn’t serve the purpose. Having our personal documents documents with you now frightens me of any misuse or misconduct.

      I have been a active customer of cashe since 4 years and I have closed all my previous loans within tenure and whenever I needed a loan cashe was best loan app but it has gone bad to worse ...I have applied on 5 dec 2023 and still amount not disbursed to my account post approval also...after several mails to cashe team for disbursement but they just reply with same auto generated mail for Every query... attached reply for reference

      This is really annoying and disappointing service from a RBI registered NBFC...they don't even have a proper customer support rather than mail..and WhatsApp service also very pathetic..

        Dear,

        Despite of getting my Loan approved (Applied on 7th Dec 2023) it is almost three weeks that the Loan Amount is not disbursed in my Account. Everytime I raise a query, getting same response that Loan is approved but due to some technical issues couldn't be disbursed. It will be disbursed in 5 Working Days. But more than 20 Days passed yet the Loan Amount is not disbursed. The Status still shows "Processing". Kindly disburse the Loan Amount on urgent basis.

        Kindly look into it and do the needful to disburse my Cash Request by today, if possible before Evening.

          Dear team.
          You please keep on send the same mail after 5 days also i dont want any of your loan please cancel the loan and close from my cibil.
          If still i received the same mail from your that amount will be credited in 5 eta date sure i will raise this issues legally in rbi and nbdc to issue a legal letter on bhanix finance.
          This processing is affecting my cibil.
          Dont try to cheat all customers that still its processing it never take 48 to process in bank now its been 9 working days still its shows .
          Please cancel the processing request in app and delete my data.

          Still its not clear please do stop processing the loan if you could not disbursed it its is affecting my credit score dont male me to go legally.

          Its been 10 working days still same report.

            Hi, I have applied loan on 16th December 2023. CASHe claims they would disburse loan amount instantly. However, my application was approved and the disbursal is in progress for more than 2weeks now. No proper communication from Cashe i have sent multiple emails. My cashe customer id 8303833. Please disburse my funds immediately.

              Sir, I have applied for loan on 5thv December and after loan has approved and disbursement process was started but till I haven't received any amount.                         Ticket Received - Loan Status-Quicker disbursal-New APP-#CLN15886016

                        Applied and credit line got approved on 5th December but amount is still not disbursed.

                        I have raised multiple complaints and always receive same reply stating 5 days.
                        If you are unable disburse atleast let the customer know. Worst service ever.

                          I have applied for a loan on 6th December, 2023 and it is approved on the same day itself. I have tried to connect with Cashe multiple times, however got the same automated response and not getting a proper timeline to receive the disubelursed amount.

                                My Loan was approved on 9th Dec and the amount is not disbursed to my account yet. I have sent multiple emails and created tickets but get same email again and again saying that it will be disbursed in 5 days.
                                Pls look into it on priority.

                                      It has been 13 days since loan approval and request for fund transfer but i have not received the fund yet.

                                      Since 13 days i am getting same copy pasted reply that you have technical issues and it will be done in 5 days even after 13 days i am receiving same reply.

                                      Request you advise if you are not transferring, should I cancel e-mandate since it was done on 04.01.2023 else please provide exact date on which fund shall be trasnferred. I am tired of getting automated message of 5 ETR days which has been completed long before.
