Sir, I have applied for loan on 5thv December and after loan has approved and disbursement process was started but till I haven't received any amount. Last 23 days completed and I am totally frustrated and I don't what is happening. Sir please look my issue and solve as soon as possible. This is my humble request. My customer id is 8153398.     I was applied for a loan on 7th Dec 2023 and that loan approved on 9th Dec 2023. All process like esign, emandate all done on 9th Dec 2023 but till now my loan amount not credited. Almost 20 days completed. I have sent multiple mails but not resolution given.

My loan was approved they always replied with same mail with problem solved within 5 days but no amount credited in my account . So please see my issue and solve my problem .             Ticket Received - Loan Status-Quicker disbursal-New APP-#CLN15886016

            Applied and credit line got approved on 5th December but amount is still not disbursed.

            I have raised multiple complaints and always receive same reply stating 5 days.
            If you are unable disburse atleast let the customer know. Worst service ever.

              I have applied for a loan on 6th December, 2023 and it is approved on the same day itself. I have tried to connect with Cashe multiple times, however got the same automated response and not getting a proper timeline to receive the disubelursed amount.

                I took loan last year n was able to complete all my payment and they created a credit line that I can apply for another loan which I did on dec 7 and till now it’s shows processing this is not done, I sent multiple emails and there response is that we have forwarded to the concern team and then nothing happen, we request for loan as we found your app is genuine but now seems like kind of misleading, and till now my issue is not yet resolve

                    My Loan was approved on 9th Dec and the amount is not disbursed to my account yet. I have sent multiple emails and created tickets but get same email again and again saying that it will be disbursed in 5 days.
                    Pls look into it on priority.

                        Hi,

                        I have applied for the loan on cashe app on 4th december 2023 you approved my loan on 4th december 2023. i completed e sign and e-mandate on 14.12.2023 and submitted transfer request on same day but it has been more than 13 days you haven’t disbursed the amount to my bank account. You also do not have any customer care number to connect with and when i mail you send an automated reply of eta of 05 working days. Atleast convey the right information to the customer as one opt of loan to overcome their urgent financial need which cashe doesn’t serve the purpose. Having our personal documents documents with you now frightens me of any misuse or misconduct.

                          Dear Sir,

                          It has been 13 days since loan approval and request for fund transfer but i have not received the fund yet.

                          Since 13 days i am getting same copy pasted reply that you have technical issues and it will be done in 5 days even after 13 days i am receiving same reply.

                          Request you advise if you are not transferring, should I cancel e-mandate since it was done on 04.01.2023 else please provide exact date on which fund shall be trasnferred. I am tired of getting automated message of 5 ETR days which has been completed long before.

                                  Loan Disbursement
                                  After repeated of email my problem is yet to be solved and i get the same reply from them.{e would like to inform that your loan application has been approved from our end. However, we are facing some technical issues while disbursing funds.

                                  Please be assured, we have taken up the matter with the bank. The tentative ETR provided by bank is 05 working days from the date your loan is approved.

                                  As soon as the issue gets resolved, you shall receive the loan disbursal in your bank account.

                                  We would also like to assure that your repayment date will be considered from the date of loan amount transferred to your bank account and it will accordingly get updated in your CASHe account.

                                  We regret the inconvenience and thank you for your patience and understanding.}

                                  this is pathetic.

                                  Waiting since last 20days still your cashe support team send me the same email again & again.

                                  My loan has been processed since 4 days but the amount has yet not been dispersed. The team keeps replying that we are facing some issues and will be processing in 24 hrs. every time I reach them.

                                    I've taken loan from Cashe and unable to pay the debts due to other EMI payments. Recovery team contacting people who were on my contact list. They taken the data from my phone illegally. They do not even contact my ref people. Due to some reasons I'm unable to pick there calls. So they are threatening my peers and asking me to borrow money from other people. As per RBI guidelines bank cannot discuss about my loans with anyone. However, they telling everyone about that.
                                    If I'm lacking behind them they can send me legal notices but which they aren't doing instead they are harassing my relatives.
                                    I didn't banks do such unprofessional activities even we have right guidelines for it.

                                    I value my relationship with Cashe and have always ensured timely payments in the past. However, due to these extenuating circumstances, I kindly request your assistance in settling the outstanding balance.

                                    I am committed to fulfilling my financial obligations and would greatly appreciate your understanding and support during this challenging period. If possible, I would like to discuss potential options for restructuring the payment schedule that aligns with my current situation.

                                    Please advise on the available alternatives or guidelines for establishing a settlement plan. Your prompt attention to this matter would be immensely appreciated.
