    Hi,

    The team cashe has been absolutely useless and they have no one who has a resolution. I had made request for loan on 8th december, its 27th december and nothing has been done. Their mail has standard response i.e ETR of 5 days. We mail them, they dont respond back or share the same response. I had an urgent requirement for loan and hence, had applied on cashe. These people are frauds, with no customer support, no help this application has caused mental trauma and harassment. If they have no money for loan disbursement then why taking loan applications. My application is CLN #[protected]

    1. No loan disbursement
    2. Cashe people calling or messaging to reapply for loan when my application is already in process as per the app.
    3. EMI date showing, when I have received no money.

    I need resolution for all my complaints, i have formally loded complaint against cashe in my local police station, I do not trust them. They will tortue for EMI and their recovery agents are goons

      My Loan was approved on 9th Dec but still now the loan amount is not disbursed. I have contacted cashe customer care number of times but iam getting same email again and again saying it will be disbursed in 5 working days.
      Could you please help me to get this disbursed asap. Thanks in advance.

          Dear team, I applied loan on cashe app on 08/12/2023 and they approved and mentioned disbursement will be don shortly I waited whole day then I tried to enquire by raising tickets and emails but I got automated emails from then stating it may Tak upto 5 days I waited again and it's been 19 days till now but still my disbursement is under process no funds credited and I can not even close that loan

              Please be assured, we have taken up the matter with the bank. The tentative ETR provided by bank is 05 working days from the date your loan is approved

                My loan got approved by Cashe on December 5, 2023 and the amount has not been disbursed yet. When tried to send a mail to customer service, they kept sharing the same email that there is some technical issue and that they are working with the bank and always share an ETR of 5 working days.

                Post their app update, my December 5th loan which was under processing failed and so I reapplied again on December 17, 2023 and they same cycle of issue continues

                  My cln is 3910643. Loan was approved on 19th Dec and till date no funds are received. I have someone getting treated and I applied for a medical emergency. I have sent 20 emails and same automated response. Their founders and employees don't care if someone dies. I request the team to look into this and get me the funds. I have a medical emergency pls

                    Hi I have applied for a loan on 14th Dec 2023. my customer Id is 8303833. For the past two weeks it is still showing disbusrsal in process. Cashe claims they disburse funds instantly.i have written mails multiple times but no resolution given. Please look into it And disburse the funds.

                        My loan was approved on 8th December but as of today 25th December funds are not transferred to my account .Further I emailed multiple times and in response every time they ask to wait for 5 days but no resolution yet.

                            I have applied for the loan on cashe app on 6th december 2023 they have approved my loan on 6th december 2023 but it has been more than 19 days they haven’t disbursed the amount to my bank account. They also do not have any customer care number to connect with and when we mail they send an automated reply of eta of 05 working days. Atleast convey the right information to the customer as one opt of loan to overcome their urgent financial need which cashe doesn’t serve the purpose. Having our personal documents documents with them frightens me of any misuse or misconduct. I have been their loyal customer from last 3-4 years and regularly taking loans and repaying it on time still have to see all this.

                              I got a message to re apply and my previous application was refreshed saying some issues. Now the banner saya sorry your loan is not disbursed and apply again. I tried many times applying again and it shows error 404 at the end it's not allowing me to upload a statement also. Is this how you maintain a app and there is no cancellation of processing also which makes us stuck in the app

                                I have applied for the loan on Cashe app on 8th December 2023 they have approved my loan on 14th December 2023 and made me esign the nach too for the approved amount. But it has been more than 15 days they haven’t disbursed the amount to my bank account. They also do not have any customer care number to connect with and when we mail they send an automated reply of ETA of 05 working days.                                   I have dropped 20+ emails but no one is responding to it at all. This is terrible as the loan was applied on urgency. Now post e-mandate sign as well there is no sign of loan disbursement.
                                  Raising a ticket is not helping as I am getting the same response that ETR is 5 working days. Even after 18 days of loan approval I am getting the same FRAUD & STUPID reply .
                                  Please help me with the loan disbursement! It has been 22 days since approval and there is no customer care to connect to. I applied due to medical emergency and now I don’t see any response to my mails as well as here.
                                  You mentioned that it has been forwarded for priority disbursement. Where is the priority????
