@CASHeApp I have applied for the loan application on 2nd Dec, 2023. However my loan application was approved on 5th Dec, 2023. But the loan amount is still not distributed. I have raised many queries via mail but still do not get any solution. Mail id - [protected]@gmail.com

    Applied for a loan in Cashe application on 11th Dec 2023 same its approved and disbursed but its already 8 days the amount is still not credited to my account. Every time i contact them they are saying ETR will be 5 working days. Getting below message from cashe.

    We would like to inform that your loan application has been approved from our end. However, we are facing some technical issues while disbursing funds.

    Please be assured, we have taken up the matter with the bank. The tentative ETR provided by bank is 05 working days from the date your loan is approved.

    As soon as the issue gets resolved, you shall receive the loan disbursal in your bank account.

    We would also like to assure that your repayment date will be considered from the date of loan amount transferred to your bank account and it will accordingly get updated in your CASHe account.

    We regret the inconvenience and thank you for your patience and understanding.

            Cashe (Bhanix) had approved the loan on 8th Dec and committed for disbursal immediately. Then they said they will disburse in 5 days.

            It's already been 10 days and no response from them despite multiple reminders. Please refer to the trial email for the number of times I have been chasing them. Please help resolve this.

            On top of all this, the app is showing EMI due on 8th January 2024, without even disbursing the loan.

                    I had requested a loan on 7th of dec 2023.but it still in process amount is not distribute.i also rase a request regarding this issue but only response come I have process it's take 5days two times they had mail same in 10 days. And I use credit line of 1800 for irctc ticket which I pay early and ticket got in waiting list and it was cancelled that amount I can't get in my bank account till now.If this is the worst process of cashe.please resolve my query

                      I paid my EMI on 16th Dec, 2023. And the amount was debited from my bank also on the same date (16th Dec, 2023). My Cashe loan ID is 3388864.

                      Kindly return one of the EMI as soon as possible.

                        I have attached my bank statement highlighting that on 16th Dec 2023, I paid the EMI installment through UPI. The amount was also debited from bank afterwards. My loan ID is 3388864.
                        Kindly return one of the EMI as soon as possible as it will effect my monthly budget.

                                      I had taken loan from cashe for more than 4 times. Last time I had taken a loan amount of Rs. 39000/- on 09.08.2023 for 06 installment and I made the payment for last 03 months(1st three emi.) This month I have to pay 4th emi of my loan.

                                      However, due to some medical emergency i did not pay the emi and the same i informed to customer care through email but did not get any reply from them,

                                      My due date was 09.12.2023 but from 10.12.2023 to till date i am getting lots of call and message from cashe for payment. They are sending several links for payment. This is creating lots of mental pressure on me and effecting my social life.

                                      The behaviour of customer service agents are rude as ADOLF HITLER and totally unprofessional, shouting on me, moreover using abusive language, they asked me to arrange money from anywhere and make payment.

                                      Everytime, when I picked the call from them, i described my problem and asking time till 29th December 2023 to make the payment without any fail. But they are not listening my words and continuously calling and insulting me.

                                      I am totally depressed after taking loan from cashed for this time.
