I have taken loan multiple times and everytime I have repaid before due dates now I have applied for new loan on 7th December and it 16th December today and the amount is not yet disbursed I have sent multiple emails to them ut still my issue was not resolved

        This is the second complaint I have made in the last 10 days, it’s been more than 14 days my loan has not been disbursed.

        It’s very difficult to deal with such issues. My loan has been approved on 3rd dec and emi date is showing 3rd Jan but loan not disbursed. If loan not disbursed how can we pay the EMI

          I had taken loan from cashe for more than 4 times. Last time I had taken a loan amount of Rs. 39000/- on 09.08.2023 for 06 installment and I made the payment for last 03 months(1st three emi.) This month I have to pay 4th emi of my loan.

          However, due to some medical emergency i did not pay the emi and the same i informed to customer care through email but did not get any reply from them,

          My due date was 09.12.2023 but from 10.12.2023 to till date i am getting lots of call and message from cashe for payment. They are sending several links for payment. This is creating lots of mental pressure on me and effecting my social life.

          The behaviour of customer service agents are rude as ADOLF HITLER and totally unprofessional, shouting on me, moreover using abusive language, they asked me to arrange money from anywhere and make payment.

          Everytime, when I picked the call from them, i described my problem and asking time till 29th December 2023 to make the payment without any fail. But they are not listening my words and continuously calling and insulting me.

          I am totally depressed after taking loan from cashed for this time.

            Ive applied for a loan on 8/12/2023 and now its 15/12/2023. Its showing processing for one week . When i checked on cashe its showing the emi date . I have not received the amount.               Cashe loan application process is all done and it's approved. Completed Emandate and Ensigned the agreement . However amount didn't disburse so even after 4 days of approval. I have raised the ticket through the app but receiving the below automated email each time but issue is not getting resolved.

              Greetings from CASHe.

              We would like to inform that your loan application has been approved from our end. However, we are facing some technical issues while disbursing funds.

              Please be assured, we have taken up the matter with the bank. The tentative ETR provided by bank is 05 working days from the date your loan is approved.

              As soon as the issue gets resolved, you shall receive the loan disbursal in your bank account.

              We would also like to assure that your repayment date will be considered from the date of loan amount transferred to your bank account and it will accordingly get updated in your CASHe account.

              We regret the inconvenience and thank you for your patience and understanding.

                            I have been approved by CASHe credit line of 20000 on 13 dec and still hasn’t been disbursed it’s just stuck in processsing I don’t how long will it take I hope CASHe sees through it and disburse

                                I took a credit line loan and got approved on 5th December 2023 and it’s been 10days and the amount is still not disbursed.
                                I have sent multiple emails not no response.

                                However online website it is showing that next emi is Jan 5.
                                Please disburse the loan or i will cancel the autodebit

                                  Disbursement of loan rejected

                                  Hi i have successfully paid my loan in time of Cashe and applied for second loan but my disbursement amount got transfer failed. Please resolve my issue as I am a trusted user of this app and I don't trust any onther app....

                                  My Cashe loan approved on 6 Dec 2023, now it's been 6 bank working days but the loan amout still not credited in my bank account. Customer support replies same email everytime. In the cashe web login it showing due date for Jan 2024.

                                  Request to kindly sort this and make disbursement happen ASAP, I applied loan for an emergency purpose.

                                      Loan Amount not disbursed

                                      I was approved loan of Rs.45000 two days back which has not been disbursed till now.i needed loan for medical treatment of my mother and need to make urgent payment. Your customer care is just giving standard answer that it will take atleast 5days to disburse loan amount.Either disburse loan amount asap or please cancel loan request.
