Cashe loan application process is all done and it's approved. Completed Emandate and Ensigned the agreement . However amount didn't disburse so even after 4 days of approval. I have raised the ticket through the app but receiving the below automated email each time but issue is not getting resolved.

We would like to inform that your loan application has been approved from our end. However, we are facing some technical issues while disbursing funds.

Please be assured, we have taken up the matter with the bank. The tentative ETR provided by bank is 05 working days from the date your loan is approved.

As soon as the issue gets resolved, you shall receive the loan disbursal in your bank account.

We would also like to assure that your repayment date will be considered from the date of loan amount transferred to your bank account and it will accordingly get updated in your CASHe account.

We regret the inconvenience and thank you for your patience and understanding.

I have paid all installments after that cashe has been auto debited money from my bank account

It's been more than 4 days since approval, I did not recieve the amount yet. I have raised the ticket and getting same automated reply saying technical issue with the bank and it will take 5 working days time. Customer ID :20436429

This is my second consumer complaints. Still my loan amount not credited. 14 days Completed i am waiting for a amount. i send several mails daily but no reply from cashe team side. Is my loan amount credit or Not? Otherwise kindly said When will amount credited. this is my 7th loan in cashe but this time only i am facing this issue. I had pre closed my existing cashe loan With CLN.no.8145327 and applied from new one the application approved e mandate e sign done but not disbursed amount

I have been approved by CASHe credit line of 20000 on 13 dec and still hasn’t been disbursed it’s just stuck in processsing I don’t how long will it take I hope CASHe sees through it and disburse

Hi i have successfully paid my loan in time of Cashe and applied for second loan but my disbursement amount got transfer failed. Please resolve my issue as I am a trusted user of this app and I don't trust any onther app....

My Cashe loan approved on 6 Dec 2023, now it's been 6 bank working days but the loan amout still not credited in my bank account. Customer support replies same email everytime. In the cashe web login it showing due date for Jan 2024.

Request to kindly sort this and make disbursement happen ASAP, I applied loan for an emergency purpose.

Credit line is approved and went in to processing on 8th Dec 2023. However it is not yet disbursed.

I was approved loan of Rs.45000 two days back which has not been disbursed till now.i needed loan for medical treatment of my mother and need to make urgent payment. Your customer care is just giving standard answer that it will take atleast 5days to disburse loan amount.Either disburse loan amount asap or please cancel loan request.

Loan got approved on 27th November 2023 but still it shows loan transfer under process, what a pathetic app, if you can't disburse amount on time, close the company and move on, why keep your customers waiting if you don't have funds.

Took 3 loans till now n paid every emi on time & you treat your customers by holding their disbursement?

Kindly take action against this app.

Three weeks back loan application has been done successfully but loan has not been disbursed till now, upon repeated mails, only reply that is coming is ETR is 5 days but no update from cashe team and loan has not been disbursed, in app, loan is showing as active and waiting for disbursal

I got an approved loan from Cashe of 20000 Rs. Its been 7 days since the approval and i have not the received the amount yet in my bank account.

I contacted the customer support but every time I get an automated message that the loan is approved but there is a technical glitch from bank's end and the amount will be credited in 5 working days.
