My Cashe loan was approved on Nov 16th and its been more than 14 days now and still the money hasn't been disbursed . Was promised it will be disbursed within 5 days and still they havent disbursed the amount in my account . Getting the same response from the customer care everytime i drop an email.
Its showing Loan transfer in progress for the past 2 weeks

No response from the customer care as well .

    I received a loan amount but i did not receive any information for your team about the emi tenure and emi date. I am getting salary 25 on every month how you opted emi date on 24 on every month how i pay the emi amount. Tenure you informed about 24 months and you given the tenure for 18 month. Please change teh tenure. For the loan also i am regulary followup and send mail to you your team is not contacted do the needful today.

        I have applied for a loan in Cashe and it got approved but amount is not disbursed even after 6 days of approval. Tried to contact through emails but no response. This is really frustrating.

        They also show the emi starting date for the requested loan amount

          I am a customer of Cashe since 3 years now. I have closed a loan with cashe on 14th November and applied for re-loan on same day which got approved. The approved amount is Rs.84000. Since then, it is showing as processing.
          I tried calling cashe on the number given however no agent answers the call. I sent email but no proper response from the email team.
          There is no proper customer support to resolve our query.
          I want immediate disbursement of my loan as I see repayment schedule as well even though amount is not credited to my account
          Also, where do we take our issue with cashe ??
          I have trusted cashe since I took my first loan but this time it is really difficult as I am not getting any answers for my issues

            I have applied for a credit line in cashe and they approved, after approval I have applied for a withdrawl the status shows processing and i have emailed after 48hrs, they have informed that due to some technical issue at bank side it is taking more 5 working days to get the issue resolved its been more than a week I see that the amount is not disbursed

            I have emailed a couple of time but still no response from the team, I was worried now about the data of mine. At least a response would be helpful on the status of the issue

              My application is under verification from more than a week. The funny part is that i received a call from cashe team on 26 november, there agent informed me that my application is approved and i shall receive a call for video kyc in an hours time, but now it has been almost 48 hours, but no calls or updates yet. And the application status is still showing under verification. I have sent enormous amount of e-mails with my documents and asking cashe for an update on my application, but no one had the courtesy to even reply back. There is no customer support number, no way to get an update. Is there any way to communicate with cashe other than the e-mails they have provided, because i don't think someone even reads them.                     How to contact Cashe team to resolve this issue.

                    In Cashe App EMI schedule is showing to pay from next month. Without Loan amount is not credited how we will pay the EMI.

                    Pls clear the Loan Amount or Cancel the Loan.

                      I ordered product from flip kart trough cashe on 9th of October after that product was damaged and returned to flip kart and refunded the amount to cashe but cashe not showing the amount as refunded amount and then asking for emi 10th of december 2023 so please resolve my problem as soon as possible

                              My CLN Number: 10982780, I have taken credit line of 120000 with Cashe and cleared it in total. I don't have anything pending with Cashe now and would like to terminate my credit line permanently with cashe. For the same I mailed them to [protected]@bhanix.in and [protected]@cashe.co.in on NOvember 3rd for the first time and further followed up multiple times since then and no response from them at all. The credit line is appearing in my CBIL and I want to get it removed by getting closed permanently. But Cashe is not closing my credit line and not even responding to my mails. There is no number to call. Please help.

                              But I have raised the request in the 1st week of November and this is last week of November. I dropped multiple mails and there is no reply. I already has been waiting patiently but as there is no reply despite of multiple mails then I have to approach here. Please get this done asap.
