      Where is my loan?

      21st nov 2023 it was approved but till now 5th dec 2023, I hv not got anything. No response either.

      And then they harass and threaten us later ok.

        We would like to inform that your loan application has been approved from our end. However, we are facing some technical issues while disbursing funds.

        Please be assured, we have taken up the matter with the bank. The tentative ETR provided by bank is 05 working days from the date your loan is approved.

        As soon as the issue gets resolved, you shall receive the loan disbursal in your bank account.

        We would also like to assure that your repayment date will be considered from the date of loan amount transferred to your bank account and it will accordingly get updated in your CASHe account.

              My loan is approved however it has not been credited to my account. It has been more then 10 days . I have tried to contact them but they are not responding in a proper manner . They are only asking to wait for 5 days.

                      It's been 17 days since my loan got approved and I haven't received funds in my bank account, I have tried to contact customer care 100s of times but no response from Cashe team, they send same mail which is system generated which shows to wait 5 working days and it's been 17 days for me but no loan has been received from Cashe, this is very unprofessional and very much frustrating, please I request you to disburse my funds or else cancle my loan

                        Dear sir,
                        My name is Pritam Bhandari, my mobile no [protected] and my CLN #3797183.
                        I have completed my application as well as esign in cashe app on last 17th nov, 23. Everything has been completed and processed, disbursement has not yet been done from last 14 days. Please disbursement as soon as possible because there is a medical emergency. Showing loan transfer processing in my account from last week. I also attached my loan status for your reference.
                        Already complaint in Consumer Complaints on 22nd Nov, 2023 then reply by cashe on 29th Nov. They told me that "We have forwarded your concerns to the relevant department for priority disbursal and will get in touch with you at the earliest. We request your patience in the interim." They also same reply from mail which is attached below.
                        Thats the process.
                        They also blocked me on whatsapp for this i did not connect with them. Also mail 4 times but could not resolved this.
                        Please resolve this issue as soon as possible.
                        Please don't harass. Need money for Emergency medical purpose thats why we apply loan.

                            After repeated of email my problem is yet to be solved and i get the same reply from them.{e would like to inform that your loan application has been approved from our end. However, we are facing some technical issues while disbursing funds.

                              My Cashe loan was approved on Nov 16th and its been more than 14 days now and still the money hasn't been disbursed . Was promised it will be disbursed within 5 days and still they havent disbursed the amount in my account . Getting the same response from the customer care everytime i drop an email.
                              Its showing Loan transfer in progress for the past 2 weeks

                              No response from the customer care as well .

                                I received a loan amount but i did not receive any information for your team about the emi tenure and emi date. I am getting salary 25 on every month how you opted emi date on 24 on every month how i pay the emi amount. Tenure you informed about 24 months and you given the tenure for 18 month. Please change teh tenure. For the loan also i am regulary followup and send mail to you your team is not contacted do the needful today.

                                    I have applied for a loan in Cashe and it got approved but amount is not disbursed even after 6 days of approval. Tried to contact through emails but no response. This is really frustrating.

                                    They also show the emi starting date for the requested loan amount

                                      I am a customer of Cashe since 3 years now. I have closed a loan with cashe on 14th November and applied for re-loan on same day which got approved. The approved amount is Rs.84000. Since then, it is showing as processing.
                                      I tried calling cashe on the number given however no agent answers the call. I sent email but no proper response from the email team.
                                      There is no proper customer support to resolve our query.
                                      I want immediate disbursement of my loan as I see repayment schedule as well even though amount is not credited to my account
                                      Also, where do we take our issue with cashe ??
                                      I have trusted cashe since I took my first loan but this time it is really difficult as I am not getting any answers for my issues

                                        I have applied for a credit line in cashe and they approved, after approval I have applied for a withdrawl the status shows processing and i have emailed after 48hrs, they have informed that due to some technical issue at bank side it is taking more 5 working days to get the issue resolved its been more than a week I see that the amount is not disbursed

                                        I have emailed a couple of time but still no response from the team, I was worried now about the data of mine. At least a response would be helpful on the status of the issue
