Hello I applied for loan and all the kyc documents and emandate was submitted. I applied for disbursement on 1/12/2023 after the loan was approved. its been 10 days since the disbursement request was submitted.
When contacted with the support team, i got email the bank transfer is pending and it will take 5 days as bank has given a ETR of 5 days. but its almost 10 days and no amount is credited in my account.
kindly look into this since all my credentials/kyc/statements/emadate is submitted to them

    9 days since loan approved and disbursement pending from company, no replied over email almost 30 mails shared and they even don't get time to reply pending since 3 Rd dec..

        I've got loan approval on 06th Dec. But the amount disbursal is still on processing from 06/12/23. So, please try to clear it as soon as possible. I need this for emergency purpose. It's already 4 days late.

          For loan repayments people who talks are harsssing and the way they speak is too bad this is not the way to speak with any customer . They say they ll call to HR if I loose who will pay emi next and harassing my contacts too badly

              As I have closed my loan and applied for another on 30Nov but It shows in processing and after multiple mail I was told that funds will get transferred within 5 working days but still didn't received any amount from the cashe as bein a existing customer it's really disheartening that the commitment from you has not yet been followed and after multiple mails regarding the issue we get same response that funds will get transfer within 5 working days,
              We get into emergency that's why we opt for the loan facilities and when it doesn't get fulfilled it really affects the trust factor over the Financial partners and also Cashe .
              Please help us to get the things sort and disbursement to get as early as possible.

                I have started getting threatening and blackmailing messages again.
                The callers seems to be very arrogant.
                He has been sending messages and pictures to my calling list by
                hacking into my phone.
                I have been complaining since last month but there seems to be no one.
                interested. I have written more than 5 mails but no reply.
                The messages and calls are from +91 [protected] number ([protected]@gmail.com).
                Last month Ms Mansi wrote to me to elaborate the mail and then she has.
                disappeared.
                IS breach of privacy allowed?
                IS arm twisting allowed?
                Is threatening allowed?
                If NO them how come the CASHe collection agents are resorting too.
                I have proper proofs now i will be handing over the number and proofs
                to the Cyber and the Police cell.

                Take immediate action that no one calls to threaten or blackmail.

If you are in Mumbai visit their office but before that report by sending an email to the above email add that will turn out in your benefit.

                  Loan approved on 01.12.2023 but till now amount not credited i my bank account.

                  No customer care call responding.
                  My complaint is showing resolved but actually my issue is not resolved till now.

                      Received Notification that loan has been Approved but the amount was not credited but the web app has the next EMI date as 5 January 2024… Please find the email below

                      We would like to inform that your loan application has been approved from our end. However, we are facing some technical issues while disbursing funds.

                      Please be assured, we have taken up the matter with the bank. The tentative ETR provided by bank is 05 working days from the date your loan is approved.

                      As soon as the issue gets resolved, you shall receive the loan disbursal in your bank account.

                      We would also like to assure that your repayment date will be considered from the date of loan amount transferred to your bank account and it will accordingly get updated in your CASHe account.

                            Collection departimwnt giving me life threading calls and blackmailing that they will contact my contact and stating that iam fraud and cheater .                                   Hi I got credit limit approved of 75000 and applied for 75000 loan on Dec 2nd 2023 but today is 7th and still have not received loan amount to my bank account. Unable to get in touch with customer service team as well. PFA screenshot and either resolve or reject.

                                      I had pre closed my existing cashe loan with CLN No: 5376571 and applied for new one. The application has approved and e-mandate and e-sign has done but still the amount has not been disbursed.

                                      I have tried emailing multiple times but getting same reply regarding the issue.

                                        I had closed my existing loan from cashe with CLN No: 5376571. and applied for another loan. The loan amount has been aproved and signed the e mandate and auto debit has been set, but I haven't received the amount in the bank account yet.

                                        I tried emailing regarding this many times but same reply for the last 6 days.
