I applied for Cashe credit limit. I was told that the limit will be available in the wallet and I can use it when i want. However, Cashe disbursed the money in my bank account in the form of 1.5 years loan with 18 EMIs on 11th October. I informed them that i dont need the money now. I raised the issue with them. Then they asked me to return the money to them in a stipulated time (before 7.00pm on 13th October)...

PI have taken 3+ loans with cashe and repaid all in time, due to suspension from my job last 3months I have not paid 2emis amounting to 25000, I asked time till to receive my salary but these recovery agents messaging me and contacts with fake profile ID fake Name, what a cheap behaviour for a authorised lending company, I want to file police complaint and FIR for harrassment, their mail id also not working no reply from that no proper communication...

My loan amount is already approved. but still, it is not transferred to the bank account. customer care email. they do not reply to the issue. every time give the reason for the technical issue of the bank. I take multiple times loan from cashe but they are not improving it system. also very worst customer support. they are not replying to our mail 5 days passed...

I had taken loan from Bhanix Finance through Cashe Application, Due to my Current Financial Situation I am not able to pay my EMI's On time, But I am Paying the EMI through link that I have received from Cashe Loan Recovery team, But Still your recovery team members hacked my contact details and they are calling not only to me and my reference number they are also calling to my friend in my complete contact list and telling very worst words...

My loan of 15000 got approved on 21st of October esign and mandate done on 23rd of October after that there is no response from anyone from cashe side after checking on their website have 3 emi scheduled without the loan money getting credited into my bank account
The worst part says the servers are not working while connecting to support

Loan is approved but disbursement is not completed
Loan approved did not get the amount yet
it’s been more than 2 hrs did not get the money into my bank account yet.
Please check this issue, this is emergency case ....

I had applied for lan on cashe on October 20th and got approved, done with e-mandate and e-sign but still I did not receive amount on my bank account linked with Cashe application, in application I can see the status is still in processing, in website I can see the date is been already given for the first EMI for the loan amount which i did not receive still....

CLN#6515881- Amount showing disbursed on 24th Oct, but till 25th not received, as per customer care executive he told it will be credited within 2 hrs, please get this check and close...

I have closed 2 loans with cashe. No payment was late
All.was on time. So igot credit line. But when i am tryinh to transfer.its continously showing transfer failed. Plz resolve my issue...

That points is any other man take a loan of your finance and your employee call me again and again and fight with me.and use a very bad language talk with me .So my request said your employee and don’t call me. If your employee call me another i am take a action....

Loan approved did not get the amount yet
it’s been more than 12 hrs did not get the money into my bank account yet.

Completed Esign and e mandate on 21 Oct 2023 but after completion still amount not credited. Sent multiple mail to Cashe support team but no proper response...

I have already got the loan approval but the ampunt disbursal still show uner processing. I dropped an email and got a response as per attached screenshot. Please help immedyate disbursal of the amount...

I have applied loan on CASHe on 11th oct and my application also verified and its has already approved and i have also done e-sign and received e mandate message also from bank . But still loan amount did not transfer to my bank account. Kindly do not process my loan i do not want loan from CASHe now for such pathetic services .. DO not Process my loan i want to cancel my loan

I have been applying for loan with cashe for a long time and it has been hassle free. But this time it has approved my loan twice but not transferred the loan amount. They are only stating there is an issue for disbursement of funds and not then in the history updates as transfer failed.
There is no response for the multiple emails I have sent to customer support.
Kindly check on the same as I have e signed the loan...

My credit line is approved. Still, I am not able to use it. Every time I apply for a loan to use my credit line. It is going to processing and after some time it shows a Transfer failed. I tried to apply so many times but did not get the money. So many times I try to contact its support team. Write mail to the cash e support team.
No one is solving the problem. every day they send marketing mail to apply for a loan and...

I had got an approved loan with cashe on 11Oct23 and there received update from them stating there is disbursement issues and it will take upto 5 days.
But later the transfer showed as failed. It again gave me option to apply which I did but again didn't receive the funds yet.
There is no one replying to email nor informing the issue.
Kindly check and advise....

I had approved loan on 11Oct23 with loan no CLN 2699638.
Received update from Cashe informing that they are funds issues in disbursement and bank has given ETR 5DAYS. Now it shows as transfer failed and is asking to apply again.
I have reapplied but no update on transfer.

Kindly check and revert what is going on....
