Loan amount was approved but still it's not credited to my bank account. I have email to the support team but no response only system generated response. no one in support team was calling us to resolve the issue.

    Dear Team,
    I had applied for a loan on 9th Nov and it has been approved and e-mandate has been done and its almost been 12-13 days but still the amount has not yet been disbursed.

    Regarding this I has send multiple mails and call to your customer care number but still there has been no any action taken from your side yet.

    Kindly help me know will it be disbursed or not?

    Haven't seen such a pathetic service ever yet where an approved loan amount has been disbursed even after 10+ days

      Dear sir,
      My name is Pritam Bhandari, my mobile no [protected] and my CLN #3797183.
      I applied loan on cashe on last 11th nov, 23. Everything has been completed and processed, disbursement has not yet been done from last 6 days. Please disbursement as soon as possible because there is a medical emergency. Showing loan transfer processing in my account from last week. I also attached my loan status for your reference.
      They also blocked me on whatsapp for this i did not connect with them. Also mail 2 times but could not resolved this.
      Please resolve this issue as soon as possible.

        My Cashe loan was approved on Nov 16th and its been more than 5 days now and still the money hasn't been disbursed . Was promised it will be disbursed within 5 days and still they havent disbursed the amount in my account . Getting the same response from the customer care everytime i drop an email.
        No response from the customer care as well .

        Money still not disbursed but they have already scheduled the EMI's . Its been a week now

        Kindly confirm on the Disbursal. Its been 2 weeks now and still not disbursed yet. Its the same email again and again .

                Hello, creditline has approved my loan which has an expiry of 26/04/2028. I have been trying to apply but it shows processing but ends up in transfer failed. I tried to reach to support via mail but not getting any response. Kindly help me with the issue.

                  Hello, I have my creditline approved and is valid till 26/04/2028. I have been trying to apply for a loan but it always goes to processing and later ends up in transfer failed. I tried to reach out to support for help via mail but there is no response from them.

                    We would also like to assure that your repayment date will be considered from the date of loan amount transferred to your bank account and it will accordingly get updated in your CASHe account.

                    I get reply 3 times with same message LTR is 5 days but it’s already been 5 days.

                    Please look into this issue ASAP
                    Cashe customer service doesn’t even respond on WhatsApp.it’s pathetic that Customer has to wait so long to receive funds.

                    This is ridiculously late and payment due date is posted as Dec 16th 2023 without depositing funds.
                    Urgent reply required.
                    Absolutely no communication from the Cashe team and its delayed.

                    Why there is no update.

                    Atleast update on the issue and when it will be credited.

                              Dear team,

                              I received a call form cashe regarinding of loan application i given all the documents to agent i get confimation message form cashe loan amount 150000 was approve they said that update the emandate but due to technical issue e mandate was not process and they said that they will do manual process and received call for process completion. now check with cashe app it is showing as amount was ulitsed i contact the agents was not lifted the calls. kindly take the issue on priority

                                I have an approved limit. Evry time i try to avail a loan, i go through the whole process and then it says processing. After some time when i check it says transfer failed. There is no explanation to that as well. I have tried contacting numerous times but i have not received any reply.
                                Kindly look into this ASAP. THIS IS NOT HOW YOU TREAT YOUR VALUABLE CUSTOMERS.

                                    Hi,

                                    I have initiated rent payment of rupees 28000 on November 5th, but still it haven't reflected to source account. And the amount was debited from the cashe, even though it was in failed status the amount was not returned to cashe wallet. I even raised multiple complaints on it, through mail, chat. But you guys haven't responded and not come up with the solution

                                      Hi,

                                        Hi Team I have an Applied loan for RS2, 80, 000 in cashe on oct 30 and it was approved at that time but still after 20 days completed also it is not disbursing the amount and wasting lot of time for me so please disburse the amount as it is a medical need
