This is to keep you posted that Saikat Banerjee, an existing customer of Cashe, paid my 1st EMI of Rs. 6213 on 02-Nov-23 from Cashe app payment options.
However, I have noticed that an auto-debit has been initiated for the same transaction.
Auto-Debit amount of Rs. 6213 has been debited from my account today, hence would like to request you to kindly look into this matter, as double payment has been done.
Please refund my excess payment amount of Rs. 6213.
