Dear Sir/ Madam,

This is to keep you posted that Saikat Banerjee, an existing customer of Cashe, paid my 1st EMI of Rs. 6213 on 02-Nov-23 from Cashe app payment options.

Also, I have noticed that an auto-debit has been initiated for the same transaction and debited an amount of Rs. 6213 has been debited from my account on 02-Nov-23.

Hence, requesting you to kindly help to get refund my excess EMI amount to my bank account, as not able to reach Cashe customer care, dropped an email but no response.

Transaction details are attached herewith for your reference.
CASHe customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
Please be rest assured that we are working on your request for a refund on the excess amount paid towards your EMI.

      This is my last month EMI and i paid it morning today 31 oct 2023 but i see again amount deducted by auto debit by cashe and payment deducted twice please refund my one axess paid one emi amount back to my bank account.

        I am writing to seek assistance and clarification regarding an investment I made with Cashe.

        On April 25, 2023, I invested a sum of 25 thousand in Cashe for a duration of six months. As of October 25, 2023, the designated period has concluded, but to my surprise, I have received only 10 thousand thus far. I have attempted to resolve this matter by reaching out via email, but regrettably, I have not received any response or resolution from your side.

        I would greatly appreciate your prompt attention to this matter and request clarification on the discrepancy in the investment returns. Kindly provide an update on the status of my investment and the remaining amount owed to me. Timely communication and resolution of this matter are o[censored]tmost importance to me.

          I am shyammohan Nair took a loan from the cashe in the month of june. But unfortunately i am unable to pay the EMIs as i lost my job and also had a injury in my right leg. So i mailed to cashe several times to increase the tenure so that the EMIs will be less and i can atleast start to pay the amount.
          But i never got any positive response from them and now they are not at all replying to my Emails. Now the recovery agents are Harassing me on call speaking of slapping me. Sending 100s and 100s of messages now and then. They even contacted my references few days back and also threatening for the same again. I have all the recording of this guys. I have no other option to share all the mails and recording to RBI. Please give and immediate response.

            Had applied for loan/ credit facility to CASHe on 28.10.23 Ref: 19553939 which was approved and all documents uploaded successfully. E mandate & e-signing of agreement done on same day. However, loan not disbursed till date although app is showing repayment schedule.
            Kindly expedite.

              I am shyammohan Nair, i have took a loan from the cashe but unfortunately i am unable to pay the amount of 18000, as i lost my previous job and also facing health issue with my right leg, i mailed them multiple times to at least increase the tenure of the loan as i can start paying it immediately. But i never got any response from them regarding the same. Now the recovery agents are harassing me on call threatening me to slap on my face. I have all the recordings for the same. They also contacted my references, sending me 100 and 100 of messages in my whatsapp number.

                Hi,
                I Mandadi Sri Chakravarthy Applied for a loan amount of Rs.40, 000/- and got approved on 27th October but till date i have not received the amount to my bank.

                every time i send a mail same repeted message ETR filed by Bank is sending by the supporting team. does this app is genuine or fake i am not able to understand.

                can any one help me in this issue

                  I applied for Cashe credit limit. I was told that the limit will be available in the wallet and I can use it when i want. However, Cashe disbursed the money in my bank account in the form of 1.5 years loan with 18 EMIs on 11th October. I informed them that i dont need the money now. I raised the issue with them. Then they asked me to return the money to them in a stipulated time (before 7.00pm on 13th October) to cancel the limit. I transferred the full amount back to them in the stipulated time (6:46 pm on 13th October) and received their acknowledgement with time stamp (6:46 pm on 13th October). However, instead of cancelling my limit they adjusted the first few EMis and still showing an outstanding in my loan account. This is contrary to what they had promised which was cancelling my limit. I have written to them many times but they dont respond.

                    PI have taken 3+ loans with cashe and repaid all in time, due to suspension from my job last 3months I have not paid 2emis amounting to 25000, I asked time till to receive my salary but these recovery agents messaging me and contacts with fake profile ID fake Name, what a cheap behaviour for a authorised lending company, I want to file police complaint and FIR for harrassment, their mail id also not working no reply from that no proper communication provided... If a reputed company is cashe then they should have proper communication with either mail or calls, If a customer didn't paid emis send them legal demand notice, don't engage in this cheap behaviour, everyone know cashe hire these kind of third rated call centers to recover, but they act like nothing happened and they don't even aware of what is happening in their company, I'm going to file complaint in police and turn it into FIR they should reply my FIR complaint let's see cashe !

                      My loan amount is already approved. but still, it is not transferred to the bank account. customer care email. they do not reply to the issue. every time give the reason for the technical issue of the bank. I take multiple times loan from cashe but they are not improving it system. also very worst customer support. they are not replying to our mail 5 days passed

                        I had taken loan from Bhanix Finance through Cashe Application, Due to my Current Financial Situation I am not able to pay my EMI's On time, But I am Paying the EMI through link that I have received from Cashe Loan Recovery team, But Still your recovery team members hacked my contact details and they are calling not only to me and my reference number they are also calling to my friend in my complete contact list and telling very worst words about me and threatening me and this problem happening me from the past 4 months to till date. They are not following RBI guidelines and even they are not yet providing the Cashe ID Card. Due to this kind of activity, they are damaging my image in society. Kindly take immediate action and provide me the amount as compensation and I need the settlement option to close my loan. I am able to pay 20% from my current outstanding because I have already paid a large amount of interest, Kindly take the immediate action and provide me the proper justification.

                          My loan of 15000 got approved on 21st of October esign and mandate done on 23rd of October after that there is no response from anyone from cashe side after checking on their website have 3 emi scheduled without the loan money getting credited into my bank account
                          The worst part says the servers are not working while connecting to support

                              I had applied for lan on cashe on October 20th and got approved, done with e-mandate and e-sign but still I did not receive amount on my bank account linked with Cashe application, in application I can see the status is still in processing, in website I can see the date is been already given for the first EMI for the loan amount which i did not receive still.

                                  All.was on time. So igot credit line. But when i am tryinh to transfer.its continously showing transfer failed. Plz resolve my issue
