I am getting too much harassed by Cashe and getting threats to send executive at husband office. They are talking like goons. Can I get any help here

    I have taken the loan for 3 months and i have paid my last emi before 15 days but still my loan is not closed my money has debited and i have also submitted all the detail on mail but no revert. Kindly close my loan today it self my loan no is [protected].

      I take 5000rs loan I paid all my due amount but still they are charging money, if I have money in my bank they are taking 295rs which means 295×5 times nearly 1509rs and still charging, please stop auto debt my money from my bank

        After several mails
        I told you it is not my account details for loan transferring why you update wrong details in my loan app
        If I applied a loan and amount transferred into this account
        Who are responsible ?
        As I applied for a loan of just 1000/- rupee
        After that I saw this [protected]
        That it is not my account details
        Now who is responsible for it

            Sub:- Harrassment calls from Cashe Finance (Bhanix Finance)

            Respected Sir

            I had taken loan from cashe of 80, 000 last year of which I have already paid 3 emi's of 10600 each. After that, I lost my job in the month of January and couldn't pay emi so after alot of harrassment, they agreed to restructure my loan.

            My situation is still not good financially, and still they are started harrassing me to the extent that they are calling my references and misbehaving with them, using abusive languages.

            They are using harsh words to me over call and I am totally shattered and my well-being is destroyed because of them.

            I have never denied that I'll not going to pay my emi but right now, my situation is very worst.

            Please help me out.

                  I am using Cashed last 2 years. But this time I have faces some issues. I had applied for a cash loan on 21/09/2023 and by 22/09/2023 had completed all formalities including E-Nach sign, everything. That day I had received the repayment schedule from 22/09/2023 for next 09 months. But till date I didn't get the loan amount in my bank account. Informed them through email several times but didn't get any response. So, I am complaining here for solution of my issue.

                    I have applied for loan amount in cashe. Loan amount activated in cashe app. And emi also activated but amount didn't get credit to my account. Kindly solve this issue as soon as possible

                      My loan is showing as "Processing" since 25/09/2023, however, the amount has not yet been credited to my account. (Please see the attached screenshot)

                        Loan got approved but money has not yet been disbursed into bank since sep 22. All the documents have been submitted and e-mandate approved. first emi shows pending in october 25th. MONEY WAS REQUIRED ON AN URGENT BASIS. They claim to be instant loan app but there is so much delay. Please disburse the MONEY IMMEDIATELY or else return my documents. I have submitted complaint to ther support team but they sent their standard technical issue with bank message. PLEASE WORK ON THIS IMMEDIATELY. Refer the attached screenshots.

                                  I have been a victim before and I don’t want to face the same issue because it’s going down the same line, I paid of my cash e in full as I always do mow mh loan shows still in processing believe me you guys don’t respect time, care and values.
                                  What’s the point of even being in the market, learn from fibe and kredit bee instant loan before even the message arrives the money is in the bank.
                                  I gotta py my rent and if this month you are gonna play I am definitely going to sue you for misinformation as I suffered this past time.

                                    Delay In Loan Disbursement

                                    It has been 3 working days till my loan (Credit Line) from Cashe is approved and the amount is still not received in my bank account.

                                    It is in process from 20th September 2023.

                                    I raised a request/query regarding this but no response from their end.

                                    Kindly help to solve my problem....

                                    Dear All,

                                    I am writing to formally submit a complaint against for their unethical and potentially illegal business practices, which have caused significant distress and mental stigma to me and other individuals.

                                    As I was a gold member of Cashe took loan from past 3 years and made all payments on-time, due to my medical emergency where I was unbale to make 1 EMI, they are harrassing me and my references in extend level which is taking me to depression.

                                    I need mouthshut team to help to block this users as loan lenders. am surprise now to say don't no how many people are committed suicide because of the torchure and threatening from cashe e team.

                                    This aggressive behavior towards contacts of borrowers not only violates privacy and ethical standards but also inflicts mental stigma upon innocent parties who are caught up in this unfortunate situation. I have personally experienced this distress as a contact person for a Cashe borrower, and I am deeply concerned about the implications of Cashe's actions on the well-being of all affected parties.

                                      I am trying foreclose my loan with Cashe. They is no way of contacting/communicating with them. I drafted multiple mails to them. They don't respond back to the emails and they have no number I can call. I tried reached out to the cashe support which is provide in this site after sometime they are disconnecting the call. No one is answering.

                                      You guys have shared me the mail and link to pay the respected amount. Which i had paid. But still in the it is showing amount to repay rs. 29248/-. And next due date is August 08, 2024. If i only has to pay 1, 16, 271 rupees as you told you do not charge any foreclosure amount in settling your loan in advance. The amount which stated i paid but why still the rs.29, 248 is showing to be paid. I paid the amount on sunday sep 24th on the same you acknowledged that you received the amount and same was reflected in the app. But why the loan account is not closed and still show some amount to repay. I also drafted a mail to you guys regarding closure letter yesterday but no response till now.
