I have applied loan on cashe on 11th and my application also verified and its has been approved and i also done e-sign . But still loan amount did not transfer to my bank account. Kindly do the needful help and resolved my issue soon as possible

      The amount has been credited. The team was really helpful after the escalation. But pls beware of the fake people reaching out claiming to be cashe.

        Hi Team,

        It's been 5days my loan got approved and submitted the e-mandate. But still not recieved the loan money.i have sent so many emails but no use they even not responding to the e-mails. And there is no contact number for cashe to speak with them

          Hello team,

          I had applied for my loan on 11th September but there is not disbursement. I contacted support and they emailed saying it will take 5 days ETR.

          My loan no: [protected]

          Also on messaging in the Facebook page. A guys replied saying we will look into the matter and asked technical communication charges which he said will be reimbursed in 15 mins with the money that is disbursed.

          Kindly look into the matter coz if you guys don't handle these issues on time then people like that fb guy will dupe innocent people.

            Loan was approved on 13th Sept till
            Now the amount is not credited but in my Gpay it is showing due already next month 13th Oct please can you credit the amount asap

                  My loan has been sanctioned on 12th September'23 but after 6 days my loan amount is not credited to my account and not even getting any positive reply from them that when I will get the amount. This is very unexpected from Cashe. Request you please clarify whether this amount will be credited or not . My loan account number is CLN # 4495609

                    My loan account number is CLN# 4495609. My loan has been sanctioned on 12th September'23 but still now the loan amount is not credited to my account. This is very unexpected from the Cashe app. Infact there is no proper solution by them, whether this amount will be credited or not . Almost 6 days gone no solution.

                      Hi, After Cashe team once again promised to disburse loan by Sat 16th EOD, i had applied, but till now its not yet disbursed even though all the process is completed.. Since its for medical emergency kindly credit ASAP

                          I applied for the loan but the loan amount has not yet been credited to my account. Had applied for a loan of Rs 7000. Showing loan EMI through cashe app. But the loan money has not been credited to my account yet. It's been 24hrs

                            Approved loan 1 month ago but Transfer is getting always failed. I never seen such a company that always giving repeated answer that ETR 5 days informed to bank. But nothing happened. Very very worst service from "CASHE"

                            Daily am sending mails to cahse support team but nothing happened.

                            Pls cancel my loan and return all my documents Immediately.

                              Hi, i had requested for a loan and after 3 days they approved. during approval i had clearly asked whether the loan gets disbursed same day or not, if not then i dont need loan and you can cancel the application. the support team assured that the loan will be disbursed same day ( i have recording) but its almost 24 hrs now still they have not disbursed. On contacting again they are saying that there is some technical difficulties in bank so it will take at least 5 days. as i need amount urgently, i dont need loan with high ROI which gets credited after 5 days. after searching internet found that this is common issue among most of Cashe users. so every time they give same reason. they promote stating it will be credited within 30mins but never happens. so i have sent mail to not credit loan and cancel

                                My credit line is approved about a . Still, I am not able to use it. Every time I apply for a loan to use my credit line. It is going to processing and after some time it shows a Transfer failed. I tried to apply but did not get the money. So many times I try to contact its support team. Write so many of mail to the cash e support team. They are giving the same reply as below.
                                "we are facing some technical issues while disbursing funds.
                                Please be assured, we have taken up the matter with the bank. The tentative ETR provided by the bank is 05 working days from the date your loan is approved."
                                . No one is solving the problem. every day they send marketing mail to apply for a loan and use your credit line but when you apply you don't get money. please fix that problem. I am trying to apply but still not get the money.

                                I have been facing the same issue. The problem must be with their app. They won't reply nor fix the app. I have been trying for weeks now.

                                    Hello
                                    I have taken the loan from Cashe and i have payed all the amount on time . on 12september i made the payment by upi of rupees 5720 and payed amount of 5720 again for october to clear the loan but out of so many months yesterday they auto debit my amount and now when i am calling and mailing i am not getting any response and reply from the company . I am sharing the screenshot of the payments also when i have done the payments and still not getting response .

                                        My previous loan paid always on time,
                                        As an emergency I have applied again with high rate of interest as I believe I will get money immediately. I applied with subjected CLN on 11 sep 23, loan aproved on same day, as per your policy within few minutes loan to be disbursed but on 2 EOD not been credited. App just showing we transferring thanks for patience. If not possible to credit then please close my loan and stop e mandate..Hope this complaint taken on priority..

                                        On 5th working day also my loan not been disbursed. CLN#8667975...
                                        I belive on this application and after paying all emi before due days applied again. Loan sanctioned, e mandate done on same day of application. Afterwards without disbursement just messages receiving as 5 days to be required for that due to technical reasons of bank.
                                        Today is 5th day but still not disbursed.
                                        It's ok, Just requesting if you not want to credit loan amount REQUEST TO CLOSE my application immediately.
                                        In emergency I had taken loan with high interest rates but never missed any single emi ...Please don't see and check patience of serious customers. How I can refer others who are in emergency of cash? If someone required immediately funds as an emergency of medical, although with high interest rates and after applying if he will not get desired amount and if amount received in account after all FINISH AS MEDICAL CONCERN..In pre closure needs to pay all amount with interest...
                                        Again requesting, If required more time to resolve technical issue, please cancel my funding. I will try with other lenders.
