I have 5000 inr loan i have already payment of 3 Emi but in cashe application frist EMI not reflected then i contact customer care i have provided all support documents of payment atill 2 month not reflected and not solved i continue follow but not resolved

    We would like to inform that your loan application has been approved from our end. However, we are facing some technical issues while disbursing funds.

    Please be assured, we have taken up the matter with the bank. The tentative ETR provided by bank is 05 working days from the date your loan is approved.

    As soon as the issue gets resolved, you shall receive the loan disbursal in your bank account.

    We would also like to assure that your repayment date will be considered from the date of loan amount transferred to your bank account and it will accordingly get updated in your CASHe account.

        Loan#CL1958194 - Loan is approved and all process completed but still the loan amount is not disbursed even after 5 days. Have sent multiple follow up emails to cashe and bhanfix customer support but no response yet.

        Request to get the approved loan amount disbursed immediately.

            I have been waiting for the loan disbursal foe the last 2 days. The loan was approved on 8 September 2023 and today is 10th September still, I have not received the amount.
            I did contact the chat services but they were not able to help. Can I get the amount at the earliest.

                Hi team

                The recovery agents at cashe has a contacyed a random store near my flat saying i have givent that number as a reference. I dont even have that number saved in my phone book. They have also in past sent me abusive messages along with augggestive actions for self harm. I sent a mail to cashe but no action has been taken. This is harrassment and againt rbi guideleines for collection. Please find attached screenshot

                    My loan was approved on 8th September 2023. However it is more than 24hrs still the amount had not been disbursed.
                    The virtual Chat assistant isn't able to help either. Can you please arrange for the urgent loan disbursal

                      My loan is approved from Cashe on 8th September 2023 and it is more than 24hrs but the loan has not been disbursed.
                      I have connected on their Chat to know the status but the virtual assistant is saying they can't assist with loan status.

                            I have been sending emails after emails. What is the point if I can't use the amount when I need it? And what kind if technical issue that doesn't get resolved in days.
                            I have been trying to transfer n each time it says transfer failed. I am sick and tired.

                              Dear sir I have applied for a loan from cashe on 8 September 2023 . It is showing loan is approved and we are transferring money into your bank account but still money not credited in my account before also I took loan from cashe and money is credited immediately but this time it is taking too late. So kindly look into it as I have emergency need of fund for which I applied.

                                I have applied load in cashe app on Sep 6th 2023 from my credit line amount and it's showing in processing status but still amount is not yet disbursed to my account. Let me know the update when it will be credited to my account. In case of any further delay, Please cancel my loan request. I have sent multiple email but getting as same response like amount is approved from our end but having technical issue in disbursing the fund.

                                  Hi,

                                  I have applied for a personal loan from CashE app. The loan has been approved but disbursement of the loan amount is still pending.

                                  I was told to wait due to some technical issues but it is very urgent for me to get the funds or else I wouldn't have applied for a loan from CashE app.

                                  The customer service is pathetic and there was no proper response from the team even after sending emails multiple times. They don't have a callback number to address customer's issues.

                                  I am very disappointed to see such carelessness on the part of the CashE Team. I don't when will I get the loan amount into my bank account. I am still waiting but it they fail to disburse the loan amount they should inform me prior so that I can look for other options.

                                  Please look into this matter seriously and disburse the amount ASAP.

                                    I have applied for a loan in Cashe on 05/09/2023 and it is approved, but the loan status is still showing as processing and so far the amount is not credited to me. I have applied for a loan for some medical emergency and need the money at the earliest. Hence I request you to kindly disburse the amount at the earliest.

                                        NOC for my loan closure

                                        Completed the payment by last Monday almost 10 days went not at all responding for providing my NOC and it’s very emergency for me to get that NOC during the closure they said 2 days then 5 days now it’s more than 10 days...
