Dear Customer,

Greetings from CASHe.

We would like to inform that your loan application has been approved from our end. However, we are facing some technical issues while disbursing funds.

Please be assured, we have taken up the matter with the bank. The tentative ETR provided by bank is 05 working days from the date your loan is approved.

As soon as the issue gets resolved, you shall receive the loan disbursal in your bank account.

We would also like to assure that your repayment date will be considered from the date of loan amount transferred to your bank account and it will accordingly get updated in your CASHe account.

We regret the inconvenience and thank you for your patience and understanding.

    Hello Team
    My credit line is approved about couple of month ago. Today I have tried to apply for a loan to use my credit line. It is going to processing and after some time it shows a Transfer failed. I tried multiple time to apply but did not get the money. So many times I try to contact its support team. Write a mail to the cash e support team.
    No one is solving the problem. every day they send marketing mail to apply for a loan and use your credit line but when you apply you don't get money. please fix that problem. I am trying to apply due to some emergency but still not get the money.

      They advertise that loan amount shall be disbursed instantly. My Loan has been approved but amount not disbursed to my saving account. This problem is faced by all the customers and they keep replying

      "Please be assured, we have taken up the matter with the bank. The tentative ETR provided by bank is 05 working days from the date your loan is approved."

        My loan amount (36144 rupees) has been approved and I have e-signed it as well, along with auto debit registration.
        Its been 6 day but on app its still showing "we are transferring your loan amount". However, on the website the next emi date is showing as 1st-October23.
        I am yet to receive the amount but the emi date is set. Why??

        WHAT's an ETA to get the Loan amount? If not please CANCEL my Loan. I WILL NOT PAY anything as per EMI starts on 1st OCTOBER23.

          it got approved still amount not credited in to my account

                I have applied loan on cashe app on 29 aug 23 post all verification my loan got approved on 29 AUG 23 on the same day e mandate got updated and status changed as we are transferring your loan amount however still the amount was not disbursed to my account and this is 3rd day.
                Kindly look in that issue. I mailed so many times . get the same automated mail everytime saying bank issue for disbursal. Applied for emergency purpose and no proper contact or reply.

                          I have applied for a Loan of Rs 50, 000 on dated 22-08-23 after approval . But today is 30-09-23 still amount is not credited. I have mailed every day to cashe form date of applied but i gate the same system generated mail that their is some issue it will be resolved in 5 working days . Its been 9 day no amount credited.

                          Sir, At least Share a phone number were we can talk directly to your customer support why cashe is so afraid of to be transparent. Their should be transparency in build a relation between customer and a company.

                              26th of august my loan is aproved. Tilnow it is not credited in to my acount. Kindly do the nedful. Customer care is saying that 05 days ETR. For every mail

                                Plz stop giving robotic replies. Just tell me when will I get the amount.
                                Why don't you guys understand the urgency? I'm in tremendous need of money & you are delaying the disbursement like anything!
