My cashe loan was approved on 6th of August 2023, but the amount never got disbursed. I kept emailing them, the response was there is some issue with the bank, it'll get credited within 5 days. Their whatsapp bot says their server is down i cant raise a query. Their in app chat service say they cant tell me the loan status. They kept calling me non stop for e mandate and e sign, but once that was done. I am unable to reach their customer...

We would like to inform that your loan application has been approved from our end. However, we are facing some technical issues while disbursing funds.

Please be assured, we have taken up the matter with the bank. The tentative ETR provided by bank is 05 working days from the date your loan is approved.
