26th of august my loan is aproved. Tilnow it is not credited in to my acount. Kindly do the nedful. Customer care is saying that 05 days ETR. For every mail

i am facing the same problem its been 9 day my loan is still in process.I I have applied on 22-08-23. Even after several mail still gets the same computer generated mail 05 days ETR but already crossed 9 days .

    Why don't you guys understand the urgency? I'm in tremendous need of money & you are delaying the disbursement like anything!

    It's the 7th day since I applied for a loan against my approved credit line but still the disbursal is not yet done & showing the loan status as 'processing'. How can you CASHe / Bhanix claim their instant disbursement policy?

      I have applied loan and was approved on 24th Aug itself but even after 5 days, the amount is not disbursed. I get the same automated mail everytime saying bank issue for disbursal. Applied for emergency purpose and no proper contact or reply.

      My loan was approved on 30th aug, and till date I am waiting for disbursement. Is it a joke to you?? I applied for loan because I was in urgent need of funda

        After repeated of emails my problem is yet to be solved and I get the same reply from them.{e would like to inform you that your loan application has been approved from our end. However, we are facing some technical issues while disbursing funds.

        Please be assured, we have taken up the matter with the bank. The tentative ETR provided by the bank is 05 working days from the date your loan is approved.

        As soon as the issue gets resolved, you shall receive the loan disbursal in your bank account.

        We would also like to assure you that your repayment date will be considered from the date of loan amount is transferred to your bank account and it will accordingly get updated in your CASHe account.

        We regret the inconvenience and thank you for your patience and understanding.}

        this is pathetic.

        It has already been more than 5 working days still your cashe support team sends me the same email again & again.

              Loan Disbursement

              Dear Team,

              I am writing this email to bring to your attention that I applied for a loan from CASHE on 24th August 2023, and it has been more than three days since the application was approved. However, I have not received the loan amount in my account yet.

              I would like to request you to kindly look into this matter and provide me with an update on the status of my loan disbursement. I have been eagerly waiting...

                I have applied loan on cashe app on 24 aug 23 post all verification my loan got approved on 27 APR 23 on the same day e mandate got updated and status changed as we are transferring your loan amount however still the amount was not disbursed to my account and this is 3rd day.

                I have written several mails but no proper response

                Kindly look into this issue.

                    My loan amount (36144 rupees) has been approved and I have e-signed it as well, along with auto debit registration.
                    Its been 2 day but on app its still showing "we are transferring your loan amount". However, on the website the next emi date is showing as 1st-October23.
                    I am yet to receive the amount but the emi date is set. Why??

                            I have applied for loan on cashe on 23rd aug but they still haven’t disbursed the amount amt I have emailed them they are saying they are working with bank to resolve however this is an emergency case where i needed the money most and it was not credited

                              Hi,

                              I have applied one loan of 50000. INR from CASHe due to urgent requirement and I did all the process but fortunately my problem got resolved. So, I have requested to cancel my loan also cancel my credit line and I have sent proper email also for the same but they have disbursed the amount into my account even after my mail.

                              I have spoken to the CASHe customer care and I have explained my concern.So, they told me if I want to close my loan then I need to pay my all amount which I have received. So, I have paid the amount on shared link.
                              Now, I can see in the CASHe account that loan still in active and they have just adjusted the paid amount with loan instead of closing my loan.

                              I have all the email communication proof. I would request you to please help me on this.
