Hey cashe team I get fraud on 25/08/2013 and someone was make account by my name, aadhar card and pan card and that was not me please delete my account the number register is [protected] and the name of aadhar and pan is kishan lal gayari . I don't access that account the scammers is running that account please delete that account.

Hi, approved loan on 21th august 2023, Now this is more than 5 days amount not transfered to my bank a/c.I was following up to their registsred email id [protected]@cashe.co.in, getting below standard reply to my email id.No one is tried to contact me or i also cannot contact since no customer care phone number listed.

Credit line has been approved. I have once taken a loan and repaid it before time. This time it goes to processing and then fails.

My credit line is approved a week ago. Still, I am not able to use it. Every time I apply for a loan from use my credit line. It is going to processing and after some time it shows a Transfer failed. I tried from last week to apply but did not receive money. So many times I tried to support team. Wrote more than 10 mails to the cash e support team. They are giving the same reply as below.

"we are facing some technical issues while disbursing funds.
Please be assured, we have taken up the matter with the bank. The tentative ETR provided by the bank is 05 working days from the date your loan is approved."

Already 5 days are completed but still, the issue is same. No one is solving the problem. every day they send marketing mail to apply for a loan and use your credit line but when you apply you don't get money. please fix that problem. I am trying to apply since last month but still not get the money.

I had applied for 8 days before.And it got approved but loan is not disbursed.Its already been 5 days since emanate and esign still waiting for loan amount.

I would like to bring this to your notice that this is the 2nd time I am raising a complaint and I see thousands of complaints on this company. Kindly please take action as they making a fool about their customers. The customers who are facing the issue are in huge numbers. They have already started charging the loan amount without transfer of it.
Please consumer complaints team take this into account and please help me.

I have no any loans from CasHe ( The social loan company) loan apps .but still the company employees any time mentally harass with me. For the many more phone calls ...

The company person many more times misbehaves to me and my hole family ...
The recovery person very rude and abusive language, please stopp this nonsense. Otherwise i will file police complaint against you..

I have taken one credit cleared before time. When I apply a new, it's showing processing for the last 2 days.the issue is still not resolved.so i requested your kindly response for the same.

Raise a complaint to RBI through RBI complaint portal.

These people are doing same for all.its impacting our cibil

They are taking all data from users
Like adhaar, pan, otp, payslips
Offer letters, company I'd
Contact numbers
Simply they are saying loan has been approved.
If loan approved from there end without any issue final funds transfer should be successful.

But cashe team not doing that.

I had applied for loan in cashe loan app. They had approved my loan and all the process is done and auto debit is done and even did e-sign. But the amount is still not credited in my account. I can see that many are facing same issue. Please let me know i[censored] have received the amount later or we have to register a complaint?
