My credit line is approved a week ago. Still, I am not able to use it. Every time I apply for a loan from use my credit line. It is going to processing and after some time it shows a Transfer failed. I tried from last week to apply but did not receive money. So many times I tried to support team. Wrote more than 10 mails to the cash e support team. They are giving the same reply as below.

"we are facing some technical issues while disbursing funds.
Please be assured, we have taken up the matter with the bank. The tentative ETR provided by the bank is 05 working days from the date your loan is approved."

Already 5 days are completed but still, the issue is same. No one is solving the problem. every day they send marketing mail to apply for a loan and use your credit line but when you apply you don't get money. please fix that problem. I am trying to apply since last month but still not get the money.

I had applied for 8 days before.And it got approved but loan is not disbursed.Its already been 5 days since emanate and esign still waiting for loan amount.
When will I get the money

I would like to bring this to your notice that this is the 2nd time I am raising a complaint and I see thousands of complaints on this company. Kindly please take action as they making a fool about their customers. The customers who are facing the issue are in huge numbers. They have already started charging the loan amount without transfer of it.
Please consumer complaints team take this into account and please help me.

I have no any loans from CasHe ( The social loan company) loan apps .but still the company employees any time mentally harass with me. For the many more phone calls ...

The company person many more times misbehaves to me and my hole family ...
The recovery person very rude and abusive language, please stopp this nonsense. Otherwise i will file police complaint against you..

I have taken one credit cleared before time. When I apply a new, it's showing processing for the last 2 days.the issue is still not resolved.so i requested your kindly response for the same.

Raise a complaint to RBI through RBI complaint portal.

These people are doing same for all.its impacting our cibil

They are taking all data from users
Like adhaar, pan, otp, payslips
Offer letters, company I'd
Contact numbers
Simply they are saying loan has been approved.
If loan approved from there end without any issue final funds transfer should be successful.

But cashe team not doing that.

I had applied for loan in cashe loan app. They had approved my loan and all the process is done and auto debit is done and even did e-sign. But the amount is still not credited in my account. I can see that many are facing same issue. Please let me know i[censored] have received the amount later or we have to register a complaint?

As soon as the issue gets resolved, you shall receive the loan disbursal in your bank account

Hi my CLN no is 9360461, approved loan on 16th august 2023, Now this is more than 6 days amount not transfered to my bank a/c.I was following up to their registsred email id support [protected]@cashe.co.in, getting below standard reply to my email id.No one is tried to contact me or i also cannot contact since no customer care phone number listed.

We would like to inform that your loan application has been approved from our end. However, we are facing some technical issues while disbursing funds.

I had previously taken loan from casheapp now recovery agents are calling my relatives and in my office continues talking in very rude and abusive language, if required you can file legal case against me, but stopp this nonsense. Otherwise i will file police complaint against you.

Cashe team members are very rude and unprofessional. After making the payment for 2 months they are threatening very badly to clear remaining. Have paid last month, paid in this month and remaining going to clear in this month only. Who gave rights to abuse, who gave rights to hack my device. Team is calling to relatives and asking them to pay immediately, even I am in contact. Better not go with this loan app to live life without complication. Cashe team will kill us in no time. And, none of the seniors will turn to see our concerns. Attached number who is killing mentally.
