Address:Madan Mohan Compound Pune Nashik Highway Majiwada Thane west

My loan amount (3 Lakh rupees) has been approved and I have e-signed it as well, along with auto debit registration.
It's been 2day but on app it's still showing "we are transferring your loan amount".
I am yet to receive the amount, please help us.

    Its my 6th day waiting for my loan which was disbursed on 30th august.
    I am not getting any help on email, nobody picks up my call as well and no reply even on consumer complaint.

      I applied for a loan on the CASHe app on 01 Sept and I have done all the verification my loan got approved on 27 APR 23 on the same day E-mandate got updated and the status changed as we are transferring your loan amount However still the amount was not disbursed to my account and this is 3rd day.
      Kindly look into that issue and help resolve ASAP

        Loan disbursement issue

        Hello Team,
        Loan amount of 200000/- is approved on 25th August, and I have completed E mandate as well
        I had received a call from your executive on the same day and he informed that loan amount will be credited to your account in the next 30min, it's been a week I have not recived amount in my account

        In the app it's showing loan transfer stage from past one week

        Hello Team,
        Loan amount of 200000/- is approved on 25th August, and I have completed E mandate as well after getting call from one of your executive that loan is approved and complete next steps asap but in the app it is showing in loan transferring stage from almost a week, but amount not recieved in the account

        I have taken loan from cashe two times, both the times I have closed loans by paying complete interest and extra charges

        My father is hospitalized with paralysis that's why I am suffering and applied for loan, please consider this and clear the issue as soon as possible 🙏🙏🙏

          I have applied for loan on dtd 22-08-23 an amount of Rs 50, 000 after approval but transaction failed was shown on dtd 01-09-23 after 11 days . Now against i have applied for loan on dtd 03-09-23 of Rs 50, 000 after approval against it is in process .

            Hello,

            My CLN - 8952721 My credit line is approved one month ago. Still, I am not able to use it. Every time I apply for a loan from use my credit line. It is going to processing and after some time it shows a Transfer failed. I tried from last one month to apply but did not receive money. So many times I tried to support team. I Wrote lot of mails to the cash e support team. They are giving the same reply as below.

            "we are facing some technical issues while disbursing funds.
            Please be assured, we have taken up the matter with the bank. The tentative ETR provided by the bank is 05 working days from the date your loan is approved."

            Already 1 month completed but still, the issue is same. No one is solving the problem. every day they send marketing mail to apply for a loan and use your credit line but when you apply you don't get money. please fix that problem. I am trying to apply since last month but still not get the money.

              My loan amount is approved all the processing is done and now it is not been credited in my amount. By the company saying it will credited within 10 20 min but it is taking long about 4 days

                    Customer service is only sending automated replies which are not helping.

                    Cashe Team, I raised this complaint on 2nd september and my loan has been approved since 30th aug, I dont understand what is wrong with Cashe, Why are you not disbursing loan amount?? If you were not willing to give loan, why did you process the loan application, I am in super urgent need of money and you people keep sending me repeated replies, please disburse the amount

                      Hi cash e, I have been a wonderful payer and have always made your payments on time and in full in one go, why the hell do you guys take that long to disburse a petty LOAN, I honestly wanna not use you guys.
                      Imagine if someone’s in an emergency then what moreover I am relying on you as I payed you in full now I have other emi’s that need to be deducted and your pathetic system shows processing since 9 days.
                      If their will be any bounced emi blame is on you as you took the initiative of not disbursing the funds for so long, Not even a bank does that.

                        I have completed esign on 28.08.2023 but till now loan is not credited to my account.

                        Cashe app showing we are transferring loan amount to your account.

                        But nothing has been done, as on today 6 days completed but nothing moved forward. Kindly check and transfer money on immediately basis.

                            I have applied loan for 365 days and the same has been approved for 188, 000/- and after many technical issues at Cashe app i have completed esign on 27.08.23 but loan still is not disbursed. Kindly help me get the loan amount to my account

                                I have been using Cashe for last 4-5 years now and I never faced this issue before.
                                Looks like Cashe doesnt care about customers anymore
                                I applied for loan on 30th august and it got approved on the same day but still disbursement hasnt happened yet.

                                I was in urgent need of funds and with this delay I am very much financially upset .

                                  Its been 3 days since my Loan is approved but Cashe is not disbursed.
                                  I sent various emails but everytime I am getting a same automated reply there is a technical issue with the bank, even for that ETR given by them is tentative.
                                  Being a lending firm, they should address this issue on high priority.
                                  They are just not understanding that one would only apply for a loan when there is an urgency of funds

                                      My loan got approved on 25th aug but today 2nd sep till now I didn’t get the money, i send a several request mails and they are saying 5 days but it’s more than that please look into the issue and transfer the funds immediately
