After uploading all the documents my credit line approved. First of all you kindly understand that. From approved credit line I am not able to with draw funds.
Once the credit line approved after scrutiny of all documents, what is the necessity to upload again and again the documents.

    I am using cashe since 3 year but this time when I have closed my loan and applied for new loan the loan amount not disbursed since 4 days past. I have sent many mails to their customer support.Every time they are saying there is some technical issue at banks end. How this is possible. Their service getting worse day by day. Just disburse the amount or cancel my application why their is so much time taking?

    Still processing.. either cancel it or transfer the money. Still getting sms and emails from Cashe that you are eligible for loan. Pls apply now and it will be transferred in now time. Wat the hell these people are doing. Already my loan application is processing by them for last one week and still asking me to apply for new loan.. wat a scam

      I am a cashe client since 3 years and closed all my loan on time but this time when I have applied for loan they have just approved my application and still 4 days past bug amount not credited.

      I have sent so many mails but they only responded that your application have been approved and due to some technical issue at bank your funds have not released till now.

      getting the below responses again and again but there are no real time updates. Please review and disburse the amount. I always have closed the loans early. Please check and assist

However, please expect some delays in disbursals as the disbursement process involves multiple banking partners, and any delays within the banking network, such as transaction processing times or communication delays, can impact the overall timeline. While we are actively communicating with our banking partners to shorten the turn around times, these process do involve some complexities and hence will affect the disbursal time.

      Furthermore, please be informed that your repayment date will be calculated from the date the loan amount is successfully transferred to your bank account. This information will be updated in your CASHe account for your reference.

        I have applied a cash loan through Cashe credit Line on 10/03/24 & the same is approved by Cashe Team, but still the approved amount not disbursed after 12 days still status showing in apps is processing.Tried creating multiple tickets, informing them of my medical emergency but there was only automated response of bank issues, technical problems and payment gateway issues.

        Based on last communications with Cashe customer support representatives, they committed me that within 48 hours (i.e.by 21st Mar'24) the sanction loan amount to be disbursed but again they failed to fulfill the commitment.

        Only false promises and no response has caused multiple problems with mental harassment financial crunch.

        My CLN No. is 1372341.

        Earlier I don't faced this type of issue from Cashe, but recently their performance very much detoriated.

        Please look into this matter & try to resolve at the earliest

            After repeated of email my problem is yet to be solved and i get the same reply from them.{e would like to inform that your loan application has been approved from our end. However, we are facing some technical issues while disbursing funds.

            Please be assured, we have taken up the matter with the bank. The tentative ETR provided by bank is 05 working days from the date your loan is approved.

            As soon as the issue gets resolved, you shall receive the loan disbursal in your bank account.

            We would also like to assure that your repayment date will be considered from the date of loan amount transferred to your bank account and it will accordingly get updated in your CASHe account.

            And after 13th day I got email that loan has been rejected and upload the latest bank statements and reapply. So I did the same .

            After 5 days I got credit line approved . But even after approving I'm not able to avail the loan .

            This is so frustrating for me . I have written tons of emails to them .

            This is my 20th day trying to apply for the loan. But still no response.

                Hi I would like to raise a serious concern about Cashe app who gives false commitment and have no options to contact them.. Their executives are always busy on another call and the chatbot service will never satisfy your query. They only ask to refer to the app where again the same issue exists..
                This app have given me mental pressure.
                This is highly unprofessional from Cashe it seems nothing less than an illegal way of harassing people.
                I would liketo request all the people facing this issue ww should seek help under law via courts to get these organisations stop operating.

                  I have applied a loan on Jan 30, 2024 . It was approved but the funds not disbursed. After multiple followups finally a lady called me and said she is cancelling my request and asked me to reapply. On Feb 23rd I have applied again, and again the loan was approved, the funds are yet to be disbursed.
                  I have made multiple email requests everytime I get the same automated response but the funds yet to be released. Could you please help me out in the disbursal.

                    This is very disheartening to know that you have not disbursed the approved loan amount even after completing all the processing steps.

                    Now, just few minutes back, you are sending me a WhatsApp message mentioning loan transfer failed and I need to reapply with updated bank account statement.

                    Is this how you treat your 4 years loyal customers and who has the credit score of more than 800?

                    First, you took way too long time to process the application, once loan is approved, again you take way too long time for disburse the loan amount, even after waiting for such a delayed process from you, at the end you ask me me reapply with updated bank statement as loan transfer is failed.

                    What is this process all about? I used to trust your service a lot and infact I suggested my family and friends also to use your app based on my all previous experience with your services, now, when I am in a very urgent medical emergency in my family (my father needs to undergo heart surgery for his 2 blocks), I was so much looking forward and eagerly waiting for your approved loan amount to be credited into my bank account, so that I can get my farther’s surgery done.

                    I am completely heartbroken and I never ever expected this type of service and experience from you.

                    While typing this email, I don’t know, but I have tears in my eyes 😭

                    I really don’t know what else to do and say to you…

                    I really don’t understand, now again I see in the App that “Sorry, Loan Disbursement Failed, please re-apply with updated bank statement”

                    This was the same message I received on 15th March when I was waiting for Disbursement and after re-applying with updated bank statement, I am again today getting the same message. After completing all the process steps and signing agreement and e-mandate, why is this happening? Why am I getting such messages or notifications when Loan Amount has to get transferred to my account? Can you please let me know what else is needed from my end and when you will be fixing this issue and transfer funds to my account?

                    I have not received your call and I don’t see issue being fixed in the app as well. I am still seeing “sorry, disbursement failed, please re-apply with updated bank details”

                    I don’t quite understand, I am your customer from 4 years and have taken multiple loans from you and paid. All my bank details are correctly updated in the app and same can be cross verified with my uploaded bank statement. It must be your fund transfer person is not entering my bank details correctly while initiating transaction. Please look into this with a high priority and fix the issue and transfer my approved loan amount and update the same in the app. Please note - I am facing this issue 2nd time in last 15 days and even if I re-apply the loan, same issue will come until you identify the issue and fix it from your end. Please don’t make your Diamond loyalty program customer go through such dissatisfaction and inconvenience like this.

                    I have been waiting for loan disbursement since from 5th March and you are still advising me to have patience?

                    Kindly go through all the complaints and concerns I have been raising before responding with your generic statement.

                    In last 20 days, twice I have applied for the loan and both times it was approved, agreement signed and e-mandate completed, but on both the times, you did not transfer the loan amount with the error message as “Transfer Failed” and advised me to re-apply with updated bank details.

                    I have no idea why disbursement of loan amount is being failed as all my bank accounts details are updated correctly in the app and e-mandate was successful also all my past loans EMI were auto debited from the same bank account details and in past, I have received all my past loans disbursements were received on the same bank account details.

                    This is my 3rd time applying for the loan due to Transfer Failed error message, at least this time, please ensure to check the error message carefully and fix it. Kindly ensure loan amount is disbursed to my bank account by entering correct bank details while initiating bank transfer.

                    You are creating lot of inconvenience to me with your loan processing delays and “Transfer Failed” error messages while disbursing the loan amount.

                    I am your customer from past 4 years and I have more than 800 credit scores and most importantly I am part of your Diamond Loyalty Program customer.

                    Considering my track record and profile with you, I request you to ensure smooth customer service and experience along with quicker processing of my loan and error free disbursements to my bank account.

                    On 12th March 1024 - loan was approved and you were unable to disburse/transfer the loan amount to my bank account and you displayed an error message in the app that “Transfer Failed and Re-Apply with updated bank details”

                    As per your communication I re-applied

                    On 18th March 2014 - loan was approved and you were unable to disburse the loan amount or transfer to my bank account again and you displayed the error message in the app as “Sorry, Disbursement Failed, please re-apply with updated bank details”

                    Like a fool I trusted you and I again re-applied by uploading my latest bank statement

                    And today (26th March 2024)

                    You are rejecting my application and informing me that you are unable to approve?

                    Are you out of your mind? Do you even have any ethics and value to the customer?

                    I am your customer from last 4 years and took many loans and repaid many loans to you, my current credit score is above 800 and I am part of your Diamond Customer Loyalty program

                    What other strong profile do you need? You still rejecting my application and even if you approve also, you are not disbursing the approved loan amount to my bank account.

                    This is a misconduct and unethical practice from RBI Licensed lending institution and I am reporting your this kind o[censored]nfair and unprofessional and unacceptable financial practices to RBI.

                    You should have a sense of responsibility being a RBI licensed financial institution. I will be challenging your practice and license with RBI and Consumer Court for corrective actions from the authorities.

                      Have applied twice in the last 15 days ... Every time the loan gets approved and after waiting for 7 days it gets cancelled. Reason mentioned transfer failed.

                      This inspite being assured that loan will be disbursed within 24hrs.

                      Have availed multiple loans from Cashe in the past but have never faced such delays and service.

                      Apart from automated email responses no help is provided to consumers.

                      Have loan was approved today and customer support guy called to updated the same, that loan will be disbursed within 10mins.

                      Save old issue, not i will have to wait for 7-10 days, then it will get cancelled.

                      Have applied due to some medical emergency at my end.

                      Please understand that loan is taken bcoz of emergency, and i have been waiting since last 15 days now . Its completely defeats the purpose of taking loan.

                      Inspite of getting disbursal, loan gets cancelled .. reason mentioned disbursement failed

                      3 times my loan has been approved since 1st March 2024, then after waiting for disbursal for 7-8 days, they cancel the application stating disbursement failed. My applications have been cancelled 3 times in last 20 days, that too after approving the loan request. They call themselves and ask to apply for loan, stating some technical issue at there end.

                      On call they mention funds will be disbursed within 10 minutes, these 10 minutes turn into 10 days, then 10 months..

                      Customer support is useless apart from automated replies you get no help.

                      Why do you even approve loans when you cant disburse in time.????
                      Cancel the application is first go itself, so at-least we will not have hopes of getting funds.

                      Loan is taken for emergency and such delays and later cancelling the application is complete harassment on our part.

                      This inspite of me being a consumer of this app for 6-7 yeas now.

                      But disbursal didn't happen. I am tired of the fake commitments being made on a daily basis now.

                              CASHe is not disbursed the loans at all. My loan application is in processing status since 20 days. I applied on 20th Feb 2024 They asked me to reapply after 10 days and still there is no progress. No matter how many emails you send to [protected]@cashe.co.in and [protected]@bhanix.in they have standard and same response for all the users and all the emails. This is a fraud company. File a complaint against Bhanix group on the below site https://cms.rbi.org.in

But the amount still did not got transferred to my account. It has been 10 Days, but the app status still shows transferring the loan amount.                                     Loan Approved but still not disbursed after 13 days

                                    My cashe CLN number is 13644219, I got an offer to clos my pending emis on 29th Feb 2024 and my new approved credit line get updated to 330000, then I applied loan on 1st March which got processed on same day but even after 13 days the same have been showing as disbursal in process, I needed it for urgent requirement and now my emergency funds have been almost exhausted, kindly help to process it at the earliest, have raised multiple tickets...
