        Applied for loan on cashe loan app 14th march 2023. All the verification process was done and mandate was done. The application was verified but the loan amount isn’t credited even after three days. They mentioned the time is usually 15-20 mins for loan credit.
        They have no customer call number hence I have mailed them repeatedly the three days but no response to even a single mail. Also have messaged their watsapp which uses a virtual assistant and is totally helpess. Even if the loan is not credited least they should help with closing the application but no response from the team what so ever

          I ruchin choudhary in cashe app loan shows only processing but not disbursed yet. Please resolve this issue. I applied a loan on[protected] from last 4 days it shows processing. According to app polices loan is disbursed in account with in minutes. I attached a screenshot for your reference.

            I applied a loan of amount 10000 on[protected] but not disbursed yet status only shows processing from last 4 days what's the issue please fix this according to app polices loan is disbursed with in 20 minutes.

                        I previously had two loans from cashe and those were cleared on time and this time it was the third one . But due to financial issues I am not able to repay my loan amount right now. I had tenure of six months out of which two emis are cleared till now.. i had requested them to extend my emi tenure so that i can clear the rest of 4 emis.
                        But now they have started calling my contacts and calling some people with whom I have no contact right now and giving them wrong information about myself. And they are harrassing me even . It's not the case that i don't want to repay the loan amount but i need sometime to do the same. Kindly suggest the needful so that this harrasment calls to my contacts stop.

                          I applied for the loan 16/03/23. The status is showing credited into your bank account but I haven't received any money. Please look into the issue and try to resolve it as soon as possible.

                              My Loan Approved in the application on 14th March and future EMI also showing for monthly on 14th March. But Loan not credited please help or atleast if we can contact any customer care. customer care is not answering .

                                My credit line was approved in Jan and i was called to use multiple times.I waited to use it and when I had emergency I applied to withdraw the credit line approved.
                                It says "processing" Looking at the forum it seems multiple people have not received amount and it's the same case. COULD ANYONE HELP WITH RIGHT GUIDANCE ?? SHOULD I EXPECT THE AMOUNT OR ARRANGE ALTERNATIVE?? COS I AM DEALING WITH A FAMILY EMERGENCY
