I would really want this disbursement issue to be addressed and cleared quick.
Trust me cashe was really good from 3 years for me, but this time it was really bad.
I would request for a quick resolution on this.

You can see your own reply here 24hr, 48hrs, ETA 5 days all done. Now it is 1 month still the money is not disbursed today also.
So it is just like customers do whatever you want, we worry abt anything. All you say is sorry for inconvenience but this is more than that from 1 month.
Hope after seeing this atleast cashe might disburse amount

It has been 1 month and if we raise ticket or try to call no response at all and only automated messages sorry for inconvenience that’s all. We don’t apply loan for fun because it is an emergency and when you say ur loan process is 1 day we apply but didn’t know your loan process and your system update will take 2 months and still not disbursed.
Pls look into it and get it disbursed

Even I would rate 5 star rating before. But now it is soo bad that a loyal customer from 4 years comes back to you and after 1 month still not resolving the issue.
What’s the point of having customer support??
Customer support also couldn’t resolve my issue from 1 month??

I think this is the worst I’ve literally messaged each and every day from 1 month and still cashe customer care don’t resolve your issue
