Dear Team,
I am Serena and I work with Infosys Hyderabad.
Recently I had purchased 2 pairs of footwear from thecatwalk store at Inorbit mall, Hyderabad, shelling our Rs.3100 of my hardearned money.
I am sorry to tell you this abruptly but I HAVE BEEN CHEATEDsince both the pairs are damaged !!
On going back to the showroom, it is closed for renovation.
Why do you people sell defective pieces for such expensiveprices?
Your store employees also do not have the courtesy to guideme about replacement
I am HATING YOUR PRODUCT to the core and I want toreturn it.
I would be happy to take my money back and buy some slippersfrom the platform/pavement that would at least last for 6 months unlike yourproduct that got damaged within seconds.
I am unable to attach the pictures along with this mail andhence I will send the pictures of your horrible product in my next mail.
I am trying to post my experience on your face book, twitterand other blog pages so that other people might know what is actually hiddenbehind your showy offers
Have the courtesy to sell good quality products if yourcharging so much.
Horrible service and quality !!
