2 months back i bought a catwalk shoe from myntra and wear only once after purchasing and the heels got damaged i am a regular user of catwalk but purchased 1st from online and this is happened also first time. Company has offered 180 days warranty but from where it will get claimed as i purchased through myntra. I want a new shoe against of this or refund

    Hi, I had bought a shoe from Mumbai Catwalk store, within 15 mins of wearing the same I got shoe bites and the bruise became really sore. I called up the store to ask if I can exchange the same. I was informed that the same cannot be done as I had bought it in discount. Now the shoe is of no use to me in spite of spending so much on the same.

    I tries calling the customer care lot of time, but no body seem to answer on the number provided.

    Please help!

      I have bought catwalk pair 15 days back. Yhe shoes were not comfortable. Yesterday i enchanged the pair with sandals. But it is also not proper. I have got shoe bites within 15 mnts o[censored]se. I jave spent much on these pairs and now neither i can return this as i have used it though barely 15 mnts, nor i can use it. Its total waste of my money. Does anyone have any solution please.

      I bought sandle on 6.7.17 from pantaloons GIP mall noida and in few days only I saw golden strip of sandle is detaching from its base similarly like its peeling off.what shall I do as its brand new and as its going in few days it will get decolured and unattractive.pls replace it or refund it.

        Good quality provided by catwalk ofcourse...but seller boys should be taught some manners...
        I have purchased last month a sandal of catwalk from snapdeal and its belt has lost its shape and my legs also paining due to its irritation so i request you to please give me anoder pair or take it back.

          I bought cat walk sandals from their outlet, Phoenix Market City, Kurla. I bought these on 30th November, 2015 for INR 1295/-. In a month time however; they got damaged. I approached Cat walk outlet however; they refused to accept and asked us to talk to customer care and the outlet people not in position to listen and respond on this and they are rude to customers. It is really disappointing that company like Cat Walk is selling inferior quality products and is not accepting any responsibility to rectify their fault. I want to replace the same or else I want my money refunded as this caused me a lot of mental agony, social embarrassment and wastage of time resources.

          Ohh. Very disappointing to read this. Catwalk people seem to be very unprofessional and selling inferior quality products. I bought a pair of footwear from Mochis for my sister and she faced some quality issues but Mochi people immediately replaced the Pair with new one. I just want you to note that even after one month of purchase; Mochis immediately replaced. No hassels.
          Catwalk seems cheap brand. let us ban catwalk!!!

          This is very funny, after two months using a product and then wanting money back is typical indian category LOL . I guess that's why no foreign investors want to deal with you Indians because the cheap mentality doesn't go and that for 10 dollars . I have used catwalk all my life and i can swear by the brand

Later in afternoon when I checked the heels it was cracked, sandal quality is so bad that the down part of the heels has come out only in one day. Bad experience with Catwalk sandals.

            Shoe bites in the front of feet.Makes two marks in both the feet.Not wearable.Every time I wear, it hurts.Some problem with the making of the shoe. Lovely design, but please check with the reason of shoebites. Thanks. Even after a month the shoe marks doesn't go.

              I bought Catwalk shoes for 1395/- from Shoppers Stop Bannergatta Bangalore on August 16, 2015. I've started using the shoes from Sept 1st week and haven't used them for more than a month now and the glue (from the front) has come out from one of the shoe. I cannot wear the shoes but am really surprised with the quality. I've bought shoes from Catwalk for the first time and was told that it comes with 6 months warranty if at all anything happens. I was very confident that nothing would happen to the shoe as it looked tough. I was happy to buy it but at the same time felt it's overpriced but trusting the brand i went ahead and bought the shoes. I haven't even used them for a month and I saw the real BRAND QUALITY which is worse and cheap than the normal shoes i bought for Rs. 200. These branded Catwalk shoes that i bought with my hard earned money (Rs. 1395) didn't even last for a month. This brand is not trustworthy anymore. It's simply expensive and the quality is cheaper than Rs. 200 shoes that i've been using everyday since 6 months and those shoes still look new. I need a refund of my money please . I do not want any replacement. You can keep the shoes as i do not trust this BRAND anymore and it was the first and last time that i have bought these bellies and i really regret it.

                In total, I have bought about 7 pairs of shoes from Catwalk over a period of 5 years. And because I have been always fond of the brand, and didn't really have a problem earlier, I ignored the ill-effects that some pairs of shoes had started causing. But there's a limit to everything. I bought another pair yesterday. A set of flat black pumps that I could wear to office. Within 10 minutes of wearing them, I've gotten about 5 shoe-bites and 8 blisters on both my feet. There is an unbearable pain in the feet as well. This is highly disappointing. I cannot afford a new pair of shoes every two months and really don't know what to do now. Both pairs of my office shoes are spent, and I don't have the money to invest in a new pair. Its more of a request than a complaint against Catwalk to at least try and honour the trust that their customers have in them! Yes, you are doing well as a business. Yes, you really wouldn't have to worry about getting a comfortable pair of shoes. But its only human to respect the value of your customer's hard-earned money!

                I ordered sports shoes from this site. And I request for Refund bcoz that shoes does not fit on me. But you people not refunding my amount. Flipkart is worst site I hv seen ever. Don't purchase frm Flipkart. WOrst service.

                  Hi, I bought a catwalk shoe from paytm online store. I wore it for almost 10 days in month and the sole got tear off and had got a lot of crack. This is very disappointing as if these brands wonot last for 4-5 months also then there is not point in going for that. Regards, Neha

                    Purchased shoes for 1900/ within 10 days of purchase sole started opening off gave it to showroom branch no 49 where it was said that they would send it to factory and do needfull.complaint number is 11367.Delivery date was 19th March. Not delivered till date. No status update on phone. Salesman and Person at counter are irresponsible bad/no communication skills.very rude to customers. When we pay such prices atleast employ better mannered staff. Very bad after sale services.

                      I invariably wear Catwalk shoes, never have I had any trouble. On Jan. 4, 2015 I purchased as Associate Sale, a beautiful pair of catwalk sandals, item #[protected]; FLOW-6481C-BK/BLACK/S006/NCL from Shopper Stop, Noida, store id 130; for Rs 1550.50 Cash memo # 3441; customer name Mangala Ranjan When I wore it, my foot slips forward and painfully I ended up with blisters on both my feet. Reason is that the front strap is made out of stretchable material and does not keep the feet in check. These being high heal sandals; tendency of the foot is to slide forward. The material used stretches more than it ought to, thereby causing rubbing resulting in blisters. Please note that since it’s a manufacturing defect I would be obliged if credit note for Rs. 1550.50 is given to me to against any of your other product.

But unfortunately 2 pairs of a specific patterned shoes met with same fate... torn surface... making it un- usable... Recently I had purchased 2 pairs of footwear from thecatwalk store at Inorbit mall, Hyderabad, shelling our Rs.3100 of my hardearned money. I am sorry to tell you this abruptly but I HAVE BEEN CHEATEDsince both the pairs are damaged !! On going back to the showroom, it is closed for renovation. Why do you people sell defective pieces for such expensiveprices? Your store employees also do not have the courtesy to guideme about replacement I am HATING YOUR PRODUCT to the core and I want toreturn it. I would be happy to take my money back and buy some slippersfrom the platform/pavement that would at least last for 6 months unlike yourproduct that got damaged within seconds.                             I bought a Catwalk daily footwear from Pune in March for Rs. 1300. Not even 4 months have been completed and footwear is torn out. Currently, I live in Hyderabad. Is there any way it could get fix? I am highly disappointed. People usually prefer such brands and pay this much amount expecting the life of the footwear would be maintained.

                              I went to MG road catwalk to buy a pair of boots, when the guy showed me options for brown boots. I was opting for a shoe size 7 instead of size 6. The sales person told me that it will expand after sometime and asked me to opt for size 6. I trusted him and bought size 6 boots. I wore those shoes the next day but after some time the pain was unbearable i couldn't walk. I wanted to exchange it for size 7 when i went there the same sales guy refused to exchange the shoes and said the sole looks used but when i pointed out that it was him who said it will expand and fit me better he must solve the problem. He denied and started blaming me ! Which was really annoying and he refused to help me out. Catwalk is a good brand but i feel cheated and I have wasted Rs 1, 695 for pair of boots which are completely useless and have given me bad scars on my feet. I have just used it for a day and i don't think there must be a problem for exchanging !! Usually big brands sales person are courteous and cooperating but MG road Pune branch sales people are pathetic, non cooperative and liars.

                                I bought a shoe from Catwalk (Bandra W) (www.catwalkworldwide.co.in). The shoe was defective. They've made me run around for repairs for 5 months now. Now they say it can't be fixed, and I have to take it back. No exchange or refund because it doesn't come under their warranty.

                                Mahajan Shoes — Defective Shoes

                                I bought a pair of Shoes from M/S Mahajan Shoes, SCF 26, Sector 19, Chandigarh on 05.07.2008, which contains a warranty of 6 months from the date of purchase. At the time I bought my shoes, shopkeeper told me that they will replace the shoes if anything happens to the shoes withing six months.

                                On 07.08.2007, say just after one month of buying of shoes, the sole pealed off from the shoe. I went to the shop alongwith my wife and they started using abusing language in front of all the customers. I told them that you have warrantied a replacement gurantee, which they refused. They said they can only get it repaired which requires 2 working days. I asked them to give a temporary pair as alternate as I have to go to office and I am having this pair of shoes with me. They again refused for that and started using bad language again. Than I asked them to write that you have received a pair of shoes for repairs which you will return after 2 days. Than they said if you want in writing than it will take 7 days for repairing.

                                Please suggest in this case what a customer should do as:
                                1. They sold me inferior quality of shoes which get damaged within a month.
                                2. The behaviour of shopkeeper and workers.
                                3. How a person can manage to go to office if he is having a single pair of shoes only.

                                Pump Shoes — Defective Shoes

                                On 19/7/08 I purchased these Pump shoes from your store (City Look Sector 17-C Chandigarh) at discount of 50%. I normally use these shoes for jogging. They were doing very fine, but lately one of the shoes deflates gradually. Hence it becomes very uncomfortable as one shoe is inflated and the order is deflated.

                                I reported this to your outlet M/s City Looks in last week of December 2008. The Manager concerned named Anand Mahajan attended me. He took my shoes and asked me to contact after 7 to 10 days. Few days later when I approached him, to my utter surprise he returned my shoes with the following reasons. His words were " These shoes are only guaranteed for 6 months. Further as the shoes are being used the leakage in the bladder of the shoes normally happens after this level o[censored]sage, and company cannot do anything in this regard" I could never imagine such a curt reply from a representative of a company of your repute. Nobody told me that the life of a REEBOK shoe is just 6 MONTHS when I was paying for it. When I asked him how to approach the Company office for this complaint I was advised by him not approach you all for one month as everybody is busy in sales. Mannerism and services of this level has left a bad taste. Please treat this as a feed back for your staff and products, and kindly get the needful done and oblige

                                I bought shoes worth Rs 1600 from Catwalk. They were defective and the salemen made me run around for 5 months. Now they say nothing can be done. I will just have to keep this pair and they will not refund my money or exchange the pair.

                                I bought 2 pairs of Catwalk shoes last month, a pair of pumps & a pair of sandals, the pumps gave me terrible blisters, cuts & excruciating pain all over my feet, which took a month to subside, & the padding of the sandals has started peeling off after just wearing it twice, not to mention the agony of the sandal straps almost slicing through the skin of my foot. I would request people not to waste their money on this trashy company, if you really want to show of your expensive shoes, please buy Bata which has quality & reliability with pedigree!

                                  Pathetic quality of shoes which are higly priced.
                                  No after sales service even thou the footware wares out witihn 6 months
                                  Rude and unprofessional store attendants at M.G. Road, Pune branch.

                                  I had purchased a catwalk chappal for Rs. 750/- from M.G. Road, Pune branch. Not only the chappal wore out and tore within 6 months, but the company also refused to repair the same. They ask for the bill before reparing the chappal. How can ypu expect the consumer tp preserve 6 month old bills?

                                  Also, even on agreeing to pay they do not repair chappals without membership cards. This is an unfair practice in my opinion. They are compelling us to take membership. the company is not taking reponsibility of the cheap quality of footwear being manufactured by them.

                                  Strongly recommend - DO NOT BUY AND BOYCOTT!!

                                  Pair taken in Apr (Model 7277, Bill no 761), for party, post wearing one time it was given for material peel off issue at Pune store (Inorbit). Post 1.5 month of follow up the pair was done a patch work repair and returned with a rude customer service. The pair again worn after 2 months, had the same issue recurr and the customer service denies to repair it.
                                  The material used is PATHETIC, it peels in one wear, the Customer Care is RACIST and deny any support knowing their QUALITY IS WORST!
                                  No wonder they have to go for online deals to clear stock.NEVER BUY CATWALK, it is WORST than ROADSIDE SANDALS
                                  CHEAP and USELESS IS THE word!Talked to Shagupta Khan(Emp code 1004), full useless service too!

                                    Was a fervent fan and buyer of catwalk shoes till the incident that took place at Mega Mall few days back.
                                    I happen to visit the Catwalk store in that same mall and selected a pair of sandals.As it was a little over budgeted i enquired the sales guy(nt able to recall his name) about the "sales season" in catwalk.He replied "madam next week"..and yes my next question to him was "there is a possibility of this pair to be in the sale right" to which he confident replied "NO MAM..I GUARANTEE THIS PAIR WONT BE THERE AS ITS A NEW ONE"..I trusted him and bought the same.

                                    Yesterday i went to Infinity mall with my sister as she wanted to pick shoes form catwalk and "What did i see" the same pair which i bought the other day in 1500 was very much there in "sale" for 844Rs/-.I FELT CHEATED DEJECTED TO THE CORE.....Had that guy told me "madam i dont know if the same pair will be there of not" it would have been a different story but just for that day sales to happen he did not and simply fooled me".

                                    I also come from a service industry and the last thing we could do is THIS.

                                    I paid 1500Rs for that pair and need a RESOLUTION asap.

                                    i have taken form Infinity mall their Ops Head No "Sameer" but could not get through him yesterday.

                                    WATING FOR REPLY/RESOLUTION IN ANTICIPATION.

                                      These shoes should be banned!

                                      The research was done revealing the appalling conditions of workers at the Catwalk plant. The only machinery at this plant are sewing machines, the rest is done manually by overworked, underfed workers who are treated like cattle.

                                      The difference between the clean and shiny catwalk shops and overcrowded dirty plant where the workers both live and work is mesmerising!


                                      Products from such companies which make great profits through the labour enslaving should be banned and their owners penalised!

                                        I bought a pair of shoes from catwalk pune M.G Rd for Rs 1600 . I hardly wore it twice and the leather started chipping. I went to Pune and showed them the state of the shoe. The sales guy asked me only when question " Kab liya tha "? And when I answered arnd 7-8 months back he said , warranty is for 6 months only. I spoke to Shagufta , Imran from head office and they had nothing to say other than ---Sorry Maam company policy doesnt allow us to take resposibility. What I want to know is How can a manufacturer disown his product and fail to take responsibility of it , just because its out of warranty. And why is cheap leather used when we are charged a bomb for it ? The manufacturer is conning the public and passing off sub standard stuff and not taking responsibility for it after 6 months. I have bata leather chappals which have lasted for 5 years. And cost only 500 bucks.I think its time the consumers boycott this company otherwise thay are not going to change their attitude. Why are the shoes so over priced if they cannot give quality product? I will never buy Catwalk shoes ever again and tell everyone whom I know the same. Please awaken the people against such conning .

                                        agree with Sonali! I myself have been a fan of Catwalk designs for the longest time.Have happened to buy 3 pairs in the last 8-9 months and had also recommended friends to buy their shoes from Catwalk.However, the quality of one particular pair has disappointing me.The dart of my favorite black kitten heel came off 2 months after buying the shoe.Inspite of getting it repaired once the dart has come off again! The question is; am i to run to the cobbler every 3 months to get a shoe worth Rs 1200 repaired?
                                        What i wish to point out is that when a customer pays a price that high, the least she can expect is that the pair lasts atleast 1.5 to 2 years( in case of frequent usage).
                                        Good designs with poor quality will do no good to the brand.

                                        Hope our complaints are taken seriously!
                                        WORST SHOES . I bought a high heel shoe and the heel came off in one day ...just broke, Returned it and they replaced it after some time . That too broke in one day !!! The shoe cost was 2000 + ...what do I say now ?????? Bought it in chennai ...Express mall.
                                        I have also bought a pair of desiner catwalk shoes from mega Mall Oshiwara 3 months back and the leather strap is coming off now!! I have paid 1500 for the pair and did not expect such a thing to happen in such a short time. Do the manufacturing company expect us to buy catwalk shoes and put them in the showcase in our living room and not use it ? and what is this non sense about 6 months warranty? I dont think I have paid 1500 to use a shoe for onyl 3 months and throw it away! I want an explanation of the same..
                                        I had a bought a few catwalk high heels in 2004 ... yea they are all still all fine - though i have worn them occassionaly . But to my dismay the flats or heels that i have recently bought dint even last 2 -3 wears and I have an office to work routine by car .The base under my feet peeled off - 2400 Rs, strap came out -780Rs, the underside in one case-1500 Rs that had two layers parted ways and it was really embarassing i was left limping . SAD . BAD POOR PRODUCTS .WILL neva buy any Catwalk again
                                        I bought a pair of catwalk sandals from Lifestyle Forum Mall, Chennai. It costed me good INR 1295/-. I wore it for only 3 days hardly and never ever got them wet.
                                        The sandals have completely worn out. Patches of the top material are wearing out. It is even difficult to walk n those sandals now due to hardened base.
                                        I could not return them as I am out of the country.
                                        Attached is a picture of the sandles.
                                        Please look into this matter. It is hard earned money we spend on these things and wish to use them for considerable time. Looking forward for a reply / an explanation and further rebate possible.
                                        I bought a pair of catwalk heels from online shopping (flipkart.com), In second time used heels broken in mid way, when I complint for this, they have no any responsibility for this.

                                        Its bad experience for me to bought the catwalk foot ware.
                                        I bought a pair of catwalk shoes from Central Mall Vadodara. Within 3-4 months the elastic band lost its grip. On discussing the matter with the mall, they said Catwalk takes this responsibility within 6 months of purchase. Accordingly i handed over the shoe to them and after two week i got a reply saying the company refused to take responsibility.
                                        On discussing the matter with the CATWALK team online, no one paid any heed to it.

                                        Catwalk has poor customer service. Fake warranties.
                                        have lost faith.
