I made a payment for gift pack at archiesonline.com using netbanking with ccavenue. The patyment was for rs.749, 29th december 2017 at 9:11am. The amount is deducted from my bank account. However, the archiesonline keeps my order status as payment pending. Below is the mail send by archiesonline.com clarifying about not receiving the amount of rs.749 from ccavenue, and hence i had to make another order via another payment option.

My transaction reference number is ccavenue[protected] and below is archiesonline.com mail thread.

I want ccavenue to refund my money rs.749. It should be credited back to my bank account as the amount has not reached the vendor.

    Cc avenue — instant dish tv recharge transaction www.dishtv.in failed but rupees cut from account


    Respected sir,
    I have done instant dish tv recharge on 25th november 2017 250 rs. From ccavenue pay online website but it shows failed transaction and no reciept generate but i got message from sbi that rupees get deduct from my account my sbi transaction id is ccamoto txn #[protected] and pos 81800006 on 25 nov 2017 09:17 pm
    After that i called to dishtv call center but they told me that amount will get deposited in your acccount within 7 working days but not yet.
    So kindly request you to check this transaction and return deposit my money back asap and take quick action for it.

      The refund procedure was initiated by the merchant for the order number :[protected] with the ccavenue ref no - (Ccaek1cpm469) on[protected]:49:41.417 with refund reference no : [protected] for amount inr rs:1575.00. However, i have still not received the refund. Can you please identify the problem and process the refund as the merchant and gateway have already cleared procedures required at their end.

          Hello ccavenue team,

          This is yash bhardwaj. I am a customer of dealzhub website merchant. I did payment of rs 99392 rupees in june month through ccavenue gateway but the payment yet not released by ccavenue to merchant so i am waiting since long time and when i mailed to ccavenue through my mail id [protected]@gmail.com and contact no. Of ccavenue, the risk team is taking so much time and increasing day by day. I want my refund as soon as possible. Each time the risk team say work is in process. Do it asap.

          My account was deducted by 525 even my form not filled completely. I did not get any message regarding my deduction. why it was deducted? So please help me .I was waiting that I will get any message by your side but I didn't get that .

            I placed an order at streetstylestore.com using CCAvenue through paytm. When payment was going through there was an internet issue and Rs 1364 was deducted from my Citibank account.

            On Paytm, it shows paid to CCAvenue, however, the order was not placed on the website.
            I checked money is being deducted from my Citibank account plus from paytm. It's with CCAvenue and I want the money back.
            It's a huge amount so refund back the money.

              Dear sir,

              This is the complaint regarding withdrawn of the amount from my andhra bank a/c. # [protected].

              Recently, i have gone through my account statement and noted avenues has deducted the amount from my account. The amount has deducted at several times, without my knowledge, without my request from my side and even did not receive any message/confirmation of transactions.

              Out of seven transactions, i have done only one transaction to pay for dish tv, that is rs 700/-. The same is showing on my dish tv account. Other transactions (Six nos) are not done by me and deducted from my account. I request to check & refund the amount to the same account and the transaction details are as follows.

                I was paying for my movie tickets on the cinepolis website using upi option on 25-nov-2017.

                My upi transaction was successful and the money was deducted from my bank account. But while ccavenue was trying to connect back to the cinepolis website, i got an "timeout error" page. Hence my purchase wasn't successful.

                I wanted to know what happens when there is a timeout error and by when will the amount be credited back to my account?

The amount has not been credited to our idfc fast tag account till now. The transaction reference no is igacjjygt3, for rs 514.16.

                    Through airvistara web portal, i booked a ticket from delhi to bangluru for dated 08.01.2018 in the name of aanchal bansal. My bank account is debited for rs. 4742/- but ticket noot booked. I got a mail from [protected]@ccavenue.com
                    Suggesting me contact airvistara directly. Details of order mentioned in the mail are as under:

                    Please either book my ticket or refund my amount so that i can book another ticket.

                          Sir i submitted my uppcl je application fee through upi mode that was unsuccessful but money is duducted from my a/c. After one day i recieved a mail from [protected]@ccavenue.com
                          According that my money is return within 2 days
                          But my money did not refund.

                          I also contacted to [protected]@ccavenue.com on 28/10/2017. They tell me your money refunded on 26/10/2017 and wait 3-4working day.
                          But today is 2/11/2017 and money is not refunded yet. What i do sir.

                            I tried to pay inr 5503 to rudra center on 13/10/2017 for a shree yantra pendant (Order id32108bo1310) through ccavenue net banking. An error massage came three times and altogether inr16509 has been deducted from my-brother - in law"s credit card. But even a single cent was paid to rudra center

                            I emailed ccavenue several times and got no response regarding this issue. Now, i do not receive money or shree yantra pendent. Their website shows their transactions /recharge facilities are temporary unavailable. So, i am in a desperate position. I need to get my overpaid amount refunded (Inr11006) and pay inr 5503 to rudra center.

                                I made a booking on indigo on 5th september 2017 for rs 8527 in ccavenue reference number[protected] at 17:04:52 hours but this did not go through to ticketing for some reason. I contacted indigo and they suggested i book again. Therefore, i booked again for rs 8527 on 5.9.17 at 17:51:12 hours through ccavenue reference number[protected] and this went through and i received the tickets. Later, on 7.9.2017, ccavenue refunded the first amount with the same reference number for the full amount of rs 8527.
                                When i received my credit card statement, i saw these three transactions attributed to indigo (Two debit and one credit) but i also saw two transactions by ccavenue itself both for rs 641.34 on 8.9.2017 and debited to my credit card account. These are completely unauthorised and not revealed to me as any kind of charge that was to be imposed on me on the indigo website or even when the ccavenue payment site handled the transaction. This debit is illegal in my view and should be refunded right away.

                                      I have paid 947 rupees through upi to purchase a domain where gateway was ccavenue. The transaction was done on 22th august. I complained to icici bank and they gave me account number of ccavenue and rbi reference number for the transaction. I complained to ccavenue, they say they cant find the transaction through rbi reference number. Provide more information. I gave all information more then necessary and six remainder mail so far no reply. I want to ask govt if what is the significance of rbi reference number where company straight way tells they cant find a transaction. I want refund with interest for using my money for one month. If it doesn't get resolved. I am going to have a strong case against cc avenue, upi and so called rbi reference number.

                                        I have just made the payment of tifr application and the amount was deducted from my bank account. Neither i was redirected to the destination site nor the money got refunded. When i checked payment status at tifr site it is saying that payment is not made.
                                        Please help me out and get me my refund back. It is very urgent. Please help me out to get the refund as soon as possible.
