I had received promocode from icici bank for purchase of accessories on killerjeans.com. I made purchase of 349 rs. From killerjeans and amount got debited from my icici account using netbannking on 21st august. I haven't received product and killer jeans not responding my phone calls.
Please assist.

This is by far the worst i have experienced. I called thrice and the first person did not even listen to the query and told to call after ten a clock. When i called after ten the other lady transferred my call even without letting me complete what i had to say. The last person i spoke to was behaving like a drunkard! When i asked his name for complaint registration he was acting smart. I urge you to listen to that call and take some action...
