Celkon — Default functioning of mobile even after repair at service centre | |||||
I have purchased A355 celkon mobile yellow colour last year on 15th August 2016.A display problem arised on one month back and i have submitted it at Sri Anjaneya communications on May 2 and recived back it on May 7at 6:50 pm. As soon as after reaching home i switched on the mobile but the problem was not solved and it spread total screen.I went back it was closed so i went back on May 9 i reported about the problem but they argued that it was my fault that screen was broken .Then i asked them to show the eternal damage that has happend to the mobile .they quited and informed that they will send it to company . It was total default of service centre in which they failed to replace the screen but argued that the mobile has fall down some where . Was this information helpful? | |||||
