Celkon — Defect in original phone - pathetic customer care response

Iam V.Venkateswara Rao and I purchased Celkon Octa 510 mobile phone in Visakhapatnam on 17/01/2016. It worked fine for 3 months. After that, it could not able to charge properly and we went to service center in Vizag on 22/04/2016 (Job Sheet No. AP530020A220406). They said they will give it within 15 days. I kindly requested them to provide it in 7 days as it is very very small problem as they want to just change pin at bottom of the phone where we will insert charger. And also as my old phone is not working properly, I requested them to deliver in 7 days.

After 10 days, as there is no call from them, When I called, I was informed that it went to Hyderabad service centre. They asked me to wait for one more week. I waited and called again as Iam unable to speak in my old phone, I requested them to provide me at the earliest. Since then, Iam keeping on calling them, I called to hyderabad customer Care and they informed me that no support is available for this product and it will take some more days and they have given me Vizag ASM no.. He is Mr. Nagendar. He is most pathetic person i have ever experienced. Whenever I call, either he dont pick or whenever he picks my call, he use to say he is at outside and he will say, will call in some time. But he never calls. He also dont respond to messages.Today it is 18th June. It is almost 2 months.

Believe me, they couldnot able to repair small pin for 2 months. Worst Customer service and they dont at all care customers. Iam severely facing problem while using my old phone. You guys made me not to choose Celkon phone anytime in future.

Iam also intending to file petetion in consumer court so that others dont face problems. If there is no support, then you should not sell those products. Please dont play with customers by selling them and later dont say that there is no support.

It has been 5 days till now after giving compliant. No reply till now. One can understand through this how CELKON customer care is working. They dont care customers at all.
I want a celkon q44 battery as my battery got bulged please provide me a new battery as i searched in major shops but i didnt get it
I have buyed your mobile modle campus q405 but when i gone to service center they said to wait 1 week to change the touch when i gone after 1week they said still 1week but they changed the touch after 3weeks now they said the touch is not properly working and said to send it to the company itis 1month still they are not giving the proper details
Dear sir, i am using celkonq54 model androin mobile phone for last 1 year. unfortunately it was felldown and screen was cracked and damaged. where can i get repaired. at hindupur there is no celkoncare center, , , pls help me
