13/11/2015 my car got some damage and I gave to Kropex India PVT LMT for the repair. They return by car on 21/11/2015. Same day while I was driving car got stoped automatically and I towed the car car agin to the same service centre. Now they are telling me that engine got stucked and they can't do it under warranty.

I have purchased a beat (diesel) car in year 2011 having registration NO UP 31 W 7200 from Megha Auto Dealer, Lucknow(UP) . I have the extended warranty UP To 11/09/2016. My car's engine become fail merely on 52000 km . Workshop given me estimate to pay Rs 23902.00. Then what is the purpose of warranty because the block of the engine shall be repaired not replaced, shown the bad intention of the workshop

My Car met with an accident and I deposited the Car (WB24K4352) with Chevrolet Speed Workshop at APC Road, Kolkata on 25/09/2015 for necessary repair job. I am yet to get back the Car from Workshop even today. What a fantastic efficiency level !! And even after this, these worthless guys advertise for sale of Chevrolet Cars !!

Purchase invoice date 1/10/15, registration no of my commercial car not received till date by SPEED AUTO, dealer of Chevrolet in Kolkata, Dealer makes two invoices, one for internal use & other is for customer, two invoices contains two different VAT amount, Cash handle by sales person of speed Auto, Purchase invoice was made much before receiving Offer letter from West Bengal Transport Department which was well known to the dealer because the offer letter was processed by the sales person of the dealer.

Dear sir I purchased Chevrolet Sail Sedan Petrol (Reg. No. HR26BY-1865) in the year 2012 from Aravali Auto Sector-14 Gurgaon. Since begIning, I am facing problem with its Air conditioning system, that is " Engine RPM Fluctuates during ideal running with Ac ON or during slow moving in traffic Jams and it gets cut off" After so many complaints at every service and special complaint regarding this at "Aravali Auto Gurgaon" no remedial action had been taken other than false assurance that the problem is rectified. Front Breakshoe and Front Shocker replaced in last service.

Yesterday I faced Problem of red hot heating in Front Wheel Brakes while driving and this is a sudden case of fire. As everything is properly serviced, I am not able to understand this cause/technical issue from Beat diesel as per consumer data from googgle.

Shocker replaced from dealer in warranty and again face this problem in one month and dealer says no warranty/defect from their side. Maybe no change/duplicate made in warranty by dealer.

What is the durability of Chevrolet items?
How safe is break issue problem with beat?

Please let me know the detail and remediation for this.

Dealer is always charge for unwanted servicing decarburization etc and use Non Chevrolet products with signature in all services.

I was a regular customer of Dulichand Motors Pvt. Ltd., 5/51, Jagatipota, Ahallya Nagar, Kolkata- 700099.ph[protected], 2426 4224/14, FAX[protected]. Off late, it's service has become very poor. My car ( Model- Aveo 1.4, Regn. no.WB06G 7914 is being serviced there regularly. In last two occasions, during servicing my rear view camera display over dashboard LCD screen were out of order which were noticed immediately after the job completed.,
It were brought to the notice of attending service engineer immediately. but in both the occasions I was told that their electricians were unable to solve the problem and the car might be taken away to their Showroom. but again the Showroom personnels also could'nt do anything. As a result, I was harrased like anything in both the occasions. sir, you will be surprised to know that this minor defect made during servicing was corrected within 02 mins by technician of a car decor shop in our lacality. It is really unfortunate that this workshop of Dulichand Motors does not have any electrician who can solve this minor problem made by themselves.
Apart from this, they could'nt arrange a new side view mirror(set) for my car inspite of order placed and repeated requests earlier.

The new adv. says "" I CARE "", I am sorry to say that it’s just adv. created by marketing people, in the service it’s a total different story altogether.

Since the new dealer was introduced in Aurangabad ' Arihant Motors" my car has always visited the garage at-least once after the service was done. Always there has to be some or the other stuff left to work.

One more thing to appreciate is that the service department has a very good sixth sense. Even before they drive the car, or sit in the car they can judge that the clutch work has to be done!!!

and guess what, i get my car back from the service and within a few hours of driving i have to get my clutch work done now that's absolute Incredible!!! isn't it??

I was the one who dashed the car, but I was asked to write the drivers name, as the person has to visit frequently for insurance purpose, they were informed the drivers license is expired, but "It can be managed Sir" was the reply. finally I had to pay entire thing from my pocket.

I am wondering how should I penalize Chevrolet for all the irritating moments and the disturbance of mind created by them.

I purchase my sail car in 26 may 2015 from padam motor chandigarh . In that days there was an offer of three year mentainance free with car but padam motor cant provide that offer to me . So plzz provide me that my offer . When i am asked them to give me our offer so they say me that there are no offer with this car. So plzz sir take some action on padam motor

Sir i have my chevrolet beat model no 2013. having reg. no. Hr 51aw 1550. since it is 3 year old car. and i used maintance and service by your authorised service centre shivaji motors near ghazibad. there is a leakage of black oil from the engine after ignition of engine when i pull my car then aftr few minutes then i found the oil is spread over the land surface. i used to try calling by there rpys were like " we are no responsible for any internal damage after service. also their behaviours were appropriable to me. they just run from their work and responsiblities. i lso call to your toll free no. [protected] but they were same also like your service centr rplies. i gave my whole saving to purchase this. peoples suggest me to take this beat chevrolet but i think now your company is not reliable now. you are having no commitments for your service and goods. now i thnk that was my biggest mistake to purchase this car, if i bought maruti swift then it will be better option to me. because their service and maintaince facility is too good in comparison of yours. sir pls do me a favour pls get fixed my cars problem. I have Chevrolet Beat (Diesel) Car with MH registration . I came Bangalore for training and yesterday my car broke down in Bannergatta road around 5PM . I called customer care for help and they patched me nearest Chevrolet service representative who was located Hosur Road Chevrolet location. After calling him he promised me to reached on spot after 2 Hrs. Which I hardly 12 KM drive from Hosur road to my location. After calling him again after 2 Hrs he replied he might take another 1 Hr to reach and I better toe my car to Hosur road service station .Which was very annoying answer at 8 PM when I was waiting for him with my family on road. I decided to reach some local technician who investigated and told the malfunctioning in fuel pump motor . As it was already 9 in the evening I decided to left car on the way and went to my hotel .Next day when I came (Sunday) we didn't find fuel pump motor in any Bangalore local distributor, after calling to Hosur road Chevrolet office they replied they didn't have this part in stock and might be available after 2 days . My Car still along road side in abandoned state and I have to travel to Pune . This is worst service of Chevrolet I have experienced and I stuck here for two days just because fuel pump motor is not available. What a stupidity is this?

I have a Chevrolet car model ENJOY - LTZ bought in 2014. It carries a warranty of 3 years. Being in warranty period, I am sending the car regularly to their authorised service centre - Ashtavinayak Service Centre at Goregaon - Mumbai. For the past 4 times, the time taken for servicing has increased phenomenally. Whenever there is a warranty claim, I have not received the car before at least 2 weeks. After repeated complaints and requests, the replacement parts are not fitted. 2 examples are arm rest and switch to operate the bonnet. The arm rests have come out of their socket & the switch broken by one of their personnel during servicing. Whenever the car goes for servicing, I am promised that these will be made good, but no result till date. During the last servicing (an accident insurance claim case), the car was there for more than 4 weeks, but the parts were not made available. This time too, the car has been there for exactly 2 weeks and when following up for delivery of the car, I am told that they have sent a mail for parts under warranty, and are not yet been made available from General motors. After 2 weeks, I am being told that there is a problem in the A/c compressor, and for the same to be done under warranty, it will take one more week to have it repaired. On raising my voice, the period was reduced to 4 days, but there is no guarantee that I will get the car in that period. This has become a nuisance and it is unbearable that I have to travel by train inspite of having a car, and there is a strong feeling that General motors cares 2 hoots for the improvement of their service.

on 02 oct 2015 my car was breakdown at NH 6 near by sambalpur odisha .. i called up to chevrolet roadside assistant([protected] at 1.33 pm ) for help first they say to wait then i will wait 30 min no call back ... again i call back to chevorlet then they register my complain and assure that help will done .. then after 1 hour the call me say they will help me next day .. i say its ok my tomorrow morning plz help they say yes ... and when today i called up they say by 11 am then will help i waiting for there call no call back n any respond is made ... till now no help is provider tome and my car is standing on highway

I have been fighting with it for awhile, with a authorized service centre in Trivandrum(Kerala) _ DEEDI MOTORS PVT LTD I have 2015 Cruze with 10000 ODO on it. I notice a left pull especially when driving in left lanes of highways. I read about left lanes being deliberately slanted to the left to let the water run off. The problem is that in the city streets i also notice minor pull to the left. When pulling left i see that steering wheel slightly turning to the left. If i hold it in straight position, then the car goes straight, but it requires constant effort to hold the steering wheel in correct position. Also, when the car starts on traffic lights - i can see that steering wheel tilts to the left by itself. Frequently i had alignment checked and it was ok. I have jk stock tyre ???, but they have correct pressure all all 4 wheels (35 psi). My car was in service centre now four days completed till now the professional guys cannot find out the fault.Still playing with replacing each parts. Regarding this matter i informed chevrolet via email, GMI.[protected]@gm.com but till now there is no response from that side well Dont no whats happening ???
