My name is ravi.., on 19/09/15i came to ur service center for small runing repair That is fuse gone for speedmeter and i told to service manager to chc fuse he orderd to check the car to a mechanic after half n hour i have full proof and the mechanic dnt check the fuse and he said That u pour water in engine so that sensor gone but i told very very  very clearly that check the fuse but he dnt check... And i said i dnt pour water in engine Then he replied we have to check  wiring... What is going on ur workshop... Without checking fuse he is saying sensor if i m saying not sensor Then he saying wiring... If i m telling Not wire means he will tell another one but Not checking fuse...

    I have Chevrolet Beat petrol car 2013 model which is still under company warranty as i was getting humming sound from car after driving for an hour or so I took the car to service centre at jogeshwari mumbai . after checking . the car it was detected that the there was some issue with the fuelpump and body was also making some noise . It was suggested that i should also get the car serviced which i agreed and estimate for servicing was given as 3900/- . detail is attached for reference I received call from service centre saying . as fuel pump was not available i can collect my car after paying the service charge and when we acquire the fuel pump we would change it for which i did not agree as my basic problem was the noise and not servicing hence i waited for 2 days but still they did not fix the problem and said that i will have to pay for the parts as servicing of the car was done at other private garage and would try to get the parts under warranty only if i extend the warranty from them . This is strange if you are going to charge me for warranty extension and have the liberty to refuse the claim what is the point in doing extended warranty . The concern person said he would again reqest the company for the part and asked me to collect my car which i had to as i had no other option by paying the service charge . For last one month i have been following up with the concern person mr Irfan who keeps saying i have not yet got confirmation from company and is just dragging the matter and all the problem which i was having before and after the service is same and on bill one column is specified with heading cna. which when i inquired the meaning of this short form it was said as Customer Not Approved . i think it is cheating the customer as under warranty parts should be replaced by the company and I have not disapproved changing of any parts under warranty. The service charged paid should be refunded as my basic concern was not shorted and as far as i remember beat car was called back for fuel pump problem and still the service centre are not responding.

        My Car Chevrolet Beat Diesel MH 25 R 3622 Failed on 3 Sep 2015 on 3-Sep-2015 at Solapur Pune Highway I called to help line they have connected to Chevrolet Pune dealer but the Dealer refused to come and repair the vehicle I was with family and suffered a lot and I have to reached to pune for Urgent meeting on highway no help from Chevrolet Service Team Baramati Dealer Attended the complain but they are asking for Vehicle History Which should available with Company I have Purchase this vehicle from Soham Chevrolet now the dealership is closed by company and Soham is not providing the Service History to Mota Chevrolet and Mota Chevrolet is not doing the under warranty repair they are charging me Rs 28316/- and I request to consider my vehicle in under warranty repair and refund my 28316/- my total KM run is 62000 and I have done time to time repair at workshop from where I have Taken the Vehicle i have Approched to Chevrolet Service Area Manager Mr Amey Dange and Service Zonal Manager Mr Sanjay Agarawal also but both Manager are refusing to give approval for under warranty repair

          Dear Sir, I have purchase Chevrolet Enjoy car from Platinum (Saibaba Sales Pvt. Ltd.), Kalewadi, Thergaon, Pune - 411033. Ph:[protected] on 31 March 2014. My vehice no is MH12 KT 9032 and Chassis no is LCU*UD52021312 in the name of Mr. Ganesh Digambar Pande. I have still not received my Registration Card from the showroom. After several follow ups and personal visits i was asked to visit RTO office for the enquiry. If i have to visit RTO office for this incomplete delivery of the car, i think this is really an unprofessional service given by the Chevrolet which is actually shameful for such a renowned company in the Indian market. This stands to the conclusion that i have done a great mistake buying Chevrolet car and will recommend everyone for not purchasing any Chevrolet product ever.             To whomsoever it may concern Regarding: Chevrolet Sail LS ABS 2013 Reg # HR 21 H 4168 It is with deep regret to inform you that i am not satisfied with the quality of the product and also the post service executions. This is my 3rd year dealing with all kinds of issues and service center (Regent Automobiles faridabad) people to make it further worse not helping at all. It was supposed to be my dream car, because i had to really work hard to earn such money for my first car ever. It worked fine for initial 2 months and then started showing colors, fan stopped working resulting into overheating. I approached service center with extreme disappointment because of early encounter in first 2 months only and they assured me of bla bla bla and fixed the vehicle. Couple of months later i got engaged in the same problem of overheating and literally smoke can be seen coming out of engine leaving me in trauma. Though it was a complete embarrassment for me however more than that risk of somebody getting injured. This time i escalated the matter to so called seniors and reported the problem and requested them to change the vehicle but unheard. Again they (REGENT AUTOMOBILES FARIDABAD) apologized and gave me assurance bla bla bla and kept the vehicle for 2-3 days hampering my productivity towards my Job and other household activities. My expectations had already gone down and dreams shattered, because i had to take it to the service center more than i could drive it. Moreover i had developed an insecurity that this car can breakdown anytime so i started avoiding taking it to long routes and stopped sharing with older family members. Not to my surprise few months later the whole chasis started making weird noises to erase any left so called good memories of me with the car. I am not joking but after my unheard petitions i literally shifted close to the service center to avoid any disaster and save some time. Again was the time to visit service center for the noise issues and after spending 6-7 hours they claimed of having it identified and fixed . The worst part was to wait in the service center everytime some thing happens to the vehicle endlessly. until now all i had done was visit the service center, spend my time and money, use the vehicle for some time and repeat the process. from last 2 years i had spend more than Rs 30000 for the service and uncountable hours of my time on this so called dream car and still counting. i am not in a position to afford any new car otherwise i would love to get rid of this chevrolet Nightmare. While i am writing this message let me tell you my car is with service center from last 26 hours and they are still working on it. This is my third visit for the same noise issues from suspension and body and clutch wire in less than 30 days. What else can you expect.Anyway i have learnt a life time lesson of never buying any chevrolet vehicle and not even recommend this to anyone. Already i have shared my part of the story with most of my friends and family and will continue to do that to protect people from having a disgusting experience. I am thinking to put a bold sticker on both sides of my car with HONDA written on it with a slogan saying " NEVER BUY CHEVROLET, SAVE YOURSELF". I have been a victim of embarrassment many times and all my requests went unheard and never got any satisfactory response from any senior official or any sympathy whatsoever. It is my time to make chevrolet feel the same to some extent and this time i am gonna do it after receiving my car back from service center. I am sure nobody from chevrolet is gonna react to it because they dont care, if they had i would not be writing this. Anyway if you see any car saying " NEVER BUY CHEVROLET, SAVE YOURSELF", remember me. Thank you chevrolet for providing a lifetime experience. So grateful.               Hello sir, my name is pankaj. i m fed up with my car chevrolet sail uva. many times i show my car to service centre. but does not work it. many issue m facing in my car like 1)music system not work properly 2)some internal problem in car 3)last one is major issue that water comes in my car in rainy season on driver seat. water comes in driver seat. many issue are there but these are major issue. if you can resolve it. thanks

                I own a Captiva, I usually give it for service with Trident Chevy service centers. This is not one of the case, since consistently Trident is failing to give at least required level of service, I have to raise this with Frustration. Every time I give it for service, some or other problem INTRODUCED, forget about clearing existing issue. For ex, once Adviser advised me to get doors oiled, but after service, it started making noise which was OK before service. After one more round of service, I can still hear those noise. Next time, they gave my vehicle after service without even tightening screws of my front wheel, I drove almost 30 KMs with huge noise started coming and it would have been BIG disaster if I didn't notice. Such a careless service. Washing is NEVER a good experience, I can wash better than whatever quality they give after service wash. Even after complaining all these, after service feedback call, apart from SORRY, we dont see any serious actions or follow ups done on these complaints. VERY pathetic and always scared to give my car to service to these guys, they spoiled my car after paying such a high value to my car, I would have owned better cars with same price.

                  I bought this car spark up16ad3353 in 2011 since two times i faced problem of break failure due to the rust it shows their quality of parts they are using in such kind of important areas. The irritating situation becomes when they dont have these parts available in their service centers for couple of weeks. Instead they charge huge amounts in routine services. Behaviour of the the staff is also so rude. I will nigther buy nor suggest anyone to buy GM cars in india. No body is ready to listen these complaints. Jagdish CJ mobile: [protected]

From the date of purchase 1.Speaker is not working. 2.Rain coating is not proper. 3.Engine panet is not proper. 4.Instead of third free servive, they demanded payment on delivery. 5.                         Last time when i gave my car to chevrolet dealer at rajahmundry, orange, they have taken the vehicle ap16 bw 1457 out for denting works and manual central locking repairs. The quality of service is also poor. The central locking problem persists. They are very passive in attending to any work . Plz follow up.                           Hi, During first 6 months, Chevrolet has replaced AC compressor twice of my enjoy LTZ MH-12KE-5652 due to the noise problem . Still the noise problem remain as it is. After serving, which was done on 7th Aug 2015, the AC has stopped working and surprisingly it has stopped working after serving. Per their expert it is blower problem which need to be replaced and will take a weeks time. After servicing the noise problem is as it is. What type of quality Chevrolet has delivered to me only god knows after paying about 8L+ money. Hope this complaint will force Chevrolet to study the problem and to find out a permanent solution.

                            I sent my car on 13th August for servicing to the authorized service centre of Chevrolet in vasant kunj, Delhi. I would like to mention that I paid a huge amount of 7000 rupees for the servicing. In return I got my car with no remote lock sound. Sound of the remote lock is not a small thing in a city where cars are stolen every hour. It's a matter of security. Also, this is not the first time it has come back with complaints. Last time, car came back with a dirty interior.once, it came with my windows jammed. Utterly poor service. I tried calling back the driver who dropped the car so many times there's no response. No one at the office is picking up.am very disappointed with their service!!!

                              Sir I buy a vehicle HR 19H 2996 enjoy LS model 13.Sir in Apr I face a problem about pick up then dealer change the turbo but after one month again face same problem due to this problem engine pick up the engine oil. But now dealer area manger both are told 50% pay for this work & give the reason that vehicle do not complained.Take the necessary action.Thanks.

                                Sir, I have brought a new Chevrolet Beat Diesel Car Model LT Reg.No.KL 01 BH 6523 from Deedi Automobiles PVT Ltd N.H By Pass, Trivandrum, Kerala on October 2012. It have already 3 years warranty and Extended to 2 more years.All the Services have done at the above Service center. It have totally runned 26, 000 Kms. In between this The Toe Rod End Complaint occured and due to this the tyres had wiped and teared.Toe Rod End Complaint have been solved at Company. Even after the services have been done regularly, The Warning Lamp has Blinking in-between. Even after showing the complaint at the company it couldn't be resolved.While Driving the Car there were some noises from the car. Even after complainting the mentioned problem in the company they does not solved it properly.Due to these problems there is no comfort on driving. The tyers have only runned 26, 000 Kms, so by company risk you have to change the tyres and you have to find a solution for the above mentioned problems.                                   My car was serviced from Arya Automobiles Mundka Delhi on[protected]. which was a major service after one year, that includes engine oil change by the service center. my car registration no is 6866. on papers they have changed the engine oil. but i am sure that the engine oil of my car was not changed. This is a wrong way of presentation to the costumers and may cause major problem.

                                    This car was failed due to some problem then i was give car to service center -
                                    Jitendra wheels (N) pvt. Ltd.

                                    They told me due to over heating car is failed & total expenditure apprx rs 32000 to 35000.
                                    Now after repairing they are charging rs 71000 / -
                                    Without intimating this amt to before repairing they repair my car.
                                    Sir, it is not possible for me to paid this huge amount.
                                    So pls help.

                                      I want to raise complain against chervolet india.


                                      We already invested 35 +15 k before 3 months and solve our engine issue.
                                      .

                                      Now this incident happen which make doubt on transparency.

                                      Let me brief about

                                      On 22 jun my father noticed that smoke there and 23rd jun he went to service center. They checked it and said it will cost 5 - 6 k and it will be corrected. . Same say when service boy processing the car he got with little accident so one door damaged.

                                      They told us they will correct it and send. . They drop my father to his home by his vehicle.

                                      From the same say, after every 2 - 3 days my father used to call to service person and asked about his car when can he get it. .

                                      Always get response in next 2 - 3 days you will get your car. . We were already loosing day today busines as lots of work father do through car itself.

                                      Because of service man fault we are waiting for our car

                                      And after that much delay. Yesterday 23 july my father get a call and they asked that there was issue with on some other things and it will cost $44k

                                      So that break the transparency. .

                                      We already invested in engine before and we get all things ok. So we don't abel to understand how new problem comes. .


                                      We are not happy the way we are treated in service center. . Hope you will help us to get the justice.

                                        Hello I am Sushant Rana from New delhi I have serious issues regarding the service, workmanship and negligence / incompetency in evaluating the fault . I think not only metro motor entire GM have adapted a lethargic approach in dealing with customers. This is a great step in building new customers and retaining old ones. Respected sir, first of all I want to say please wake up !!! Try and resolve customer complaints ...that too repeated ones, as no one has extra time in this world to make complaints, so if anyone is doing so that to repeatedly then there might be an issue.. Also try and resolve complaints by yourself not diverting them to service centre . Sir for your information these complaints are against service centre and you try to satisfy customers from them only. " this is a classic example - you are asking the culprit to investigate the complaint against him and give the verdict and not evening askin the complainant" Sir as per my mail and for your information again in would like to convey only one message that I want a team from GM India to come and investigate the issue and not the service centre guys . I don't want a reply from the service centre as they have lost the creditability . Dear sir ... Please you are requested to send a team from GM to investigate the issue. Again for your better understanding I would like to re iterate the facts : In march 2015, I took my car to metro service center regarding the issue of coolant level drop. They checked the vehicle and said that water pump assembly is to be replaced, shocker is to changed and best of all hoses are to replaced related to coolant as they said coolant is leaking from one of them and thus level drops. Estimated amount Rs.22000, to which is trusted and paid In april 2015, during free checkup is brought my car, as there was coolant level drop. To which metro service center guys said that your car was running and while in this condition coolant gets in the running line and level drops . To which I was not satisfied but they said its OK and refilled the same. Approx. Around a month later I bought my car for ac repair, to my surprise they said your ac system is to changed (compressor, ac condenser, coil etc ). To which I mailed to you. But instead of investigating you gave a lame reply that to through metro service center . Classic example that you attend a complaint against a person /group and asking that person /group to give the verdict . Instead of giving any technical reason, they said you didn't got your ac checked earlier that is why it got damaged . To which I again obliged and paid Rs. 32000 . Again within a month my coolant level dropped .Ac started tripping while driving, my car started causing problem in the pick up, even if I pressed my accelerator to the fullest pick up suddenly dropped at times. Also a MIL ( malfunction indication lamp) of engine came . After seeing these things I immediately submitted the car to metro service center on 31/6/15. At first they said that ac is OK, pick up issue might due some carbon in the system and MIL of engine is due to malfunction of O2 sensor . After hearing this i was again surprised that even after getting my car regularly serviced from service center every !month new issues arise. To which I again obliged and paid the amount . And after changing the req. Items. I Was asked to pick the car after 17 days. My brother went to pick the car, to his utter surprise following issue were found: -center locking was not working - ac knob was damaged. - and MIL of engine was still there. (Fyi car details: Beat Ls 2010 model petrol White color DL 3CAE 4984 Odometer - 62000 approx) Now service center guys are saying that there is some issue in engine and engine needs to be opened and cost will be around 1 lakh. So sir I would like complaint strictly and clearly against metro motors service center. And due to their inefficiency in accessing the fault why should customer suffer mentally and monetarily again and again. So sir ..I would like to state in loud and clear words... Please you are requested to send a team from GM to investigate the issue and give a technical answer to problem in the car with a proof for its causes. As in this case entire fault is of M/s metro service center, and you can't escape by saying the car is out of warranty so we can't do anything . Also sir I would reiterate that regarding the new issue I want the same to resolved without any financial implication to me as nothing was done by me and all problems arised after submitting my vehicle to service center. In addition to the trailing mail i would also like to mention following points that must be ensured while attending my vehicle which are: ECU fault codes generated shall not be deleted without my consent . And all the ECU fault codes must be shown to me before rectification. Also after rectification of fault, i strongly advise you that vehicle shall not be cranked or run on duty cycle which may cause the deletion of ECU fault codes (DTC) I strongly recommend and advise to first check the fault codes and then subsequently GM and only GM team (not service centre ) can undertake rectification. All the things which the service centre have changed so far are highly unlikely to occur together within a period of 3 months. I want to know the root cause of the fault in detail and the responsibility for negligence / incompetency. Sir for your special attention and information, if the same is not resolved as desired and as per my request mentioned above I will file case against GM India and metro service centre in Police and consumer court .
