My Name is Ravi Kumar. On 08.11.2021 I got a phone call from chis representative, he told me that we are lucky winners of CHIS and invited me and my wife in Redison blu hotel Kaushambi that evening. Accordinginly, we attended that event of the company, where we are welcomed by your sales representative Mr. Narayan Singh and Ms. Chanchal. After that they requested us to listen about CHIS membership plan (they repeatedly mention that this offer is valid for that day only), where he promised me that if i take T1 membership plan, I have to pay only ₹ 1, 70, 000/- in 18 interest free installments including GST and promise some other offers which i'm mentioning down below:

1- Returns air Tickets of Dubai/ Bali with free stay and meal for me and my family in any time within 10 years.
2- totally Interest Free EMIs including GST for 18 months
3- 4 or 5 star Hotel stay with free meals till 10 years for two adults and two kids upto 12 years.
4- free pickup and drop.
5-14 days free stay in CHIS properties worldwide.
6-5 free parlor coupons
They also mentioned some other offers like free stay in Maldives/Mukteshwar/Jim Corbett/Hayatt Regency etc upto six months. When I told them that presently my wife is leaving in my home town they assured us that they will extend the offers for one year. They also mentioned that age limit for my child is 12 years for boarding in Hotels.

And for all this i only have to pay only rs. 1, 70, 000/- alongwith a fix annual maintenance fee of ₹ 8000/- + GST. which will be payable only when we will book any hotel otherwise no need to pay and our years further will be added if we don't use).
I paid a total ₹ 1, 70, 000/- as an advance through Credit Card EMI.
Representatives assured us that all these above promises will be mentioned in agreement and we have to just sign it. They kept us busy in talking and gave no time to read the agreement thoroughly and built pressure to sign it by saying it consists of whatever they had promised.
After that the Sales person requested us that you will get a confirmation call from the company so please accept the call as it is otherwise your money will be hold for an unknown period. Due to late night, we left the place after their assurance of all the above said commitment, unknown to the fact that we were cheated at each and every step.

But in next morning, when I got the confirmation call from your department, they mentioned that no return air tickets to Dubai/Bali is included, only stay will provided by the Company. Further, she stated that I have also to pay interest on my EMI . This is an additional burden upon me.
Further, I can only take 2 weeks max per year and that too with at least one month gap, not together.
She also mentioned that I have to pay maintenance fee every year, During the conversation, when I raised questions I found that whatever she is telling us contradicts all the promises made by Sh. Narayan Singh and Ms. Chanchal in that night after payment and then I didn't give my acknowledgement for proceeding membership on the final acknowledgement call and acknowledgement mail as there were denial and differences in many of services promised to me.

So after hearing this from your Customer Department, i found that your sales person, Narayan Singh has sold me the membership by making false promises. He has done fraud with me and took my hard earned money by making false promises.

I want my money back after a horrific experience of False service promises and cheating acts by your company representatives.

So after all of that, I request you to please Cancel my membership (Reg No: CHISDLSA779450) and refund my full amount which is ₹ 1, 70, 000/- .
Please look into this matter and refund my amount otherwise I have to go to the Police and Consumer Court to file a complaint against your company and your sales person.
I hope to get this resolved from you as soon as possible.
I'll be looking forward to hearing from you with my refund of this membership.

Not willing to refund after giving written agreement that they will provide refund within 45 working days on 20.11.2021.

      My name is Pushpendra Singh Rajput, Me and My wife with a little kid attended the event of the company and paid Rs.165000/- .I want my money back after a horrific experience of False service promises and cheating acts by the company.

      I have been starting cheated by the company from 1st Oct 2021 when i have been started to get so many repetitive so called promotional call in which company representative called me and said that the company organizing an event for giving offers and event is for 1st of October only but again got a call from the company on 2nd October 2021 that we are inviting remaining customers who left yesterday at Hotel Radisson Blu, Kausambi, Ghaziabad, UP. Later I got to know this event continued after that day as well i.e. i was told lies as their service part.
      There the Company's representatives made lots of false promises such as complimentary breakfast, Discount on dinner, vehicle availability for commute and transfers, 10% discount on flight charges if opt, waiver of AMC for 1st year etc. are included in the plan which were not there in actual.
      They took payment of Rs.150000/- by credit card by saying it is the only available option for payment while asked to pay with debit card but instantly they took remaining Rs.15000/- by debit card when there was trouble to pay with the Credit card. Representatives gave no time to read the agreement even after asking for it and built pressure to sign it by saying it consists of whatever we have said. But prima facie I objected to some of the terms on the package description such as Interest waiver, Maldeiv package which they put themselves instead of Dubai while both of the places refused by us to opt, then they said we will replace it. Sales person also said that you will get a call from the company so please accept the call as it is otherwise your money will be hold for an unknown period. Due to late night we left the place after their assurance of all the above said commitment, unknown to the fact that we were cheated at each and every step.
      During the whole scenario I have raised many questions which contradicts in the event and on all other service calls/ mail (so called welcome call and final acknowledgement call / mail ) I got from the company after payment. On a so -called welcome call I raised the queries and issues but the representative argued on call on the issues which were clearly mentioned on paper and threatened to put my call on hold as the sales person said to me at the event and then I didn't give my acknowledgement for proceeding membership on the final acknowledgement call and acknowledgement mail as there were denial and differences in many of services.
      Apart from three to four service phone calls which were really harassing and were enough to give mental tension I didn't get any of the service and don't want to avail enforced and pathetic and non reliable services in the future after that as I understand the company's forcefull/ wrong way of giving services after the payment is as similar as the way the company representatives follow for giving its membership to consumer which are also proved by negative reviews & complaints against company on the portal.

      I mailed the company many a times that i don't want to avail any of their non reliable services after the refusal of acknowledgment on call and on mail but they intentionally wants to impose their non reliable services on me and my family.

      So I want my money Rs 165000/- back quickly, not the company's apology in future, as i don't want that my family will suffer as other customers are suffering.

        Good day,

        I have been trying to make a single trip.
        First was Rishikesh followed by jim corbett and now rajasthan.
        Buy unfortunately CHIS could not provide me any vacations plan.
        I have been got a reply with no conclusion.

        I am really disappointed with your services.

        Could you for god sake advice me in north region of india. Do you any hotel bookings available in this month or next month.

        If you cant provide any services tell honestly that you are cheating CUSTOMERs.
        I will understand that i have got cheated by CHIS.

        I had prolonged my membership with your company thinking i could plan some trips.

        But i am unable to understand everytime i book for some booking CHIS come up with some excuses that the place is not available due to covid despite giving sufficient time. When all this hotels are open for booking from all other websites like trip advisor, go ibibo etc etc.

        I ll post reviews all over the websites that what kind of ### services are being provided to CUSTOMERs.

        Kindly share the contact details for senior executives in order to complain regarding this matter.

        kindly respond with your excuse that the you dont have booking for Rajasthan, Udaipur for the entire month of November.

        We i can book in all the hotesl listed by you and your organisation unable to do it.

          I have cheated from them they have not mentioned at the time of sales that we need to pay the extra changes for the kids and also food is mandatory.
          the have inscreased the AMC changes 18% also this we nee to pay even if we want to avail the complete service in one year

          alo so much restrictions before booking the properties having good location is always full so always they offers offside locations as they are cheap.

          please donlt buy any plan from them and save money.

          Please refund my money.

            My Name is Devender Kumar. Me and my wife (Ranjana and Devender) Purchased a membership of T1 for 15 years worth rs.265500rs . My Reg No: CHISMAHOAKP0563. And I paid a total of 100000 rs as an advance in 2 transactions, 70000 rs as Credit card Emi and 30000 rs as cash. I'm providing the invoice for both of them down below.

            I purchased a membership from your sales executive by the name of "Abdul Khurshid" (phone - [protected]) on 10 Oct 2021. He promised me some offers which i'm mentioning download below:

            1- Two round Air Tickets for me and my wife of Paris.
            2- 4 or 5 star Hotel expense of the trip.
            3- 15000rs worth of Food voucher.
            4- 1 night Dinner and breakfast in Sheraton Hotel, Delhi

            Plus In this membership, he mentioned that I can have a 9 night & 10 days holiday instead of 6 nigh & 7 days. I can have a maximum 21 days for the trip instead of 2 weeks as per your policy and i only have to pay maintenance fee once a year which is 8000+GST. But when i got the confirmation call from your department, they mentioned that i only get return air tickets to paris, not round tickets. I can only have 6 nights & 7 days rather than 9 nights & 10 days. I can only take 2 weeks max per year and that too with at least one month gap, not together And they mentioned that i have to pay maintenance fee every single time when i book the holidays. So after hearing this from your customer department, i found that your sales person, Adbul khurshid has sold me the membership by making false promises. He has done fraud with me and took my hard earned money by making false promises.

            So after all of that, I request you to please Cancel my membership (Reg No: CHISMAHOAKP0563) and refund my full amount which is 1 lack rupees as soon as u can because i was cheated and sold the membership with fraud promises.

            Please look into this matter and refund my amount otherwise i have to go to the police and consumer court to file a complaint against your company and your sales person.

            I hope to get this resolved from you as soon as possible.

              Purchased the membership in Dec'17 for about 100 nights package including complimentary offers. For initial 1/2 requests, service was provided . After that half the requests were not processed. Now whenever a request is made, it is rejected giving random reasons like blocked dates, non availability, locked out period, renegotiation with properties etc.
              It has become a nightmare.
              I want to cancel my membership and get a refund post deducting charges for service provided till now.

              Though i have personally booked my hotel this time (not through CHIS ) but i have been assured by Akanksha Jain - Assistant Manager (Customer Relationship) that she will personally ensure i get my bookings at requested locations in future. She has cited renegotiation with properties and sudden surge in requests from members due to pent up demand during Covid. Inspite of my bad experience since last 2 years i am going to give them another chance to improve their services and provide the members with the bookings/services as cited while buying the membership.

                Sir/Mam,

                Your Sales executive Mr, Kanishk Vajpayee said me to pay the amount of Rs. 90, 000 in 18 EMI offer as credit card contain 44 digit.

                but that amount not converted into EMI and when i contacted him [protected], he said that convert the amount in EMI by your end in 12 EMI and company will pay the interest.

                You are just selling the product by false promises that is not good and welcome call person also agreed that we will provide you.

                I agreed, but still interest not waved and bank is charging interest from me.

                We both husband and wife are govt employee and if you are serving like this, we will really deny to join CHIS to other officers also.

                  I am very sad and really disturbed to stuck my 2.5 lakh rupees in CHIS membership.
                  I was told and promised that except very expensive property I can be offered any 4/5 star property in any place in India and selected foreign destination from any online portal (not just limited to CHIS registered/ partnered/ associated/ internal exchange). But now you are offering bad properties and claiming that the registered property this is the only option. Infact most of the time whenever i ask them to book the property thay come up with new rukes and regulations which were not there at the time of selling membership.

                    Consumer court had ordered to refund my money and case closed in my favour, but still there is no change in their mind(country INN and Suites). Really country inn is worst company even I couriered all statement of court order 2 months back. But they are responding at all. I will visit consumer court again for further action. Let see where I can escalate this. Meanwhile I am raising it here

                      I have purchased CHIS membership for 10 years holidays in 2018 three years ago paying Rs. 1, 60, 000. Since then I am regretting my decision. It is a nightmare to book a holiday with them. They never book at your desired date desired location and at desired hotel.
                      The promises were for 5 star hotels but they offer 2 star hotels and still dont book them saying contracts issues or hotel not available.
                      I want to have refund of my hard earned money.

                        We have made a payment of rs. 150000/- (one lakh fifty thousand) on June 23, 2019.

                        We got the offer of a T-1 plan and 5 bonus weeks - total of 105 days plan offered.
                        During the booking the CHIS office manager confirmed that they have a partner's location in Japan - when we asked for the booking then chis blatantly denied it and said no location available in Japan.

                        We also got an offer of hyatt hotel one night stay - a couple of times we asked to book but chis denied giving an excuse for non-availability.

                        Earlier they said our plan is of 105 days means 10 days per year now they are saying only a 6N/7D plan - how we can get full 105 days if they don't allow us 10 days at least in one year. This clearly shows that they are fraudsters and cheating.

                        I booked thru Dwarka, New Delhi office - I visited several times but all the time this office is locked.

                        CHIS during the pandemic call us and asked for more money to extend our plan -how one can believe these cheaters.

                        Further, amc charges are 7000/- + gst - now for amc they are asking 9500/- rupees? what on the earth gst charges they are applying - no clue.

                        During corona when all industries are struggling that time chis cheaters are exploiting the customers.
                        There is no refund clause included in the agreement.
                        I am going to file a court case in Consumer court or any appropriate court. We have all documents available with us - email chats/signed documents etc.

                        Chis company is such defaulter one they are cheap people who trapped the people.
                        Mr abdul khurshid is such a frauder who using their surname as another person (khurshid) and he said Abdul left this company we found that they are cheaters.
                        I also recording the same after approaching many times he gave Miss Aakansha’s number after talking to her she is very rude and said will not refund your policy which Mr Abdul commited also she said u can do watever to want to either hire ur lawyer or anything else see how they people behaved.
                        Our incidence i describe as follow
                        I took a membership from chris company for 5 years plan membership id (780136) since starting faced many issues. Mr Abdul who was guide us he gave a plan about family sweet of 4 adults but they gave only couple sweet such a fraud.
                        Moreover when we used first time membership they promise us to give a radisson or hyatt hotel but at last they gave regenta which was low to our expectations. In addition i booked 4 adults thn again they turned into couple booking when we asked them they refused this is such a harassment.
                        We want to cancel this membership if this not happen i will take legal action against chis company such a fraud company first they told different planes then giving different one.

                        Lastly i want apply for refund they said not possible which they committed before.

                          I visited the Country Holidays webinar in Taj Vivanta sector-21 Dwarka on 13th April 2021 to know about their membership plans on the basis of a telephonic invite. People there Shivam Verma and Mohit Saini explained me the 15 year holiday plan and then charged us 2, 10, 000/- as EMIs. They explicitly mentioned the option to cancel it if we were not happy with the service. They made us sign a contract which did not have the cancellation clause. When we asked them on this, Mr. Mohit Saini gave us a personal verbal assurance that he will get it cancelled anytime whenever we give him a call - no questions asked.

                          Now Mr. Mohit Saini is not picking up my call. The customer care is unresponsive, most of their phone numbers do not work.

                          This is fraud, and I want an immediate refund as promised

                          CHIS is denying me welcome vouchers (36K air tickets) and none of their phone numbers work.

                          All their customer care people that reach out to me for resolution are apparently not a part of the company after 3 months and they say that now they cannot to anything,

                            CHIS executive committed us to provide reservation at Hyatt, The Lalit, Raddison property but after emailing the reservation they are sending me 3rd class properties.
                            This is not the way to serve your customers if you are selling the membership in such a big price.

                            I am reputed govt employee and if your services are not good then i will never suggest anyone to buy your membership.

                              Dear CHIS team

                              I am very sad and really disturbed to stuck my 3 lakh rupees in your membership.
                              I was told and promised that except very expensive property I can be offered any property in any place in India and selected foreign destination which are on CHIs list. But now you are offering bad properties and claiming that the registered property this is the only option. Infact from that also you deny the property choosen
                              Can someone talk to me to workout a solution and address my query?

                              I got a call from CHIS rightful customer representative Akanksha ([email protected]) and they confirmed that my understanding and expectations are correct. "As per the confirmation by CHIS team that the original commitment of booking the property as per my(holder of membership number CHISAGG780626) requirement of 4/5 star property for any location from any online portal (not just limited to CHIS registered/ partnered/ associated/ internal exchange) will be followed for all my booking nights. I am agreeing to resolve this complaint with this understanding and the assurance that I will not have any struggle in future.

                                I opened a complaint against CHIS on August 14, 2021. Marked it resolved after getting call from CHIS customer care team and GM Customer relationship (Mr. Rahul Arora).They both had assured better services in future.Trusting their words, I marked that complaint as resolved.

                                Now, I am reopening my complaint as they have again started refusing reservation. I asked them to book hotel for 2 nights for mid October and gave them 3 location options (Rishikesh/ Mussorie/ Jim Corbett). They refused reservation for all 3 locations saying due to unavailability they cannot book.

                                I also asked them to book for 5 days in Goa in Mid- December.For that, they mentioned that their booking window is not yet activated so I should make fresh request after 15th November post which they shall check the availability.

                                In short, they have refused all my booking request by giving some or other stupid reasons. I am pretty sure that for Goa also, they will again refuse reservation after 15th November due to unavailability.
                                Infact, they have refused all my reservation request (atleast 5-6) since March 2021.

                                I have almost given them Rs. 1, 00, 000 /- (including 2 AMC's) for 5 yr domestic membership. Already 3 years are completed and I have not even received service worth Rs. 10, 000. Every time I ask for booking, they just refuse by giving vague reasons. Last time when I opened complaint, GM Customer relationship Mr Rahul Arora assured that these issues will not happen in future, but again it started and now even he is not picking up call or reverting on WhatsApp.

                                I would like to take legal action against CHIS for harassment/cheating and demand full refund.

                                Please let me know if any other CHIS customer is facing similar harassment from them. I would like to take legal action against them.

                                    I have taken membership of CHIS in 2019 and paid 1.5 lakh to the company. From last several months there has been no response from company on any of the contact details provided them on website. I have tried several times their call centre numbers but it seems that they are absconding. They cheated several consumers like this and ran away with money. I request legal and police action on this company who has cheated many consumers and will continue to do so if not stopped now.

                                    Dear Friends, I am also cheated in the same manner as you explained. I am also of full support to file police complaint. We also paid Rs. 150000/- - they promised 105 days and now not a single booking or single benefit provided in last two years.

                                    It is indeed a fraud company who has been into a business of befooling people and extorting money from them. Initially they make big promises and later on they refuse to give services to them. I had taken package from them in August 2018 and since then except for initial "so-called" complimentary services they have been denying of services and these days have reached to next level which is of pressuring & threatening its customers which they have done with me and my husband as well.

                                      Address: 3rd Floor, Block A, A-37, Sector 63, Noida, PIN Code - 201301 ( U.P).

                                      I received a call from a representative of CHIS and they called me to Hotel Vivanta, Dwarka on 21st March, 2021 for presentation of Holiday package and free vouchers. I visited the venue and 2 representatives of CHIS (Mr. Ajay Rajput and Mr. Shivam) offered me a 5 year Holiday Package for Rs. 90, 000 and they also asked me to pay the amount by 24 interest free EMIs. Subsequently, they deducted Rs. 90.000/- from my Credit Card and then I received a confirmation mail from their official email id with membership number CHISDLSA779943. While converting the amount into EMIs, I found that the interest amount being charged is too high and therefore sent an email to CHIS customer care to confirm the refund policy towards additional interest in EMI, after exchanging several emails, they finally advise me that the interest is to be borne by the member only and they also asked me to provide written proof of the communication with their representatives in this regard. Since the sales persons were working on behalf of CHIS and I hop CHIS is also aware of the fact that their representatives never provide any written proof to their prospective clients while finalizing the business deals, I feel that they provided only false information to get business from me & likewise and this is being intentionally done with the consent of CHIS to cheat the people like me. I humbly request you to look into the matter and help me get the refund of interest towards EMIs, which I have been paying regularly for the past 6 months even when I have not availed any of the service (free voucher) provided by CHIS.
