I tried to book 2 tickets for the movie SPY (English) 8:15 pm show (20.06.2015) at Cinepolis Vadodara through HDFC Master DEBIT CARD. The booking was opted for K 9, K 10 tickets. The money got deducted from my account, however I didn't receive any booking confirmation. Further it seems that the tickets have been successfully booked since it is showing "sold out" now in the website. In contrast, it is not showing booked in my account booking history. The Cinepolis account is in the name of Deep pandya and payment has been made through HDFC MASTER DEBIT CARD in the name Girija Dave. Enclosing herewith screenshot of the sms received from HDFC Bank towards deduction of money in favour of Cinepolis, Gurgaon.

    Hi, Siddhesh here. This was my first experience @ Cinepolis 4DX theatre - Vivana Mall, Thane. However, for me it was pretty disappointing as I could not get the 'water splash' effect on my seat. Whereas my friend beside me could get it at the scenes wherein water splash was involved. Other effects provided were pretty cool! But the water splash could have been worth to my money spent over it. I even tried raising my concern to the person standing at Cinecare after the movie - but he simply said that it can't be as the manager himself had tested all the seats before releasing. However, that wasn't a satisfactory answer for a person like me who had invested a lot of money on this ticket! Do not expect this from a premium brand like yours.       Hi, i visited Viviana Thane Outlet on 4th June I booked three tickets for 10.15 pm show in 4DX for San Andreas Gentleman at the desk swiped 'Kotak' Card, the machine showed error and asked to swipe after five mins He re did and the machine showed the same error hence i gave him another card - AXIS - and he swiped and the payment went through Later immediately i got text from both the banks and money got deducted from both banks I went to the Cinecare desk to inform them and request for a refund After almost of 15-20 mins argument they said that they confirmed with their IT department and said that it is a 'Bad transaction' and i shall get my money refund in next 8 hours a guy named 'Kamlesh' told me to take his number and be rest assured about my money, they will refund the same and i should contact him if it doesnt get refunded Since it did not, i called him next day, he did not answer I dropped him text - no response from him I called him today - No response again IS THIS HOW YOUR LOYAL CUSTOMERS ARE TREATED? ESPECIALLY WHEN THE SITUATION INVOLVES MONEY MATTERS? EXTREMELY DISSAPOINTED WITH THE RIDICULOUS CUSTOMER SERVICE BEING RENDERED!

        I have been to Cinepolis located at Hyderabad, Manjeera mall, Kukkatpalli by booking a Recliners seat No: Q13 and Q14. I'm utterly disappointed with the theater as there is a railing obstructing the vision of the screen. Being a Standard entertainment chain we expect the Gold Class in it would be more fun and luxurious. All my expectations went wrong and I seriously lost the interest in watching the movie because of the least bothered maintenance.

        As we cannot remove the railing which is a safety critical. Just remove the seats or else in order not to loos the business, you can raise the seat height by two feet at least so that there could be more visibility of the screen.

          Today on 22nd May, 2015, me and my wife, visited Cinepolis in Inorbit Mall, Vadodara to see Tanu webs Manu returns. After 30 mins of the movie started, a huge Lizard or a snake kind of reptile of atleast a foot long, swift passed from Seat A-1 to the top most seat, making all the audience in the first two seats going into a frenzy. People started looking for what it was with their mobile torch but none of the representatives of Cinepolis bothered to even check for what was the matter. My wife saw the reptile really close and considering the concern, we both, left the movie, mid way and approached the Manager, Mr. Madhusudan Chaudhary and the duty staff Mr, Sameer. We explained them issue and suggested them to pause the movie, put on the lights and evacuate the movie hall and ensure the reptile is caught and things were under control. They took it very casually, asked us to cooperate, not make a scene out of things and keep calm. They did not accept the suggestion of pausing the movie and offered us the refund n leave subsequently. I was shocked to see their approach and shared my concern that if it was something dangerous, it could cause harm to any one of the audience and on seeing the same, people may rush to exit and thereby causing a stampede. However, they did not listen to us and we finally decided to leave and voice our complain through this platform. I hope you would look in to this matter and ensure such things are not repeated again, ensure enough pest control is observed and considering the approach of the staff and the treatment we were given, we ensure, we will never visit, Cinepolis again. Would never suggest anyone but will always share our true story with all. Hope you guys take the necessary action.

            I have made two bookings one with Booking ID W3FDAMN for 02 May and other with Booking ID WBW2PDA for 16th May. Both the bookings had been done through Cinepolis app. and the seats booked are the for VIP seats. I haven't got any Cinepolis reward points in my account for these transaction. When I have inquired about the same at CinePolis Jaipur the staff was rude and unable to solve the issue. Even the manager there was busy collecting the tickets for his relatives in spite of having long queues at the counter. They said that I need to log on before purchasing the tickets but in thier app no such info it asks for. They said we don't have any idea and points will not be credited. I want a reason why the points cannot be credited to the account.

                I booked a ticket for a 10:15 AM show on 18 Apr 2015 in Cinepolis Bangalore through my Credit card. Later due to Bandh in Bangalore it looks like the shows are cancelled till 6 PM on 18th. But till now there is no information from cinepolis about the show cancellation. Bookings are also blocked for all shows before 6 PM. I've already paid using my CC and have the confirmation. I sent an email to [protected]@cinepolisindia.com but no response yet. PLease refund me the amount back to my credit card.

                  On 12 april i had book 3 online tickets but when i print the ticket using your kiosk, there is misprint of the date on the ticket it prints 4 dec 2015, as a result of which and of your staff i miss 30 min initial part of the movie. I want refund of my money or issue voucher for 3 tickets as per my convenient movie, date and time.

                    sir, i went to cinipolis jaipur to watch fast and furious 7, i know that booking was going really fast so i came for advance booking on 1 april 2015 and booked my tickets for 2 april 2015 at 12:15 pm show fast and furious hindi 2d . On 2nd april i went to cinipolis and movie started but the movie was in english i told them that i have booking of fast and furious hindi but they said the content is not available how can you book tickets if you dont have content highly disappointed from service of cinepolis there was around 60 people who suffered because of there bad service i dont think i will ever recomend anyone to go to cinepolis. the managament was rude and even the manager was not available no solution has been provided to us. they are blaming there headquarter for this content unavailabilty.didnt't expected this from a international company. If the headquarter will not do anything i dont this i will come againt to cinepolis ever. Please take a fast and appropriate decision

                    Hi I am Santhosh Kumar from Bangalore, i have been to cinepolis at Royal Meenakshi Mall for Baahubali (Telugu) Movie, i bought the Ticket from the counter and entered the Hall and i found that the Ticket Print was unclear soo i walked to a person near the Screen and requested to let me know what is my seat Number, and he advised me to wait for few moments and never thought of letting me the ROW/Seat #, Later I requested a Young lady to assist, she was helpful, she herself took my tickets and cross verified the Row and Seat Number and guided me to the place. BUT Actual Problem was here... I was advised to Take ROW G- Seat 5 and 6, and few minutes later 3 Senior Citizens had come and asked to move away from the seat, and i was surprised, and asked, why is that soo! They said that, this is our seat and we have booked it online and they did show the Confirmation, and they were right. I again did go back to the same young lady and explained the situation and she made me wait for a min and requested help from her subordinate, and he took my Ticket back to the Counter and came up with no solution, and took me to those Senior Citizens and requested them to show their online Tkt and he had no clue what to do next, and he offered me to take a seat somewhere in the middle which i dint feel comfortable as i was with my wife. There were hardly no seat that movement, later he managed to make us seat at some corner and took my tkt advising he will reprint the tkt with new seat numbers and will be back in a min, i was waiting for the ticket to come and he never turned up even after the movie ended. On my en route to exit i requested a personal to check on my situation but he was least care even to listen, Y i need that tkt print is because i had to claim as it was a complementary from my Office. i did ask twice and he said to consult the Counter for more help, when i did go there i found lot of ppl waiting for Ticket and felt this is a Worst place that i never visit again or do Recommend to any when it comes to an option.

                        It is regarding the refund against couple of the transaction made on my SBI Master Credit Card at Cinepolis, Banngerghatta Road, Bangalore on 20th December 2014. Movie Ticket Details:The Hobbit: Battle of the Five Armies (3D) Booking Number: 247959 Kiosk ID: WHGBC8Q Cinema: Cinepolis, Royal Meenakshi Mall Bangalore Number of tickets: 2 Ticket Amount (Rs): 560 Show Time: Sunday, 21 December 2014 6:40 PM Booking Time: December 18 2014, 08:03 PM I I Booked the ticket online as a guest account and selected "Cash at Cinema". When I reached cinema on 20th December 2014 to collect the tickets, my credit card was swiped twice and both the time charges (560+560) were successful but the Cinepolis personal at counter couldn't get the print out of that swipe machine. Later I was told that there is a problem with the machine and asked to pay cache to get the tickets. Also I was requested to wait for the refund for both the credit card transactions within 48 hours. I had a chat with the Manager Sundeep/Sandeep also and he said - "it happens sometime and refund will be made to your card" with in 48 hours. So I paid the cache and took the tickets. Now I waited for more than two month but still don't see any refund made on my card. The snapshot from my card statement: 20 Dec 14 ROYAL MEENAKSHI BANGAL BANGALORE IND 560.00 D 20 Dec 14 ROYAL MEENAKSHI BANGAL BANGALORE IND 560.00 D Surprise to see that an international firm sitting idle on false transactions. A simple audit could reflect that the more money is made then the tickets sold. I have already sent a mail to [protected]@cenepolis.com but couldn't see any acknowledgement or response.                             Hella all, We are a BPO from Baroda, Gujarat (Etech) we had a deal with one of your multiplex located in Inorbit Mall, Baroda. We bought 131 tickets for our employees and in return we have contacted several (Endlessly) times to one of the point of contact there at Cinepolis (Mr. Chandrashekar) who is assistant manager marketing there. After many promises and assurance, we have still not received any bill from your side, which makes us hard to believe that one great chain of cinema is working this way. We have purchased the tickets during the month of November 2104 and we are now in year 2015 and still we do not have bill with billing number etc for our accounting. Mr. Chandrashekar has failed to keep the assurance and promise to deliver the bill late by late till 2nd Jan'15. Please help us sort this out.                               I purchased 5 tickets for the 8:30 show of 21st of December, 2014 for the movie PK on your website www.cinepolis.com .My registered email on Cinepolis is [protected]@live.com.An amount of Rs.1356 was deducted from my account and after that the website says that I have no booking history.What is this?!! Infact a message came from my bank that rs. 1356 has been transferred to Gurgaon account of Cinepolis.Now I am in a fix as to what to do

                                Dear Cinepolis Team, This is with regards to the second bad experience I had during my visit to you cinema the second time in ludhiana, last week I had gone to book a ticket and you cashier was taking care of a customer complaint with regards to the customer point not added to his member ship card, so after I purchased 4 ticket worth 950 he swiped the customer card on my billing, this is a wrong practise your cashiers are following . I am also from a service industry and so can understand that this is a wrong practice. Today again I had gone to book a ticket for tomorrow shows, but the cashier was least bother about the Q and there was not a single Q manager to maintain the Q and he was doing the online booking first . I am also a customer and will pay for the ticket i am booking, after when i had asked him that why is he doing so he rudely replied that by showing my the board that please go to next counter . i would request you to plss manager the customer dealing in a better way and the behaviour of the staff is just not acceptable. i asked the staff to call Anshul ( Cinema Manager ) he replied that he si on off, and i asume he is not as being such a busy sunday a cinema manger cant take an off. I had visited only twice to cinepolis and both the experience are just against a great customer experience, i hope you will look in to this matter and train you staff to behave with the customer.                                   Respected Sir, I am Jyotindra Kumar Gupta, a Govt servant, working and residing in Vijayawada, hailing from Azamgarh, Uttar Pradesh. The complaint is all about a bad experience given by CINEPOLIS VIJAYAWADA, using discrimination against individuals for not selling tickets of desired catagory to everyone. This is my personal experience when I went to purchase 2 tickets for VIP catagory in abovesaid multiplex for Movie" GONE GIRL" for evening show. At the time they are having the tickets of the VIP catagory. But they harshly rejected my request . At the time I asked them to contact Unit head for further clearance, they told me it is not necessary . We will not give you tickets, whatever U will do. I have taken the Executive class tickets for seeing the movie . In Interval I went to the customer service desk for lodging the complaint, but they have also refused the same. Again after completion of Movie I went their some other person was taken my complaint. But also they have not given the receipt of complaint. They told me after inquiry they will give. This wrong doing is prohibited in Indian Constitution under Article 14 in The Constitution Of India 1949. Till today I am waiting for their reply. Please help me what to do next.

                                    Dear Sir/ Madam, INCIDENT TIME 11:50 hrs of 09/10/2014. I am a regular visitor to your PVP complex for watching movies. I always prefer your complex for shopping or watching movies and was having a impression that yours is the best of all until this shocking incident happened. Accidentally due to my bad luck i have lost my parking ticket. Your people were asking to pay Rs 100 as fine for the loss of fine. Your parking staff namely Mr.Anil Kumar was acting as GUNDA which was supported by your floor supervisor Mr. Purna Chandra. For the loss ticket your own people were abusing us and making fun saying that if required you to the cinema hall and search the ticket every seat else you people stand here itself like beggars. When warned your people not to use all these abusive language they were smiling and saying that "we will talk like that only, We here see your people like our Hair (Abused in Telugu) and no one can stop us. They were again smiling and supported by your support staff. When warned not to use abusive language your staff threatened to beat us and said to go and complaint where ever we wanted to no one here can even remove one hair also from us, We will treat you like that only and will keep abusing. When asked for the complaint book they are telling this book is managed by us only and you wanted to complaint to us about us????? Point here is we are here to watch movie to spend some time so as to have some relaxation. We are working in Govt of India Enterprise and basically we are not here to make any issues. Paying 100 Rs is not an issue. But the point is 1) Is this the way you treat your own customers 2) Who are these fellows to use all abusive words. Dosent your training teach the basis mannerism of talk/ behave to the customers. 3) If your complaint books are being managed by your own support staff then why do you have it. 4) No way this kind of behavior is tolerable. 5) Who is he to threaten to physically beat us.??? 6) Dosent your management have some basic policy to control all these people. 7) Why the contact number of any of your manager is not available and there is no point in asking your support staff for the same. 8) After all these i really hope that necessary action is at-least initiated against your staff Mr.Anil Kumar and Mr.Purna Chandra. Please note that we really wanted this issue to get escalated in a big way so atleast your parking staff will learn a lesson or two from this.                                       I bought Cinepolis movie ticket on 5 October 2014. They provided me AmericanSwan voucher which was valid till 30th September 2014. I did try to contact them through email regarding the same issue. I haven't received any reply from them. Kindly help me for the same.

                                        When as a consumer we are buying tickets, why cinema theatre playing commercial ads. Is it not illegal as they are not freely showing us a play and when we have pay commercial and entertainment tax, there is no point to entertain this commercials ?
