    On 25th July 2015 i
    tried to book 4 premium seats online for Baahubali The Beginning for
    7:05 show at Cinepolis Hubli. after payment using debit card the site
    was redirected to cinepolis india website showing VISTA ERROR and no
    ticket was booked. I lost my 720Rs . I request you to look into this
    issue and refund my money.

      This is one of the worst experience of my life which Cinepolis Patna gave me. I booked my confirmed ticket for Bajrangi Bhaijaan on sunday from 11:15 am. I reached the box office at 10:00 am to collect the tickets but they had already sold it even though in the original ticket which cinepolis gave me it was written I have to collect the tickets only 45 minutes earlier if its unpaid. I was 1 hour 15 minutes earlier then also they sold it. I didn't knew cinepolis did this BLACK MARKETING. I would never recommend any one in my life to go to cinepolis anywhere and if justice is not given to me I will go to the extent of Consumer Forum.

        I booked online ticket for Bajrangi Bhaijaan on[protected] for 3 seats at 4.40 pm show and paid from my credit card but I did not get any email or sms at that time. My cinepoilsh card number is [protected]. When I reached to the cinepoish counter, The person there did not provide me ticket. Even I gave him full details to the person about my seat number, my Name, card number but he told that there is no such booking available. I tried to show my account but at that time, internet connection was very slow. So I have to return home with very bad experience. I have been a regular visitor, but this is the first time I felt such bad experience. So this is requested to you to kindly refund my money or issue new ticket at earliest.

          Hi, Myself Sushant. Yesterday I blocked three tickets for bajrangi bhaijan movie, seats are showing blocked, but did not receved any sms or mail regarding that. So I was bit worried, reached to ticket counter around 55min before, confirmed seats than one lady at counter said that tickets are sold your seat is cancelled, then one guy came, asked him for my seat, said that it is cancelled. Again asked him to check the seats and reason for cancellation but that guy did not replied simply ignoring, no empathy and sympathy. Then one more guy came asked him abt my tickets twice, thrice then very rudly he told to wait and later he provide me the ticket which I have blocked but again there was no empathy or sympath from his end also. Guys at ticket counter are very rude, they are behaving as if we are watching for free or they are paying on my behalf.

            Sir/Madam i have booked ticket on April30 @ 9:03PM for UttamaVillian for May1, 9:35AM show...But due to some problem the show was cancelled, As we enquired about the refund of the ticket money, I was told that the amount will be automatically credited to my credit card which i used at the time of Booking ... Please resolve the issue as early and see that the amount it received Im attaching the screenshot of the booking

              Hello, On 11th July at 12:01 PM, i tried booking tickets using your website http://www.cinepolisindia.com. I selected show timing and desired seats (5 seats). Then the site prompted for online payment, i made the payment using my debit card. After i made the payment it showed me some error and i didn't receive any ticket booking confirmation but the amount was deducted from my bank account. Here is all the information related to the transaction:- Cinepolis Account: [protected]@gmail.com Show Date: 11th July Show Timing: 6:50 PM No of Tickets: 5 Ticket Type: Executive Amount Deducted: 1357 Rs. Transaction Id: SB498800 Please see the attached screen shot of my account detail below. I hope you will resolve this issue as soon as possible and refund the deducted amount back to my account. I will be waiting to hear from you soon.

                  Dear sir / Madam, when i was watching movie there was continuous light beam and red dots light falling on my face, is that of any hidden cameras if so it should be informed earlier during the movie begin, and what about individuals privacy, please let me know what exactly the red dsts were and do u have cameras installed inside the cinema hall....

                    This is nagarjun from mangalagiri. I am huge fan of bhahubali[ss rajamouli`s]. . .
                    I had tried to buy tickets from vijayawada from leading cinema multiplex`s like cinepolis[pvp mall vijayawada], even one ticket also not avaliable from friday, saturday and sunday. . . Guess what its not because of heavy rush, instead they even not sold one ticket online. . . And they had admitted it. . . After when i argued with them. So i asked them to give on monday. . . They replied `scheduled not open`. . . I had, not only tried in online and i even vent to locations of cinepolis, they are giving movie tickets to their relations / friends in front of o[censored]s only. I had asked them nicely, after that legally, guess what. . . They called security to through off me from booking tickets center. In cinepolis[pvp mall] head security of tickets booking mr. Ravi. . . Did the same thing to me. . . I am very frustrated with those guys. . . This whole disturbance caused by not us. . . Its the distributer decision not to sales the tickets on online. . . Whatso ever. . . I tried to find the distributer name also. . . They have not mention to me. . . Sir. . . All regions tickets avaliable expect vijayawada. . . I had tried www. Bookmyshow.com movie site also. . . All other regions also avaliable expect vijayawada and guntur. . . Please make sure to resolve this issue sir. . . Still i have not get the ticket to see this beautifull movie first day. . . First show. . . Still i admire your cinepolis multiplex. . . Please make sure that this mistake will not repeat again. . .

                    Please ask www. Bookmyshow.com people also. . . They have not sold the tickets in vijayawada. In the same site other region like hyderabad, bengaluru, chennai etc. . . Are avaliable. . But not in our town. . .

                      hello, I am Surya Pavan.P visited cinepolis, Kukatpally, Hyderabad on[protected] for movie - uttama villan at 9.30 am show, for 2 tickets @ rs 300, i had used my debit card and when it was first swiped the amount was deducted but transaction has failed. so i swiped it again and 2nd time it was fine we got tickets. the person did not give any slip for the transaction as there was no rolls. but any way i have the transaction ids for both transaction in my bank statement.when i called around 20times once they lifted the call and said IT person is not available. now the theater is far from my place so how to get my money back??

                        I am watching the movie sardar ji in Mbd Cinepolis.the show time is 07:15 pm.a lot of hooting is there on my back seat.if this is your standard then why we all people coming here and spending a lot of money.its much better to go to other cinema rather than to come here.i m your regular visitor but now I have to choose some other cinema.its really very bad experience to come here with my family.                           This is a complaint of today (27th June, 2015) with Cinepolis at City Centre, Mangalore, Karnataka, India. I had purchased 2 tickets for "Insidious Chapter 3" for a 04:20 pm show at auditorium No.5. I was seated along with my wife on seats N-13 and N-14. After the movie began and all the auditorium lights were switched off, we experienced a bright light coming from behind us and falling on our faces. This was very disturbing to both o[censored]s and we could not concentrate at all on the movie. I could neither walk out of the auditorium to complain about this for fear of bothering other spectators in the auditorium who were watching the movie with rapt attention. At intermission, I walked out and complained to the person who was at the entrance and he in turn called somebody to whom I had tell about this. I could hear one staff member saying that they were cleaning the projection room with the lights being kept on. Finally, after intermission the lights in the projection room went off. But within 5 minutes they came back and I rushed out of the auditorium again to complain about this. I missed a part of the movie but could not tolerate this kind of nonsense happening. A lady apologised to me for the inconvenience caused by all this and I went back to watch the movie. This was a very bad experience at Cinepolis Mangalore. Incidentally I am a Club Cinepolis member with No.[protected]

                            I tried to book 2 tickets for the movie SPY (English) 8:15 pm show (20.06.2015) at Cinepolis Vadodara through HDFC Master DEBIT CARD. The booking was opted for K 9, K 10 tickets. The money got deducted from my account, however I didn't receive any booking confirmation. Further it seems that the tickets have been successfully booked since it is showing "sold out" now in the website. In contrast, it is not showing booked in my account booking history. The Cinepolis account is in the name of Deep pandya and payment has been made through HDFC MASTER DEBIT CARD in the name Girija Dave. Enclosing herewith screenshot of the sms received from HDFC Bank towards deduction of money in favour of Cinepolis, Gurgaon.

                              Hi, Siddhesh here. This was my first experience @ Cinepolis 4DX theatre - Vivana Mall, Thane. However, for me it was pretty disappointing as I could not get the 'water splash' effect on my seat. Whereas my friend beside me could get it at the scenes wherein water splash was involved. Other effects provided were pretty cool! But the water splash could have been worth to my money spent over it. I even tried raising my concern to the person standing at Cinecare after the movie - but he simply said that it can't be as the manager himself had tested all the seats before releasing. However, that wasn't a satisfactory answer for a person like me who had invested a lot of money on this ticket! Do not expect this from a premium brand like yours. Did not justify my excitement level :( Following are my details for the movie show I booked: Movie: Jurassic World Date: Saturday 13 June 2015 Time: 18:30 Row: B Seat: 3

                                Hi, i visited Viviana Thane Outlet on 4th June I booked three tickets for 10.15 pm show in 4DX for San Andreas Gentleman at the desk swiped 'Kotak' Card, the machine showed error and asked to swipe after five mins He re did and the machine showed the same error hence i gave him another card - AXIS - and he swiped and the payment went through Later immediately i got text from both the banks and money got deducted from both banks I went to the Cinecare desk to inform them and request for a refund After almost of 15-20 mins argument they said that they confirmed with their IT department and said that it is a 'Bad transaction' and i shall get my money refund in next 8 hours a guy named 'Kamlesh' told me to take his number and be rest assured about my money, they will refund the same and i should contact him if it doesnt get refunded Since it did not, i called him next day, he did not answer I dropped him text - no response from him I called him today - No response again IS THIS HOW YOUR LOYAL CUSTOMERS ARE TREATED? ESPECIALLY WHEN THE SITUATION INVOLVES MONEY MATTERS? EXTREMELY DISSAPOINTED WITH THE RIDICULOUS CUSTOMER SERVICE BEING RENDERED!

                                  I have been to Cinepolis located at Hyderabad, Manjeera mall, Kukkatpalli by booking a Recliners seat No: Q13 and Q14. I'm utterly disappointed with the theater as there is a railing obstructing the vision of the screen. Being a Standard entertainment chain we expect the Gold Class in it would be more fun and luxurious. All my expectations went wrong and I seriously lost the interest in watching the movie because of the least bothered maintenance.

                                  As we cannot remove the railing which is a safety critical. Just remove the seats or else in order not to loos the business, you can raise the seat height by two feet at least so that there could be more visibility of the screen.

                                    Today on 22nd May, 2015, me and my wife, visited Cinepolis in Inorbit Mall, Vadodara to see Tanu webs Manu returns. After 30 mins of the movie started, a huge Lizard or a snake kind of reptile of atleast a foot long, swift passed from Seat A-1 to the top most seat, making all the audience in the first two seats going into a frenzy. People started looking for what it was with their mobile torch but none of the representatives of Cinepolis bothered to even check for what was the matter. My wife saw the reptile really close and considering the concern, we both, left the movie, mid way and approached the Manager, Mr. Madhusudan Chaudhary and the duty staff Mr, Sameer. We explained them issue and suggested them to pause the movie, put on the lights and evacuate the movie hall and ensure the reptile is caught and things were under control. They took it very casually, asked us to cooperate, not make a scene out of things and keep calm. They did not accept the suggestion of pausing the movie and offered us the refund n leave subsequently. I was shocked to see their approach and shared my concern that if it was something dangerous, it could cause harm to any one of the audience and on seeing the same, people may rush to exit and thereby causing a stampede. However, they did not listen to us and we finally decided to leave and voice our complain through this platform. I hope you would look in to this matter and ensure such things are not repeated again, ensure enough pest control is observed and considering the approach of the staff and the treatment we were given, we ensure, we will never visit, Cinepolis again. Would never suggest anyone but will always share our true story with all. Hope you guys take the necessary action.
