Hella all, We are a BPO from Baroda, Gujarat (Etech) we had a deal with one of your multiplex located in Inorbit Mall, Baroda. We bought 131 tickets for our employees and in return we have contacted several (Endlessly) times to one of the point of contact there at Cinepolis (Mr. Chandrashekar) who is assistant manager marketing there. After many promises and assurance, we have still not received any bill from your side, which makes us hard to believe that one great chain of cinema is working this way. We have purchased the tickets during the month of November 2104 and we are now in year 2015 and still we do not have bill with billing number etc for our accounting. Mr. Chandrashekar has failed to keep the assurance and promise to deliver the bill late by late till 2nd Jan'15. Please help us sort this out.     I purchased 5 tickets for the 8:30 show of 21st of December, 2014 for the movie PK on your website www.cinepolis.com .My registered email on Cinepolis is [protected]@live.com.An amount of Rs.1356 was deducted from my account and after that the website says that I have no booking history.What is this?!! Infact a message came from my bank that rs. 1356 has been transferred to Gurgaon account of Cinepolis.Now I am in a fix as to what to do

      Dear Cinepolis Team, This is with regards to the second bad experience I had during my visit to you cinema the second time in ludhiana, last week I had gone to book a ticket and you cashier was taking care of a customer complaint with regards to the customer point not added to his member ship card, so after I purchased 4 ticket worth 950 he swiped the customer card on my billing, this is a wrong practise your cashiers are following . I am also from a service industry and so can understand that this is a wrong practice. Today again I had gone to book a ticket for tomorrow shows, but the cashier was least bother about the Q and there was not a single Q manager to maintain the Q and he was doing the online booking first . I am also a customer and will pay for the ticket i am booking, after when i had asked him that why is he doing so he rudely replied that by showing my the board that please go to next counter . i would request you to plss manager the customer dealing in a better way and the behaviour of the staff is just not acceptable. i asked the staff to call Anshul ( Cinema Manager ) he replied that he si on off, and i asume he is not as being such a busy sunday a cinema manger cant take an off. I had visited only twice to cinepolis and both the experience are just against a great customer experience, i hope you will look in to this matter and train you staff to behave with the customer.         Respected Sir, I am Jyotindra Kumar Gupta, a Govt servant, working and residing in Vijayawada, hailing from Azamgarh, Uttar Pradesh. The complaint is all about a bad experience given by CINEPOLIS VIJAYAWADA, using discrimination against individuals for not selling tickets of desired catagory to everyone. This is my personal experience when I went to purchase 2 tickets for VIP catagory in abovesaid multiplex for Movie" GONE GIRL" for evening show. At the time they are having the tickets of the VIP catagory. But they harshly rejected my request . At the time I asked them to contact Unit head for further clearance, they told me it is not necessary . We will not give you tickets, whatever U will do. I have taken the Executive class tickets for seeing the movie . In Interval I went to the customer service desk for lodging the complaint, but they have also refused the same. Again after completion of Movie I went their some other person was taken my complaint. But also they have not given the receipt of complaint. They told me after inquiry they will give. This wrong doing is prohibited in Indian Constitution under Article 14 in The Constitution Of India 1949. Till today I am waiting for their reply. Please help me what to do next.

          Dear Sir/ Madam, INCIDENT TIME 11:50 hrs of 09/10/2014. I am a regular visitor to your PVP complex for watching movies. I always prefer your complex for shopping or watching movies and was having a impression that yours is the best of all until this shocking incident happened. Accidentally due to my bad luck i have lost my parking ticket. Your people were asking to pay Rs 100 as fine for the loss of fine. Your parking staff namely Mr.Anil Kumar was acting as GUNDA which was supported by your floor supervisor Mr. Purna Chandra. For the loss ticket your own people were abusing us and making fun saying that if required you to the cinema hall and search the ticket every seat else you people stand here itself like beggars. When warned your people not to use all these abusive language they were smiling and saying that "we will talk like that only, We here see your people like our Hair (Abused in Telugu) and no one can stop us. They were again smiling and supported by your support staff. When warned not to use abusive language your staff threatened to beat us and said to go and complaint where ever we wanted to no one here can even remove one hair also from us, We will treat you like that only and will keep abusing. When asked for the complaint book they are telling this book is managed by us only and you wanted to complaint to us about us????? Point here is we are here to watch movie to spend some time so as to have some relaxation. We are working in Govt of India Enterprise and basically we are not here to make any issues. Paying 100 Rs is not an issue. But the point is 1) Is this the way you treat your own customers 2) Who are these fellows to use all abusive words. Dosent your training teach the basis mannerism of talk/ behave to the customers. 3) If your complaint books are being managed by your own support staff then why do you have it. 4) No way this kind of behavior is tolerable. 5) Who is he to threaten to physically beat us.??? 6) Dosent your management have some basic policy to control all these people. 7) Why the contact number of any of your manager is not available and there is no point in asking your support staff for the same. 8) After all these i really hope that necessary action is at-least initiated against your staff Mr.Anil Kumar and Mr.Purna Chandra. Please note that we really wanted this issue to get escalated in a big way so atleast your parking staff will learn a lesson or two from this. But then actually there is no point in hitting in their food. But the point is these abusive words and worst ever treatment cannot be tolerate at any cost. I even wanted to call the police and make a severe complaint against this. We are severely hurt by this Gundas attitude and behavior of your parking staff. Hope some severe Warning or necessary action is initiated against them. Waiting for the Justice.             I bought Cinepolis movie ticket on 5 October 2014. They provided me AmericanSwan voucher which was valid till 30th September 2014. I did try to contact them through email regarding the same issue. I haven't received any reply from them. Kindly help me for the same.

              When as a consumer we are buying tickets, why cinema theatre playing commercial ads. Is it not illegal as they are not freely showing us a play and when we have pay commercial and entertainment tax, there is no point to entertain this commercials ?

                Dear sir/madam, I tried to buy 2 tickets CINEPOLIS WEBSITE 28th September for viewing the movie KHUBSOORAT; Show Time: 04:20 PM that charged me Rs. 422.48/- . After this transaction my web page expired and I haven’t received any confirmation through mail or sms in relevance with this. My CANARA BANK DEBIT card has been charged Rs. 422.48/-. However, till date my charged amount has not been reverted. Kindly look into the matter urgently and revert my amount back and inform me immediately.                   This is regarding 2 tickets that I had bought at Cinepolis Hyderabad, through the Cinepolis website. Details are as follows: Movie: X-Men Days of the Future Past 3D Date & Time : 29th May 2014 at 2:15PM No of Tickets: 2 Booked at www.cinepolisindia.com Booking Number: 0111650 (Tickets Confirmed) Amount Collected : 552 (including Internet and convenience charges) Seats : VP - P8, P7 The show was cancelled on the said day, the personnel present at the Cinepolis assured me that the amount would be credited to me into the same account used during the time of booking. Till date the said amount has not been credited into my account, it is around 3 months. I had send a query through the customer contact us form on their website, called them up multiple time and also sent them an email at [protected]@cinepolis.com. Till now I have just been assured the amount would be credited back, but till no avail and it has been 3 months and no refund.

                    I Booked "Vellai Eklla Patathari" movie dated 18th July 2014 in Cinepolis, Surat through cinepolis online Booking. Movie Show Cancelled by the Cinepolis Surat due Movie box not received. They assured refund will be credited with 7days. But refund Not provided even after 15days so i contacted them in personal and enquired about my refund again after geting all the details once again they said it will done soon. Even after One month still refund not provided.

                      SHOW - TRANSFORMERS/ 12:45PM

                      This is my 2nd time experience in this multiplex- ; the show started with audio-video mismatch which was later stopped and played again. Later there was a problem with the 3D quality . It wasn't up to mark 3D quality which they realized again and they had to stop the movie and repair their projector while the people were waiting for the show to resume.

                      The show was interrupted several times even then the quality of the movie was worst.

                          Hi,
                          I am writing this message to raise my concern for Non Refundable amount for 3D glasses against which no bill is provided to any customers.

                          I raised a concern to Cinepolis India's Facebook Page and was contacted by Mr. Ankur who is Unit Manager at Bhopal. He categorically said that "there is no bill provided for such payment made. We only stamp the tickets for customers reference".

                          This incident came to light when I visited the Unit and was surprised to get a response that we don't provide bill for such payment!!.

                          I am sure they are not punching the bills and evading taxes. Let me know if I have some weightage on my thoughts. I would be inclined towards filing a case

                              I recent been to a movie by name hangover part III, i realized in the theater that there was a lot of bad and indecent language in the movie and the apathy of these people are that they did not even bother to censor these indecent language and even added subtitles of these languages even glorifying them..

                              they need to taken into severe action for lacking a sense of social security an moral responsibility.

                              I sincerely request the law and order team to take proper action against them

                                Dear Team

                                I'm from Amritsar and We went to watch movie with my family 'Lucky di Unlucky Story' today in 'Cinepolis' Amritsar at celebration mall
                                Seat number Q1 to Q6 screen 4 at 11.35pm show on 01/05/13

                                But when we went inside to see the movie our seats were occupied by some other guys.

                                We told them to show their tickets,
                                They said we don't have ticket and they will still only on these seats..

                                Then we call the security Gaurd there
                                And that security Gaurd told us to sit somewhere else... I can't make these people to sit anywhere else....

                                We stand there half an hour but still no one help us ...
                                Finally we have to sit on some empty seats.......

                                It was the worst service given by cinepolis People....
                                service ......

                                Pathetic service ......

                                  Cinepolis card is big fraud, when the card was given to me they said the card has no validity and also the points in the card has also no validity.
                                  Also when they gave me the card i was told for every 10 Rs 1 point is to be added now they changed it for every 25 rs 1 point would be added. I had around 200 pts which was equal to 2 free tickets now they have changed the rules that the points will be expired after 31st march. This cheap...

                                  Today I Went to Cinepolis, Ludhiana MBD mall for watching CARRY ON JATTA.!!
                                  here I purchase a large Pop_corns , two large coke( one is coca cola and other one is Sprite) and instead of sprite they had given me something else, it taste like soda water and when I went there for complaint, they apologize and give me Sprite and here the story begin, what happens there..
                                  How they Give me
                                  1)They had thrown water outside with ice from my glass.
                                  2)Take ice with the glass, that I had used before.
                                  3)They don't use spoon to pick ice, they directed pick with the glass, that glass is false.!!
                                  soo all the ice also becomes false.
                                  but who cares they supply that false ice to other customers.!!! with cold Drinks

                                      I tried to buy 6 tickets CINEPOLIS WEBSITE 10th September for viewing the movie MERE BROTHER KI DULHAN; Show Time: 10.45 that charged me Rs. 840/- . After this transaction my web page expired and I haven’t received any confirmation through mail or sms in relevance with this. My HDFC credit card has been charged Rs. 840/-.
                                      However, till date my charged amount has not been reverted.

                                      Kindly look into the matter urgently and revert my amount back and inform me immediately.
