    Please note, i tried twice booking for two tickets through cinepolis.com for kabali show at 24th july 2016 sunday at royal meenaski mall, bengalore. The money has been paid through paytm wallet, but on confirmation page attached screen appeared. I havent received any ticket confirmation mail or message till now.         Hi i booked 3 executive tickets with paytm wallet order#4708 on 16th july for show in kolkata with total amount of rs. 801.

        Some error happened, and no confirmation on sms or email was sent even though money got deducted from paytm. When i tried after 15 minutes, the seats chosen were available which tells me that booking had failed.

        Have written an email and tried to call on the number, but have received no response.

        Hence, requesting a refund.

            Cinepolis lucknow employees misconducted with the ladies and disturbed all the customers in the middle of the movie. all the chaos was just because they booked 2 different groups of 4 people the same seats, and when questions upon, they made us the group with 3 ladies and 1 man leave the theatre in the middle of movie shouting and misbehaving with the ladies. after knowing the mistake of their ticket-counter employee, they refunded the amount of tickets, but they ruined our day. the worst part is it all happened in the great well renowned multiplex franchise cinepolis of lucknow, screen 5.

              Dear Sir/Madam,

              I accidentally booked 4 tickets for the Sultan movie on 6th July instead of 9th July.
              The Booking ID: WXRDPTS. Seats: EXECUTIVE.
              The transaction amount was: Rs.1811.04

              When I contacted the Cinepolis Customer care, they said they do not give refunds. Tickets once sold is considered as sold.

              I request you refund the money.

                Respected Team,

                This is to inform you regarding Kinley packaged drinking water, the normal price of the bottle is Rs. 20 in kolkata for a litre. But in the Acropolis mall(Cinepolis) they are charging Rs. 50 for a litre of drinking water. I came across a fact that consumer forum has asked the theatres to charge on the MRP. But in this case they have printed the MRP. at 150% more than regular price, which is abnormally priced for a litre of water.Please look onto the matter as this is not luxury but necessity.

                  Food products 1. Bill cash memo of purchase : t/n: 529255, user no 1028 2. Date of purchase : 25.06.2016 3. Name of product/brand name : unpacked food & beverages 4. Name & address of seller: cinepolis fun cinemas, mittal mall, bhatinda, punjab 151001. I would like to submit that the below mentioned taxpayer is engaged in vat violations by unauthorised collection of excess vat from the consumers @ 30.25% instead of 14.30% as mandated by punjab value added tax, 2005. The seller is a cinema multiplex - cinepolis india pvt ltd having tin no. [protected]. The taxpayer sells food products, soft drinks and other beverages covered under vat schedule-f of the act which mandates charging of vat @ 13% (Excluding surcharge). I purchased food beverage and food items from the multiplex on 25.06.2016 and found to my horror that it is illegally charging vat @ 30.25% which is unusually excessive and in clear violation of the act. Even if we add 10% surcharge the vat rate comes to be 14.30% and not 30.25%. I have the original invoice with me as proof. When confronted with the issue, the manager submitted that this is an industry practice and everybody else does it. The cinema owner is openly flouting legal norms and looting innocent consumers every day. Details of invoice : food combo (Nachos+popcorn) for rs. 350/- vat @ 30.25% rs. 105.88/- total invoice amount rs. 455.88 no valid reasoning was given for the differentiation here in tax rate of 14.30% and 30.25%

                    We booked for two movie tickets through Cinepolis Mobile app on 9th of June 2016 for Conjuring 2 in Fun Republic Mall, Coimbatore( Screen 3, 4.30pm show and seat numbers B8 & B9). We tried making payment three times of Rs. 274.36 each and each time it got declined. Every time the app will abruptly shutdown as it is designed for the same. After repeated attempts of contacting them, we couldn't talk to a human. No one is there to pick up calls or answer our email. Credit card company say that the merchant has successfully debited the money from our account. It is a scam that they are very much aware of and they are not ready to refund the money.

                        This is to inform you that I tried to purchase an online movie ticket for "Captain America Civil War" dated 7/5/2016. I was using the Cinepolis App and after the online payment the App malfunctioned and I didn't receive any notification or email confirming my purchase. The next day when I tried to claim my ticket at the booking counter, they said there was no purchase history linked to my name or mobile number. I had to buy the tickets again to watch the movie. I filled a dispute form with my credit card company and they dismissed it saying that the merchant site had received the payment and thus 434.46 INR was charged.


                        I had been trying to file a complaint with Cinepolis India using their feedback portal on their website but the only thing I received from their end was the feedback registration notification of my feedback mail.


                        I have been charged with Rs 434.36 but I had received no service from them, and they didn't even acknowledge my complaints.

                        Please kindly intervene so that I can get the refund at the earliest.

                          I had purchased tickets for Houseful 3 on 05.06.2016 through Paytm wallet for the show of 3:50 pm at cinepolis, PNM patna. But somehow the payment got failed and an amount of rs. 534.36 got deducted from my Paytm wallet. I have mailed them numerous times but they turn a deaf year and the amount has not been refunded till date.                             On May 6th 2016 I tried booking three tickets at www.cinepolisindia.com. I had made a credit card transaction for movie .However, no tickets were issued to me and 2 times i tried to book for the same seats & 2 times Rs.411 deducted.Total 822 deducted.
                            very worst service. 7 days happen no response also.they didn't refund money also. I wrote a mail to [protected]@cinepolis.com . But no response received till now. No customer care Number as well.

                              This has happened many many many times with me so I finally decided to write about it.
                              The tickets of the 1st VIP/Recliner Row are reserved and not sold out to anyone? I purchased the second row ticket once and I asked if nobody was sitting on the top I would sit. I was told not to.
                              I think this is not right as you are holding out tickets and not selling them online and are giving bad and stupid reasons for not selling them.

                                As one of your valuable stakeholder i would like fo share one of my bad experience with you all. Today i went to watch 12.35 show of thai jase movie (Audi-3, r18, r19) in surat. Belive me i never come across such kind of low cooling issue with cinepolis brand. When i complaint to executive & she mentioned there is only 1 ahu is working & its blowing air to center sitted audience who paid rs.100 & rs.120. For more comfortness & eliteness i took rs.140 ticket where there was no cooling. Literally i was sweating. It was the pathetic experience of mine.

                                    Transaction was made twice but the ticket was booked only once. The total sum of Rs.1317.8 is not still refunded to my account. Transaction was made on 5/5/2016 13:53:57 id:87198 from SCB.

                                    Need a quick refund its almost a month from time the transaction was made. I'm a very old & loyal customer of cinepolis and would expect that you'll do the needful asap.

                                        I have tried to book the ticket for 07:20 pm show for movie the jungle book, in fun-mall coimbatore on 26-apr. While trying to do the payment, the amount (Rs.334) have been debited from my bank account, but the ticket have not been booked and i didn't get any message in e-mail.
