My cibil report shows an outstanding amount of inr 2063 for my citi credit card ending in 4997.
I had fallen behind my last payment as i was abroad and had missed the last statement since nobody was at home. However, when the collections call reached me (Number with area code 0124), i immediately spoke to the collections department and the outstanding amount as stated by the collections officer was paid completely.
However, today, i saw on my cibil report that citibank is still reporting an outstanding amount of inr 2, 063.

Citibank credit card, please ensure this is corrected with cibil.

    Mental harassment is what this bank does to it's customer. I am having an issue with them for the 8 months and they just tell you the same dialogue again and again. Useless people. Including the managers. I had requested a manager i can talk to there is no use. I am still getting a call back scheduled a week ago inspite of me calling them back regularly, i'm sorry i couldn't share the issue here due to few personal and legal details involved. But please avoid this bank. Whatever the bank offers its all just a crooked scheme. This is the worst customer service available. Since its my salary account i have no other choice but to stay.

      On 26/09/2018 i made three online payments to india post postal life insurance through pnb debit card available to citi bank payment gateway and among them one ₹1922 got unsuccessful n payment got debited from my account
      Now please reverse my payment back to my account

        I had an a/c and credit card with citibank. I closed my account in 1st jul'17 and called credit card for closure of credit card as well. My credit card expiry date was in jul-17, i raised a closure process over call. Instead i received a new card which i did not accept from my office address nor my home address. After rejection of card, i thought all is over but now after 1 year i am getting message for 1300/- payment. I don't have a physical card with me, nor i have the old one thus i not able to get to the credit card executive. When i have rejected card and requested for closure still how can they keep my account active and charge money on this. I am frequently getting msgs from citi bank. My request here is i will not pay any amount as i don't have a card with me. Close my account on immediate basis, as it is affecting my credit score

          I was take personal laon from 2010-11 of rs 150000/- 8 year ago, which was financed by citifinancial, vide p loan a/c no. 16260670. My all instalments for rs.6300/ — per month for4- 5 years have been cleared thru ecs from my state bank of hydrabad janak puri branch, sbh account no. [protected] and some payment collecting by cash and i am paid extra ecs bounces charges, now nothing is due towards me. My pan no is asbpk4359b.

          My all installments have been cleared, but till date now i did not received noc (No objection certificate) from the citifinancial. I request you to kindly send my noc to me, so that i may proceed for further formalities.

          I added amount of 500+500 ruppees on 8th september twice in my phone pe account. But due to some authentication error it failed. But still citi bank deducted the amount and is not deposited yet.

          I raised a ticket and complaint in phone pe and the said it was not added it wallet so contact with the bank.

            As far as i know there are near about 5 citibank atm's in ahmedabad city. I live in vejalpur area. So if i want to do atm transactions, i have to travel 6.3km up and 6.3km down for citibank atm in bodakdev. Time consuming and cost of petrol. When you dont provide enough atm's in all areas how can your customers withdraw money? With no proper service how can you charge us 22 rs for each transaction after limit? Do you want us to withdraw all the money once and spend hard cash? Govt is encouraging digital payments but you guys making us to withdraw all amount once. Then what is the use of keeping money in bank. First provide atm services in all areas then start charging money. We are small employees and opened salary account in citibank. I regret now that why i chose this bank when i had option for hdfc. Which have no. Of atms in city.

              My account has been blocked without my notice and when i checked with customer care they said it is blocked. This happened on the 30th of august while i was away in malaysia, it is showing error to contact customer care. When i checked, they said that my account is blocked and they tried referring me to a particular building which i have called for more than 8 times and they're either busy or don't want to pick up. I have money in there but i can't withdraw and every-time i call they just tell me account blocked and i haven't being to get in touch with the number the customer care representative gave me because they never pick up the calls, please i would like my account to be closed or unblocked or refund should be made to me.                 Respected sir/ma'am,
                I just received a call at 1:49 pm (Afternoon) from citibank credit card department trying to sell me a credit card. I am upset with about the fact that they have my contact number and my name. I dislike the fact that my number is being sold circulated. This may sound silly but i do not want marketing calls bothering me over and over again especially when i'm not their customer.

                The call is from +91 [protected] citibank credit card.

                Will wait for your resolution on this matter.

                  Hi team,

                  I had blocked my citi bank credit card month before but today i have just received notification of amount 665euro debited against my blocked credit card no.
                  When i call to book complain, they are saying your card is not blocked for auto debit option so even card is blocked, still transaction can be carried out. Now it is frustrating that if we blocked the card means no transaction ca be carried out in any sense. They even not informed me when i was blocking the card regarding this auto debit option, now they are blaming me that we have informed you which is not true. Technically when someone blocked card that means he has doubt of suspicious transaction can be carried out. This transaction is carried out internationally so it will be not easy to handle it. Please look this matter as i will not even pay single penny because of bank fault.

                    I, s. T. Dodia have a decade old citibank credit card with a good health policy of new india assurance attached to it.

                    On 18/11/2017, my wife munira. S. Dodia whose name also appears in the policy expired. I have written several letters to citibank, informing about her death, the copies of those emails are also enclosed for your reference.

                    The first letter was sent on 14th december, 2017, informing about her death and asking for the refund of her premium paid for the year 2017-18.
                    Thereafter, reminders of the same email was sent on 21st december, 2017, then on 2nd january, 2018, then on 2nd february, 2018, then on 6th february, 2018 & so on. I only got automated response for the mails i sent.

                    I am a senior citizen and was repeatedly calling citibank, but i was not able to understand & follow the recorded message of system your customer care. However, i was finally able to get the otp to speak to your executive. I called up and explained my issue to your customer care executive and i was told that one of your executives would call me back on my registered mobile number within 48 hours.

                    However, nothing was followed up & i never received any response from citibank.

                    In spite of my repeated reminders through e-mails and even calls, my wife’s name was not deleted by you from the good health policy and instead you debited the premium charges for both o[censored]s from my account.

                    I am terribly upset and disappointed with your services and careless approach to serving the senior citizens. I cannot continue to run around from pillar to post for you and have finally decided to cancel my citibank credit card with immediate effect.

                    I request you to immediately refund me the premium amount charged for my wife for 2017-18, into my account. Further, also give me a credit towards the premium amount deducted from my credit card for 2018-19 immediately. I also request you to cancel my citibank credit card and good health policy with immediate effect. Kindly credit my account with the refund of premium charges as stated above on priority and then cancel my card and policy.

                    Hope you will do the needful at least now.

                      I got citibank Indian oil credit card last month. For the past one week I've been trying to activate it by calling the phone no printed on the card[protected] but unable to reach. I ve tried reaching the customer care[protected] also but I am not reaching that no too. I couldn't find any complaint register portal and I'm stuck.                         I am kiran kumar. A loyal client of citibank. Account number [protected]. On 21/07/18 i tried to transfer rs.40000 to mr. Fahad khan (Axis bank), by citibank online transaction. But the website showed that the transaction could not be completed (It displayed a bloody sad smiley and a test oops something went wrong). It happened twice. The third time it was successful. It was out of working hours on a saturday evening, because of which the amount was not debited from my account. On 23/07/18, instead of 40k an amount of rs.1, 20, 000 was deducted from my account and credited to fahad khan. Therefore, i raised a complaint at the customer support f citibank. The following are the complaint numbers:
                        Nsr18039665 and

                        A fake or an incompetent investigation was done by citibank and the complaint was closed by saying that there were no faults from citibank and advised me to contact the beneficiary directly and get my money bank. The beneficiary being a greedy businessman is refusing to refund my money and has asked me to approach the bank for refund. Citibank has to refund my money morally as it was due to a misinformation in their website, i had to perform multiple transactions. Please show some honesty, accept your mistake and provide the refund. You can ask axis bank to reverse the transaction and keep that money with you.

                          Sir,
                          We do not receive Account Statement of Citi Bank Credit Card No. [protected] in the name of Pawan Bansal for the year 2017-18 and 2018-19 i.e. (01.04.2017 to 06.09.2018).

                          We have complaint at your branch office Sector-18, Noida so many times but till today we did not receive any response either account statement nor any correspondence from your bank.

                          You are requested to please send us account statement immediately, because our Income Tax Assessment last date is 30th Sept 2018.
