This is to bring your attention in one situation where i received on call from phone # [protected] and one lady said sir you are selected for gift voucher from citi bank where we will provide you shopping voucher, or sattel inr 4900 in ur bill, as i was aware about i so i shared by all details but all are wrong, due to which she face problem while cheating me, coz while doing the transaction it was showing wrong card details. I have phone number call recording and her name which must be fake. Anyways i want you you guys to do if you can do anything in this.
Share the report to me @ [protected]@gmail.com and i will discontinue my card as well as all corporate cards of my friends who are working with me in one reputed mnc. If i will not get the fruit full result.

    Citi bank offered me personal loan on my savings account on 2018-april. I was also in a need of money and accepted their loan offer.in the call they approved that, they will be providing the 5 lakhs of loan amount at a rate of 11.59% interest for a period of 24 months. And also they said 1.8% (+gst) on loan amount will be taken as processing fee. I agreed for all of this.

    And after some days i got a mail of loan breakup letter though a mail. I didn't check the letter properly at that time and i was paying the loan installments every month with out fail. I didn't even calculate per month loan installment after the approval by trusting citi bank (My mistake). But this trust is broken when i check the break up letter of personal loan. They are charging me 12.25% as an interest per month.

    I have called the customer support about the issue and they said that they will investigate about this issue and comeback with solution in 2days. Its been 3 months, i keepon calling and they ignoring my case like hell. And they again lying that the amount of interest is 12.25%. I asked for recorded call in which i agreed for the loan offer with their mentioned interest. They denied to provide me call recording (They are really treating customer as buffoon). I am frustrated of their words and service and finally complaining here. Please resolve my issue.

    If citi bank says their amount of interest which is being charged on my loan amount is correct, i want that call recording from citi customer support in which i agreed for that percentage (Actual % is 11.59).

      This is with regards to my cards that have been stolen on the 4th august 2019.
      Attached is the fir copy of the complain for the same that has lodged at the local police station. (Bandra police station) also the dispute form.

      The necessary intimation was also given to your call center for blocking the credit cards/account/net banking/phone banking on the stolen card on the 4th of august 2019. I have also mailed required documents for the case not he 4th & 5th august 2019. I will also be re submitting a statement that the police authority have re registered with regards to the fraud.

      I have been following up on this case with the police as the case investigations are still going on. I have bared a loss of almost rs. 2.5 lakhs worth thing that was stolen from my car (Cell phone which they managed cracking the code and got the passwords, laptop, wallet with all ids and credit cards & lot many valuables as mentioned in the fir) which was broke open at bandra mount mary road. I have been since then on a constant following with the police for the same.

      Your call centre team / dispute management team has not been able to support me on this matter. I have already requested them and pleaded them to check no the case filed with the police. But there has been absolutely no check or no follow up done on this. After all the loss i have bared i cannot afford to pay any further on this fraud transaction. There is also a big fraud done on my hdfc credit card worth rs. 1, 00, 000/- and they have put this case on dispute and investigating no the same. The withdrawal of all the money has taken place from an hdfc atm and the cc tv footage for the same will be shared by hdfc to the police station on monday 19th august 2019.

      My statement for last mont has been generated and the amount of rs. 20000/- + 1000 transaction fees have been shared to me. I cannot afford to pay this amount. I have again called up and spoke to the dispute team but there is no support on this.

      Im in no condition to pay for the fraud transaction as there is a huge loss i have already been baring and cannot afford to pay anymore.

      I need your support and understanding not this matter as this is something with is beyond my control.

        I have cleared all the dues in the month of april'19, however i received statement in month of may'19 stating some outstanding payment.
        I informed citibank that i havent made that international transaction (In cad) and told to block the card as my card was misplaced and i was not able to use the card for any transactions and due amount not to be paid. Instead of blocking card and refunding amount, the bank charged interest on the transaction which was not made by myself. How can i forced to pay the amount of rs 3075.00 which i haven't used.

          Please note that in the absence of my citi credit card, i am unable to access the customer care helpline calls or the citi bank website as they always ask for the credit card number which i do not have as i mentioned above.

            I am trying to reach a customer service and it ask me for my account number, i enter the number and it says it can't recognise and after 2 attempts it gets disconnected. I tried multiple times and still the same issue. There is no other way to reach the customer. Er service. My money is stuck in the account. I need to transfer that to credit card and when i tried that online it says that i need to call customer care. The calls that i make to citibank charges me a lot of money, also if i don't pay my credit card bill i will be charged from the other bank. I need to talk to someone. The citibank office is very far so i need someone on the phone and i can't reach.

              My savings account credit was blocked 15 days ago without any intimation. For credit offers and referrals they have sent around 150 mails but for blocking of account i haven't received any message or call. When i call to the customer care response was very poor. I was holding the account for nearly 7 years. Due to this issue i haven't received my salary and no one can't able to transfer any funds to me. When i try to call customer average wait time is 30 mins and it's mentioned that local charges may apply for that. I had spoken to customer care yesterday itself about 5 times. Really it's giving much mental pressure for me.

                I am having corporate account of citibank for ericsson, my salary has not been debited for this month due to credit blocked as my residence address proof is not uploaded. My communication address is my office address & i have already shared my address proof trough mail & uploading on website still it is lying in block state. I am facing multiple problem due to no salary as i have to pay my utilities bill & instead of supporting & help your representative are sorry for it.
                Please help me out with the solution rater than being sorry.

                How can you hold the salary of any person, seriously strange. I along with my family is dependent on this.

                  Dear all,

                  I took a loan on credit card from citi bank for rs. 3 lacs for 48 months @ 20% roi. It was urgently required so there was no time to apply for personal loan from other banks. I thought i would be doing a balance transfer later from other bank with less roi. Emi was around 11k per month. I paid the emi for 11 or 12 months i. E. 1.32 lacs. Later on, i had professional and personal issues due to which i was not able to pay the emi.in between i tried for balance transfer from other bank but due to on going loan i was denied. I even told customer care about my issues as i was very loyal in my credit card payment. I had around 14000 reward points. I took loan on my other credit card at low interest for paying citi bank. The loan was 1.31 lacs. I told citi bank about paying part payment so that my emi can be decreased. They denied for part payment. Then later on i paid that 1.30 to citi bank as they were charing lot of interest on my card. Then again i stated them regarding my issues and assured them i will be paying the amount in full (Whatever is remaining). Just let me get a job. I told my family regarding this. They again gave me 1.21 lacs which was showing due. I asked the bank about total due but they told they will be able to tell when i will make 1.21 lacs payment. I made a payment by taking it from my family. Now when i asked them, they are saying 2.40 lacs is still remaining. I mean, we are middle class people. I have a home loan on my head and citi bank keep on demanding money. What should i do? Please suggest. I am in a big mess. I was delaying any payment on my credit card. I was spending the amount which i could pay. My cibil was totally spoil. I even received called for settlement but i thought would pay them just not to see the "settled" tag on my account. I would not be getting any loan in future when the account will show the settled tag. However, what one should do in this kind of situation? They force the customer to be defaulter or settle the account. Now they are offering me settlement of 1.70 lacs. Before, i paid them 1.21 lacs they were offering me settlement of 2 lacs. I didn't opted settlement as i wanted to pay in full. Please help and suggest...!!!

                        Myself sumanth varma and my mail id is [protected]@yahoo.com. I have lost my citi credit card on feb 2018 and i have called citi bank to close my card and i have settled my dues. And after that i thought my card was closed and citi bank have not issued any new card. But in mar 2018 they sent me annually changes and i missed them for 3 times (Thing it might be wrong msg.) after 3 montha i called citi bank and they rolled my changes. Now the concern is my cibil is effected for that months and citi bank as not corrected it. I tried to reach them all means but as my card is closed i didnot get response.

                        A sum of Rs 5000/- deducted from my saving account of SBI. it was done under the head "DEBIT
                        ACHDr CITI[protected] BD BSE". there are many online complaints so i request you to please look into the matter & send me the details regarding the same . I am attaching my transaction statement.

                          Due to cancellation of my hotel booking i got a refund from the hotel on my credit card which i was suppose to pass it on to my client. On 09 jun 2019 i requested ciit bank if its possible to get this credit amount back into my savings account to which they agreed. Hence i initiated a request for refund of credit amount into my savings account. I was been communicated that it will take 3 days. Its been a month now and despite of constant follow ups i issue has not been redressed.

                              That yr amt has been deducted fm citibank credit card no. 43xx xxxx xxxx 0931,

                              Following fraud transcations has been done ;

                              Inr 7900.00 spent on credit card - 0931 - dt : 27/06/2019. - itunes.com/ bill.
                              Inr 1.00 spent on credit card - 0931 - dt : 27/06/2019- google services.
                              Inr 3999 spent on credit card - 0931 dt : 27/06/2019 - google proxima beta
                              Inr 1.00 spend on credit card -0931 dt 27/06/2019 - google seller is cancelled.

                              All the above entries are fraud, i haven't made any entry from my citibank credit card for such
                              Transcation nor i have got the otp no. Then how the same is deducted, please look into the said matter
                              & i have also informed citibank for the same.

                                I have requested from citibank to transfer the excess amount in my card i. E rs. 45666. They are transferred citi bank to sbi card on 19th of this month rs 45666 through neft transfer still the amount not credited to sbi credit card. I checked with sbi bank they said its not credited contact with citi bank they are telling we have transferred amount 45666 on 19th of this month they confirmed from back-end team. They given utr number i checked with sbi bank same they replied not credited amount. I don't know where the amount is right now. I am getting frustrated with both banks nobody is confirming where the amount is. I need my money. Kindly do needful. Here with i am attaching both banks pdfs.

                                  Please note a citi bank credit card [protected] is showing in my report in cibil .There are 2 more credit cards from 2 different banks and I have disputed with the bank .I lost my husband may 26th and ai have a 10 year old son and not getting a loan .Please help me clear this .Please note that my PAN number is AGPPD7962D . I received call s from the bank before and clearly explained to your officera that during my 5 year stay in Delhi where i shared my accomodation some one must have issued a card and misused .Need your assistance .

                                    Early morning between 1.13 am and 1.52 am i have seen a series of transactions in usd, aed, gbp at various outlets like :
                                    Priority pass ap usd 439
                                    Great deals aed 887.25
                                    Dadabhai travels aed 1225
                                    Crate clothing nzd 89.90
                                    Reatryl.com usd 49.95
                                    Reatryl.com usd 1.95
                                    Blackcab system ron 17
                                    Dominos usd 33.99
                                    Dellmont eur 10.42
                                    Walmart.com usd 15.19
                                    Portwallet.com bdt 1000
                                    Deliveroo.co. Uk gbp 75.60
                                    Deliveroo.co. Uk gbp 86.89

                                    All these transactions had otp verification. The one time passwords have come as sms on my phone, but i have not used them. Obviously some one else has found a method to access my details as well as my otps.

                                    My credit balance was rs 58541.38 and this has become rs - 671.21!!

                                    Please look into this problem urgently. I need a refund of all the unauthorised charge on my credit card.

                                    Today morning i called citibank and requested to block my card.
                                    Citibank customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

                                      Hi,

                                      I opened my salary account on 12/06/2019, still account get not activated, because of this reason my salary wont get credited of this month.

                                      I am trying to contact citi bank representaive (Ashok), he is not at all esponding properly.
                                      I want to activate my account asap.

                                      I am not satisfied with these type of services, hope u will rectify

                                        Hi I have been sending messages to citicard regarding misuse of my card xxxx xxxx xxxx 5622 on 18th and 21st June.

                                        1 Rs.76 spent at ITUNES.COM on 18th June 2019...susequently cancelled
                                        2.Rs 76 spent at ITUNES.com on 18th June...subsequently cancelled
                                        3. Rs 76 spent at ITUNES.COM on 18th June...susequently cancelled
                                        4. Rs. 76 spent at ITUNES.COM on 21st June...susequently cancelled
                                        5. .47$ spent at sentiments on 18th June 2019
                                        6 Rs 76 spent at ITUNES.COM on 21st June2019
                                        7. Rs 7900 spent at ITUNES.COM on 21.6.2019
                                        8. Rs 76 spent at ITUNES.COM on on 21.6.2019
                                        9. Rs 7900 spent at ITUNES.COM on 21.6.2019

                                        This is to confirm that I have nothing to do with ITUNES.COM or sentiments and these are all unauthorised and illegal transactions and refund the funds back to the card.
                                        PLEASE THEREFORE CANCEL ALL THE TRANSACTIONS AND BLOCK THE CARD IMMEDIATELY AND CONFIRM.
                                        I am out of India till November and I dont intend using the card till I return. pl therefore block the card immediately as someone has access to my card.
