I have not taken any credit card from citi bank but same has been reflecting on my CIBIL with overdue of 1533.81 i am getting issue with the loan applied to various bank due to your mistake i have never received a call or never recieved the credit card

    Hello,

    I initiated a withdrawal of rs 3500 from Citibank ATM located at Total mall, sarajapur road, Bangalore today 3.00 PM 16th June 2019. I entered my axis bank ATM pin and keyed in the above amount. I could hear the machine counting and ready to dispense, but suddenly the machine went blank and rebooted to windows 7 and after 15 min went to temporarily out of service message.

    The amount has been deducted from my account and there was no receipt generated. Please help revert the transaction and refund the money.

        I am Suruadev maity, holding a salary account of city bank, Bangalore, I applied for credit card on[protected], but i received a mail form city bank regarding cancelation of my application without any proper reason . May I know what is the reason for this and why city bank is not providing proper reason to existing customer. Customers are valuable for them or not.

        My Credit card was debited Rs. 3317/- towards insurance which I had requested to be cancelled as I am living in USA most of the time. Hence please reverse the entry as I there is no need of that Insurance policy. Hoping for your cooperation in the matter.

          Dear Sir/Ma’m

          I had a credit card fraud transaction in GBP yesterday.Called to CITI bank and raised the issue as well.Around 45k amount was debited without my notice when I was returning from my office to home.Please register my complaint and waive off my amount ASAP.
          I was talking with CITI customer suppport to block the card itself 1 Transaction happened.

          Here are the Transactions happened in GBP for which I received the text message on my phone.

          53.60 GBP
          1.53 GBP
          1.57 GBP
          400.0 GBP

          This is the 2nd time happening with any bank.It was first happened to me with Axis Bank and now it is with CITI bank.

          It’s my sincere request to take severe action against it whoever is the culprit here.

            I had a ready credit account with citibank. I did pay the settlement amount on march 17th and also received a email from citibank conforming there is no outstanding balance on my ready credit account however even after multiple email sent they are still reporting an unpaid balance to cibil. Please lookinto this matter.

              I find from citi card intimation dated 27-may-2019 that the stated amount has been paid and debited from my card
              Bank has also intimated that no pin or authorization has been given and that at the instance of rbl the bank has debited the amount from my account limit.
              In the above context the act of the bank is challenged with a request to revert the claim with an intimation to the mail address furnished

                This is in regard to a third party citi collection agency rep named seema who is calling and threatening me to make the payment for my amex card which is already signed as a write off on my credit report due to unexpected health circumstances i was not able to pay and it went to collections and they are calling me back to back and harassing me and threatening me. I have just got out of hospital and this if what the throes party collection agency is doing

                  Fraud transaction has happened on 17th May, 2019. 2 fraud transaction have happened almost 1 yr back also. So I asked customer care to block my card. Now I have 4000 rewards points on my card which they are saying I can't redeem unless they issue me a new card and transfer that rewards points to new card. But I don't want use their service anymore as this bank cheat customer in every front from charging unethical partial payment charges on top of interest charge as high as 3.5 percent per month.

                  RBI should protect interest of customers from this fraud bank

                    Have raised two query id ([protected]) &[protected]' long back that to update my mailing address in my online citi bank profile as my account blocked due to miss match of mailing address and this is corporate account (Salary ac).

                    Also sent required documents to chennai mailing room along with written latter to update my mailing address with my signature and they have received it couple weeks back.

                    But i am keep calling customer care ppl daily base from 15days on wards and they are saying like we sent to respective team and it will get done in 24hrs but still today issue is not resolved. I am doing lot of follow up even though am not well, have discharged from hospital recently as had leg surgery that is reason not walk into citi bank branch.

                    Note : i am not in the position to walk as had leg surgery

                    My salary stuck with this account and i have financial crisis due to this issue because need to pay emi's and all.

                    Kind request you people to help me on this issue and support to get enable my account..

                      Hi, city bank dsa agent veeru had approached me offering credit card, i have filled application and provided my id proof, address proof, passport photograph, and 2 months payslips. I did not get any call or message from city bank even after 4 days i submitted the documents. The executive is not responding to my phone calls and even the dsa office is not answering my calls.

                        I writing to you with regards to the recent transaction i made with my new citi bank credit card.
                        The first transaction i made was for rupees-26826.
                        Immediately after the first transaction i called the customer care to get it converted to an emi.
                        Conversation 1:
                        I asked the person to convert it to an emi and i was advised that the minimum amount due must be above 1000 and asked me to swipe the card again so that the transaction amount of 26826 can be converted to an emi. I did ask the guy again and again if i swipe the card for 1000 bucks or more will it be possible to convert to an emi and he re-confimred that it can definitely be converted. Based on the confirmation from citibank i swiped the card again for 1400 bucks and contacted the team for emi conversion.
                        Conversation 2:
                        This time it was a lady and she confirmed that he will go ahead and convert as per my request for 12 months emi. She tries and provides me the interest details up to 12 months and then she says its showing some error and would contact some one for help and put me on hold. After few mins she says there is.85 difference due to which she is unable to covert it to an emi but because it such a small difference she would check with the team and request for call back option. She also told that it can be converted and i need not have to worry.
                        Conversation 3:
                        After couple of days i called again and this time the person says it cant be converted and the system is not accepting as its lesser amount. I was really upset with this as i have been waiting and nothing turns out to be positive and i clearly mentioned to her that i will not be paying one rupee if it is not converted to an emi. She immediately raises the ticket and provides the complaint number (3604) and asks me to contact her in 3 days that is 7th or 8th of may.
                        Conversation 4:
                        I called agin to check the status of the complaint and the person confirms it cannot be converted and they do accept that its their fault but still wouldn't help me in converting it into an emi and asks me to make a full payment and based on my request she says she would inform this to her manager and would arrange a call back.
                        Conversation 5:manager:
                        The manager calls accepts its their fault in confirming to me that it can be converted and she also tells me to pay the full amount or to pay it partially in two months and she would arrange a reversal of the interest up to 1400 for 2 months. Also she states that if i pay this for a longer duration then the interest rates would be really high. Hen i told her i would not pay the bill and would cancel the card she said its my call.
                        (Is this how you treat your customers???)

                        I am so dissapointed by the service. I was very excited that i got a new card and the whole point of me buying the card was for the emi option. The bank confirms my transaction conversion to an emi and then fools me and asks me to pay the whole amount!! This is unacceptable. I did inform the team that i would not pay the bill but by doing that again my credit score would go low and i do not want that.
                        Its completely the banks fault and i am not ready to pay lump sum amount in one go. I would want you all to take a strict action and ensure to help me get the emi converted for 12 months as per my discussion with the team.

                        Appreciate your help in getting this sorted within this week (10th may).

                          I have asked the customer care person to close the card, as there is a fraudulent transaction happened last year & the same has been blocked also i have requested for card closure but they have not closed the card yet, even i have called the customer care executive in the month of oct 18 they don't disclose that the card is opened i have paid the bill amount and requested for card closure for the 2 nd time also, still the same negligence, because of citi bank credit card i have undergone to so many problems,
                          My cibil score has become less, due which unable to get the loan as required.
                          Now i am receiving the mails from citi bank stating outstanding due is pending on the credit card, i want the answer for this y the card has not been closed till now???

                          I have not spent Rs.39.99 or authorized any body at Amazon Seller repay on 08.05.2019. Please reverse this entry. In future please do not entertain this kind of entry unless authorized by me.
                          I don't want to use Citibank ready Credit facility and they have charged me for renewal. :-( I m frustrated because there is no way I can close it online.

                              In the month of august 2018 i received a phone from mrs. Nandni saying that we are providing loan from citibank hyderabad on insurance basis and demand my adharcard, pan card, & photo for 2 lakes rs. Lone then i sended him same document than see asked for rs. 14000 for insurance in the name and account of mr. Ritesh i deposited the money than she informed that your insurance policies of birla insurance has been issued and told that your file is seeing mr. Rahul after that rahul inform your loan for 2 laks has been sanctioned and than he and mr. Radhey shyam and mr. Kabir demand on different dats and in different account red. 30, 000, 30, 000, 20, 000, 28500, total in 108500 and i deposited according them in this way total rs.1, 22, 500 has been deposited by me than mr. Kabir said me that total 3, 22, 500 will be transferred in your account with in 3 or 4 hours but till date i didn't receive any amount i think a fraud has occurred with me in this way by these person
                              I can submit all deposited slips neft slips for satisfaction i wants my all money and other benefits which i losses from this occurrence pl. Enquire waiting for your favorable action

                                  My account is blocked without any notice and for some insane reasons.
                                  They needed information about the transactions that happened and i provided what i had for the best of my knowledge and still the account is locked.
                                  I want the account to be activated asap as i have bills to be paid and transactions to be made.
                                  This is ridiculous and i m really unhappy about the service

                                    Unauthorised bank transaction by google proxima beta on CITI Bank Credit Card of Rs. 799 (for 5 times) and Rs. 420 (for 2 times).

                                    This was an un-authorised transaction in the name of "Google*proxima beta". The bank account is in my custody and I have never share my credentials to anyone.

                                    Request you take immediate action on the above fraud transaction to get back the refund urgently.

                                    Please take this up on priority.

                                    A call from citi finance and give me offer 5 lac. loan against bharti axa life insurance pay this in 12 years by polices payment .and payment in your account only in one months but this is very big scam . be aware about this i lost 1 lac reupee in this scam

                                      I have been billed 9.95 usd on card 4825 on 15 apr 19 at drawing made easy.
                                      I have not opted for a recurring monthly plan.
                                      Since i cannot find a way of discontinuing the payment could you please stop payments to this vendor.
                                      I am not interested in any refunds, just to make sure that these recurring monthly payments be blocked in future.

                                        My Credit card No. [protected] was closed on[protected], Still there is the credit card statement generated monthly for the same. When I raised a request (Citibank=[protected]' ) for closure if the statements generated. I have received a mail for payment of the due chargers.

                                        I have a mail confirmation of ₹1000/- Card chargers reverse and I have paid pending ₹122.50/- on 13/11/18. Still why I am recieving this message of payment of charges? Please look into this and revert on the same.
