After that i am getting a reminder message for annual fee due payment instead of assuring that it will be closed and will not have any issue further.

I got scammed while obtining my online visa and even worse cs experiance with citi!
I got duped by a phising site windowmalaysia.com which copied windowmalaysia. My and they provided fake visa.
I was lucky to find out the visa was fake as i verified and informed the citi bank credit card division next day, the payment was not made yet.
3 months later, they paid the frauds, and i have 3 options

Hi, 5 months ago i raised a dispute with citibank against the merchant flipkart.
Flipkart all of sudden blocked my account and did not return my money back for two rayban glasses which i bought of 6000.

I immediately put a dispute and submit the proofs whichever i have. After 5 months city bank is asking for more proofs from merchant.

They dont want to bother merchant because they are getting heavy amount...
