I raised query saying that i transfered on march 06, 2019 by using upi of 22, 500.00 inr to bank of baroda's mismatch account details. The citi bank still not given any response, it's already been 1 week completed for the transfer of money.

Which i transfered to bank of baroda wrong account details:

I have transfered amount 22500/- to bank of baroda. I had mistakenly entered 5 instead of 2 the account number is available with the same ifsc code the amount got credited. I keep on asking to citi bank also i have raised a query saying that this is the issue i faced but the citi bank people are not responding they are saying that the destination bank is not responding please be help me to on this query and try to solve me..

    In my citi bank account i got a msg dear customer, your a/c ending xxxxxx5553 has been charged with rs. 600 for not meeting the average net relationship value (Nrv) threshold of rs. 100000 in jan-19.       Dear Sir,

      I hereby request you to waiver off my current outstanding of rs.1, 12, 500/-(approx.) as i was out of job for nearly 6 months.

      Inspite of being out of job for 6 months i however managed to pay am amount of rs.1, 30, 000/- on 19th Feb'19 against overall outstanding of rs.2, 26500/-

      Kindly consider my request and assist me on the same.

      I have been using your card for more than 10 years where there were no late payments or all malfunction on my records

        Hello citi group,

        I have closed my credit card on[protected], and i even got closure mail from citi customer care manager as well. But still i am getting statements from citi bank. Because of this my credit score is becoming low. If you do not resolve this i will have to take legal actions on your bank.

          I, Ekta Prakash, currently hold two Citibank cards- Rewards and IOC.
          In 2018, payment was overdue on my IOC card on account of renewal fee. However, this card was not used during the entire year 2018 and my intention was to close the card but somehow I missed it and the renewal fee was levied. I mistakenly believed that I had already closed the card and did not realise that the card was still active and it was in overdue status. This card was subsequently blocked along with my other card (which was actively being used and all payments were made timely).
          In December 2018, I called Citibank helpline and asked for the next steps. I was told to pay Rs. 386 against IOC card which would settle my overdue amount and the remaining amount would be waived off. I paid this amount through NEFT on 14-Dec-2018. I was asked to follow up with Citibank after 14 days for deactivation of IOC card and re-activation of rewards card. Since then I have been calling multiple times but have not got a resolution on either of my cards. Both of them are still in blocked status. When I call on Citibank helpline, they say I need to call collections number[protected] but when I call there and put any of these card numbers, it doesn’t connect me to the executive as according to the helpline my cards are not in overdue status.
          This is going on and on and has already created a lot of hassle. Please look into the matter immediately and help in taking the following action:
          1. Remove blocked status from both the cards
          2. Deactivate IOC card
          3. Re-activate rewards card

            My name is anmol and i am a citi bank customer since 7 years. I used to get a lot of offers from citi bank regarding personal loan and ready credit account.

            But now when i really require a ready credit account, my request is being continuously declined.

            I am being told that there is currently no ready credit offer on my account. I don't understand why citi bank is failing to provide an account when i really need it.

            I am very much disappointed and will have to switch to some other bank if my request is not considered.
