Late payment fee charge in maritorium period on my credit card ending 0978.

Please reverse the late payment fee.

    complaint about not accepting registered rental agreement as address proof

    My name is akansha parekh and i hold a credit card with citi bank ending with no 6207, actually my card is expiring in may 2020 and hence i called the customer care to inform them that my permanent residence is under redevelopment and hence we have shifted currently on a rental basis so kindly update that so the customer care advisor is telling that registered rent agreement is not considered a address proof, as per rbi guidelines a state...

    payment is not received

    I transferred 7000 from my citi bank account to sbi account through imps. Money got debited from citi bank account but, not credited to sbi.
    I called to sbi customer care, they told as it is not received by us we cannot take the complaint.
    Citi bank customer care people told as that is successful transaction we cannot do it from citi bank end.
    Where is my money. I want my money back asap...

    I had purchased perfume at Mumbai international airport terminal where i was suppose to get 15% cashback on using citi bank debit card.The seller said the amount will be credited in 90 days.Its already more than 90 days.
    I am trying to reach citi bank since many days
    But there customer service is terrible

    There is no option to reach the customer care

    Kindly assist at the earliest

        There was a unnecessary deduction in my savings for amount 6280. Mail and sms communication was not be done prior deduction. Suddenly they deducted without any reason. I need refund.
        There was no call before the amount deduction and all of sudden amount was debited from my saving account. Its fraud and there is no policy being informed earlier. So i need justice and amount has to refunded with interest.

            I have taken a reward credit card 2018, but i have registered it on 2019 feb and immediately i have find last year card fees charged against my card.
            What i have understand during selling of card, if we have spend more then 10000 rupees in a year then yearly fees will be charged, even same has calculated end of the year. But immediately after register charging of annual fees against my knowledge.
            I want to close my card ([protected]) immediately.

                  Hi,
                  I got three transactions sms on 4th january 2020 around 4:01pm to 4:05 pm, total amount deducted as 10000, 10000, 3500 that is 23500 inr. Immidiatedly i reported to citibank and dispute id raised d[protected] for first transactions and for other 2 transactions i did not received any dispute id and bank gave provisional credit of 23500 inr, blocked my card, new card issued.
                  On second day, i got sms alert that some one is tried to withdraw from atm at bihar, jharkhand etc. I reported that to citibank but citibank told me to ignore the alert as card is blocked.
                  I sent the police complaint and card copy on email citialert. [protected]@citicorp.com, then i got call from citi and confirmed that transactions done from bihar location are not done by me and told me to share the card copy on email.
                  I shared that too on citialert. [protected]@citicorp.com but after 50 days i got call from citi and said that investigation is on hold due to not received any card copy and sent me the dox retail. Dox. [protected]@citi.com.
                  I shared the complaint and card image on retail. Dox. [protected]@citi.com,
                  After that i got sms regarding above dispute id is not elligible for reversal.
                  I am worried about using citibank debit card as no cooperation from citibank for the incident happened with me.in fact citibank customer care executives are saying go to police.
                  Police are saying got to bank.
                  I am confused what is next, i lost my 23500 rupees with atm fraud and citi is not taking responsibilty. : (

                    My name is vijaykumar panchal from ahmedabad. I have used your citi credit card since dec 2019 and i came to know some of charges have been deducted by someone/not informed to me while these transaction. I have tried to called many times on provided customer number but couldn’t reached you. I have find out those transaction which was i have not used that.

                    Could you please check and refund this money into my credit card account. Because i was not aware about these transaction.

                      I am holding the credit card no [protected] of citi bank, on 2nd may i have called citibank customer care for payment of the full and final payment of the amount, which according to them was paid and have also confirmed that this full and final paymetn and after which i dont have to make the payment. So i made payment on the same date of app rs. 47000. Now from after that i have been receving the call to make the balance payment. I have tried to call their grievance cell, there custoemr care but they are not interested in listening to my grievence. What kind of service is this.

                        Respected Sir,
                        I, the undersigned, applied for Citibank Mortgage loan on my 2 BHK house for an amount of Rs. 50 lacs. After submitting all the necessary property documents and ITR copies and after property evaluation, the loan got approved on 29th Aug 2019 with Loan account No. 241307. Loan agreement with mutually agreeable terms and conditions was signed on 29th August 2019.
                        Clause 2.2 (e) of the agreement mentioned that the monthly EMI re-payment due date would be 7th of every calendar month and the borrower will be considered in default and liable to pay penalty charges if EMI is received after 7th calendar day of the month. It also said that a different date will apply only if specifically agreed with the borrower.
                        However, bank has changed this clause of the agreement unilaterally at a later date by sending a letter at my residence address, dated 29th Nov 2019. The letter mentions that EMI re-payment date will be 1st of every calendar month. If the borrower pays EMI after 1st calendar day of the month, he will be considered as defaulter and penalty will be charged on the customer.
                        This changes in clause no 2.2 (e) of the loan agreement by Citibank was unilateral and without taking borrowers into confidence and without our consent and was done at a later date by sending letter at my residence. I challenge the legal validity of this change in the loan agreement clause in such unilateral way at a later date.
                        My loan EMI amount is Rs. 1, 03, 307 every month and I am unable to pay it on 1st of every month as I do not get paid for my work so early. I generally get my professional fees by 5th of every month and I was planning to pay the bank on 6th of every month as per original loan agreement between us. But the bank is hell-bent on the changed clause and compelling me to pay EMI on 1st date of every calendar month.
                        I have raised this issue with the loan department of the bank telephonically, by visiting the branch personally and also by e mail communication to their official email ID head.[protected]@citi.com
                        However, I have received a written reply from the bank that they are unable to help me in this regard in anyway and I will have to repay the EMI on 1st of every month. This is in complete violation of loan agreement dated 29th August 2019. The bank is blatantly refusing to respect the clauses mentioned in the loan agreement. I was told by the bank official of Citibank that the bank has sent letters to all its customers and changed this clause unilaterally for everyone. This seems to be a routine and standard practice of the bank to change clauses in the agreement at a later date by sending such letters at the customer’s address.
                        If this is the way the bank is going to change the clauses in the loan agreement one by one in future, then the sole purpose and validity of the loan agreement becomes questionable.
                        I request you to intervene and help me to convince the bank officials to respect the original loan agreement and allow me to pay monthly EMI on 6th of every month as per clause No 2.2(e) in the agreement.

                          Hi, more than past two years i am reputed customer in citi. Dec'19 - i am relieved from my company, so salary not received for 60 days, waiting for settlement amount, i clearly projected to this customer care, but poor response from collection agent, i am searching job,
                          Either i got the job in next month / settlement amount, i will settle the card account and closed. Till such time give me the excuse from phone torture.

                            I had got call from citi bank for cash credit loan facility from delhi... Loan against bharti axa life insurance for 12 years... After seeing all old complains that this is fraud call.. Just want to know that is this really fraud or bharti axa agent is doing this only for selling policies by taking citi bank name with cash credit loan facillity for 12 years with only 6% pa interest charge... Please give genuine reply

                                Hello,

                                After a fraudulent transaction in mid-2017, i had closed my citibank credit card ([protected]). This official request to close this card was done over the email as well as on the phone, which was acknowledged by citibank.

                                In march 2019, i again received a credit card statement with inr 500 as an annual fee for the card that was closed in 2017. Later they kept sending statements with a late fee added. Sometime later i realized these statements and reached out to citibank credit card department using the same email chain, i was following in 2017.

                                Citibank team gave a very lame excuse that my credit card was blocked but the credit card account was not closed and asked me to give them a go-ahead for closing the account as well. I was totally surprised by this stand, and straight away told them to close the account. Meanwhile, the damage was done for me, and my cibil score dropped from 797 to 653.

                                On sharing this grievance to citibank, acknowledged that this was a mistake on their side, and they'll be reversely crediting the amount of inr 525.96 which was shown pending. They told me that my credit card will get back to the previous level in a couple of months automatically.

                                With the credit card and account locked and no pending on me, i still am continuing with cibil score as 653 for the last 4-5 months. I'm planning to buy a property and am being told by the banks that this cibil score is going to affect my rate of interest badly.

                                It was really unprofessional from citibank to do this damage to my cibil score.

                                I have a score of 839 as on date with experian.

                                I request to get my cibil score corrected.

                                  My Citi Bank Loan Account Number is LBNC[protected]. Before sanctioning the loan, Citi Bank executive told me that the Rate of Interest will be 11% but on disbursal of loan the rate of interest I found is 28%.

                                  I paid EMIs contionously for 1 year and then met with a car accident and lost my job. Then Citi Bank did write off the whole amount on my CIBIL Account. Every month Citi Bank increases my interest by Rs 3, 000.

                                  And now I want a settlement of this loan, so Citi Bank is not settling it down by less amount.

                                    However i don't have any such credit card. I don't rmember if i have applied card in past, even i applied however it is not delivered to me.

                                    I called CITI Bank Credit Card customer care and they said that you will receive call from CITI bank for closure of this case. Till now i have not received any call from them.

                                    Please help me to escalate this matter to CITI bank so that it can be closed earliest.
