I have never applied for credit card or any of the other facilities at CITI bank. Still they somehow they got my mobile number and started calling me. I getting a call daily and sometimes even 4 times a day.
Even after requesting many times, they don't stop calling.

Requesting to please remove my number from their database. I don't need any of their services.

    Dear concern, inspite of informing citibank person named kavish pandya, that my payment will be cleared coming week, he has called me again, however i mentioned him cleared that i shouldnt get any calls, as i am available on emails, i mentioned him clearly, however first thing he did is he has sent a person to my work place, with out my prior knowledge and he cannot send anyone to my work place. Also he is harrasing a lot, after informing him that please email which still he doesnt follow.
    Date of the incident: person was sent to my office on 13th novemeber and mentioned clearly to email me, however i got email and i responded to email immediately on 13th only. And i asked him to send details about my previous payment.
    If he is harassing like this, i am so much undergoing pressure due to some personal reasons., i told clearly to him also, that if i cant pay go for collections and next steps.

    Again after saying several times, I had someone visit to my office on behalf of citibank and revelaed about my payment to my employees infornt of them and it was very much like harrasing me. We also have the video footage of the person. Kindly look into this.,

      Dear sir/madam,

      I am mahesh from bangalore, i am using citi bank credit card for the past 1 year. I used to pay my debts regularly, last month i failed to pay my credit card bill, but i didn't receive any alert mails or intimation mails for the failed date. After 20 days, they asked me to pay amount of 2000 rs extra as penalty. My point of concern is why they failed to send me alert mail. As i am in job tension in my office, i forgot to pay, but this bank has to be sent a mail regarding the delay in paying bill. Ultimate thing, after 20 days, while next bill generation, they are asking me to pay the amount.

      Also, i have claimed the points by redeem points options, (Vouchers, amazon and croma vouchers) before one month, there is no confirmation, or communication or other mails regarding the offers, cheating citibank

        On 12/12/2018 early morning at 6 am i got a msg that your transaction got cancelled since wrong entry on expiry month of your card. But i did not do any transaction at all.

        Please check since some other is tring to to transaction without my permission in the net banking.

        Please safer my net banking and lock it so that no one operate my card and kindly check the transaction.

        Message received as below.
        Transaction at seychelles bc [protected] us on 12/12/2018 declined on your credit card ending 3239 due to invalid expiry date entry. Retry with valid expiry date.

          Respected sir/madam,

          I'm writing this mail regarding my credit card outstanding. My credit card ending 8467 is having total outstanding of rs.57, 830.40 however the card limit is rs.65, 000/-.

          This is to inform that me and my family has been fallen under a very hard financial situation in recent time due to some crisis. And in addition i lost my job as a result i'm unemployed since more than 11 months now. As a only earning member my family is surviving on the very edge basis.

          I want settlement, as I can maximum 30% of the total outstanding as i'm not in the position to pay full amount. I suggested the recovery team also on the same.

          However the collection team and recovery department using very abusive language by calling. And they are threating us that they will ask and pressurized my neighbours to collect the money from them which is very unethical practice. They are threating the ladies in my house in my absence. Because of them my family has been mentally disturbed and may file fir to police station by taking legal action.

          I'm requesting to please do one time settlement of the same as I cannot afford more than 30% amount of the total outstanding.

          If you're ready for settlement then i'll be able to do same by borrowing some fund from my friends or relatives in week time to ten days. Kindly understand the situation and let me know.

              Hello citibank management,

              I would like to inform that, citibank offered rs.100000 settlement amount on my citibank ready credit account.

              I received my salary on 28th sep 2018 of amount rs. 137991. Citibank has deducted all the amount and still i am unable to use my account for my personal use. I have called citibank customer care and collection centre but i am not getting required help.

              I am unable to clear my ecs of loan amount, i am getting fined for the same.

              Citibank confirmed me that remaining amount (Rs. 37991) apart from 1 lakh will be reversed in my saving account but i cannot see any reversal.

              I am looking for some positive response from citibank. If the issue is not resolved within 2 days, i will change my salary account to other banks and wont be using citibank anymore.

                I am sundaravadivel, i am using credit card in citi bank [protected], in this card i have inform to close that last 7 month to till now to citi bank costomer care but still not close. At the same time every month put the extra charges (21000) and also interest charges, to increase my outstanding amout. If i ask the customer care there is no proper response. And also blocked my savings account without my knowledge.in my citi bank savings account charged 30582 rs.in this time i have lost my father due to this problem. They giving mental torture to me.

                Could you please solve this problem.

                Date 30 Oct 18, Transaction of 1200INR did not go through at Dental clinick, however mail in this regards is received as transaction is confirmed.
                Action required - Reverse the transaction as it was not successful and send mail that this issue is addressed. A subsequent transaction of 166INR in medical shop was successful and is correct.

                  Hello sir,
                  My self arvind kumar working at chennai customs as tax assistant, i applied a credit card of city bank at same place and i given my office address for correspondence, card has been approved and the same, bank has sent to blue dart courier service for dispatch but on envelop my my office building number was wrongly written by the bank. Only for this i suffered a lot mentally and physically harrassment sometimes blue dart courier man talked very badly because i was blaming him that they are not dispatching but when i go blue dart office them i saw that address was wrongly mentioned, i want justice in it.
                  In all this thinks i have expended more time and money what was the most important for me, i took leave for this only so i want compensation also for the rupees of 5000/-

                  I hope on above matter will be taken a serious action.

                    I have a bad experience on your payment of medical insurance premium for me during the month of feb/march 2018 for the renewal of my mediclaim policy with enhancement of sum insured for me and my wife while allowing for existing amount of my son. I have paid more than rs.50000/- as premium as per your debit charged on my citi bank premier miles card. I am a citi bank credit card customer since 1995 and my policy was first made during 1996. " good health policy. My last policy was under ref no 4870/gh/marc17/4816 with rs.4.00lac for me (V ramachandran) and for my wife (M n bhuvana kalyani) and rs, 2.00 lac for my son (R ashwath). This was enhanced to rs.10.00 lac for me rs.7.00 lac for my wife and no enhancement for my son. Till date policy was not received. I have sent three letters /mails to new insurance co. I am yet to get my policy/receipt. Please mark it as my complaint and kindly help me to get the policy.

                      I was making my minimum due balance payments for my citibank credit card.
                      Before i paid 6224.97 in the month of april, i received a call confirming emi option. The agent from citibank told me not to pay the minimum due balance. He asked me for my salary slip. He asked me to send it to
                      Anita. [protected]@citi.com. This email address was wrong!
                      Some other agent asked me to send the salary slip to retail. Dox. [protected]@citi.com. No agent from citibank informed that i need to send the salary slip from registered email address! By this time my account was already delinquent. Every time agents called me they promised call back.
                      I had told the agents that i do a night shift and i cannot answer the call in the afternoon but all calls were made by citibank deliberately between 10:00 am to 04:00 pm and my account went delinquent. I used to call back after 07:00 pm but i never had my calls answered. Nobody from citibank informed that they operate only till 06:00 pm.
                      I explained my situation to citibank customer services in june and some charges were refunded to my account as in june i returned to evening shift.
                      I have clearly told citibank that my cibil score should not be affected because of their agents’ fault.
                      Now they are forcefully charging me some odd 60000 as minimum due. I have no clue how did i get such a charge. I have not got the components of this 60000.
                      My cibil score is affected because of agents’ mistake. I am being harassed.
                      Citibank has told me over recorded call that they do not have the call record for the agents who gave me false information.
                      Citibank blamed me for calling the wrong department customer services and asked me to call collections department. How will i know who goofed up?
                      I feel harassed and citibank has still not resolved my case and they’re deliberately making my account delinquent by giving me different ref numbers for my escalation and allotting different dates for resolution.
                      Each day is adding to my financial misery!
                      Please help me because citibank is harassing me, not giving me adequate details on the components of 60000, forcefully asking me to accept that it’s my fault that i didn’t answer their calls, citibank is forcefully making me accept that i am at fault for screwing my cibil score and that i have to make the payment of some odd 100053 in full. They are refusing to accept their mistake. Tweeting has not helped. Escalation to the ceo and india heads has not helped.

                        My employer convergys india had opened citibank account several years back, i have already requested closure of my citibank savings account which has been dormant since 2008 that was opened by my employer and without my knowledge the bank account has been charging negative balance imposed in my account for which there was no notification and acknowledgement by the bank.

                        The said account has been non - operational since 2008 as the employer was changed and my citibank account itself converted from salaried to savings account without my consent or authorization.

                        My salary account is converted in to savings account for this citi bank is unfare and charging charging 500/- per month + 25% interest on top of it with low balance less than the limit. I have been unemployed for so many years due to medical conditions and as i was not able to find the appropriate job and citibank has been imposing charges every month and has been even impacting my cibil score

                        I wish to close my citibank savings account no. [protected] on a note of personal reasons in this regards i have destroyed the debit card and cheque books since 2008.

                        The closure proceeds may be dispatched to my residential address as mentioned with bank records

                          I used citibank for almost 5 years, was loyal customer, paying on time... But then i have applied to close my credit card due to feeling difficulty in banking care as i have visited surat branch, which told for any help don't come here, call customer care for credit card related issues. That day i have talked with customer care to close my credit card before yearly renewal date. He told my card will be closed. I have got sms regarding closed. Then next day i also chatted with customer care to double confirm, who also told me same. And it will not charge for next year renewal. I have attached screenshot here. But since then every month i am getting message and email to pay for next year fees, which is gross neglect and mental harassment from citibank. I am thinking to file fir against this... As i have all the necessary proof audio recording, chat recording, sms...

                            I am citi card credit card holder. The website of credit card gave a offer that if I provide reference i will get reward of Rs.2000 each. I have given two references to the executive officer who had issued me the credit card. She asked for references. I told her I will give the reference through website. She informed me that I can provide her the reference and she will write my name on the form wherein i had been promise cash back of 2000 each but now the officer is denying for same.

                            She is not providing me the cash back

                            If this is the cash i and my friends would like to surrender the cards.

                            This is not acceptable behaviour against prime customer.

                              My cibil report shows an outstanding amount of inr 2063 for my citi credit card ending in 4997.
                              I had fallen behind my last payment as i was abroad and had missed the last statement since nobody was at home. However, when the collections call reached me (Number with area code 0124), i immediately spoke to the collections department and the outstanding amount as stated by the collections officer was paid completely.
                              However, today, i saw on my cibil report that citibank is still reporting an outstanding amount of inr 2, 063.

                              Citibank credit card, please ensure this is corrected with cibil.

                                Mental harassment is what this bank does to it's customer. I am having an issue with them for the 8 months and they just tell you the same dialogue again and again. Useless people. Including the managers. I had requested a manager i can talk to there is no use. I am still getting a call back scheduled a week ago inspite of me calling them back regularly, i'm sorry i couldn't share the issue here due to few personal and legal details involved. But please avoid this bank. Whatever the bank offers its all just a crooked scheme. This is the worst customer service available. Since its my salary account i have no other choice but to stay.

                                  Recently (1st of Oct 18) CITI Bank charged me for some transactions that I did back in Feb and March 18 using my debit card at one of the petroleum merchant (I usually fill bike/car gas here).

                                  When I contacted Merchant they said, "This is not done by them". So real issue here is the bank like CITI is doing Fraud here under the subject MCUPOS subject.

                                  I contacted CITI support 3 to 4 times.

                                  1st time they said if Merchant has no tie-up with us then we do charge for card transaction
                                  2nd time they said this is late settlement done by Merchant and this is not from our side (This put me in worry if the merchant can do this then Card Swap is risky, they can take any amount that they want)
                                  3rd time also they said they investigated from their side and Merchant has done this.

                                  I contacted Merchant three times and he said we never do this.

                                  I google around MCUPOS subject line and found that there are many cases happen in past and all are fraud transaction done by CITI Bank (Worlds largest networking bank).

                                  I have attached the screenshot for those transactions and yes it is suspicious but it is performed by the Bank only.
                                  So sad. :( :( :(

                                        I had an a/c and credit card with citibank. I closed my account in 1st jul'17 and called credit card for closure of credit card as well. My credit card expiry date was in jul-17, i raised a closure process over call. Instead i received a new card which i did not accept from my office address nor my home address. After rejection of card, i thought all is over but now after 1 year i am getting message for 1300/- payment. I don't have a physical card with me, nor i have the old one thus i not able to get to the credit card executive. When i have rejected card and requested for closure still how can they keep my account active and charge money on this. I am frequently getting msgs from citi bank. My request here is i will not pay any amount as i don't have a card with me. Close my account on immediate basis, as it is affecting my credit score
