As far as i know there are near about 5 citibank atm's in ahmedabad city. I live in vejalpur area. So if i want to do atm transactions, i have to travel 6.3km up and 6.3km down for citibank atm in bodakdev. Time consuming and cost of petrol. When you dont provide enough atm's in all areas how can your customers withdraw money? With no proper service how can you charge us 22 rs for each transaction after limit? Do you want us to withdraw all the money once and spend hard cash? Govt is encouraging digital payments but you guys making us to withdraw all amount once. Then what is the use of keeping money in bank. First provide atm services in all areas then start charging money. We are small employees and opened salary account in citibank. I regret now that why i chose this bank when i had option for hdfc. Which have no. Of atms in city.

      My account has been blocked without my notice and when i checked with customer care they said it is blocked. This happened on the 30th of august while i was away in malaysia, it is showing error to contact customer care. When i checked, they said that my account is blocked and they tried referring me to a particular building which i have called for more than 8 times and they're either busy or don't want to pick up. I have money in there but i can't withdraw and every-time i call they just tell me account blocked and i haven't being to get in touch with the number the customer care representative gave me because they never pick up the calls, please i would like my account to be closed or unblocked or refund should be made to me.         I have been awaiting feed back on my queries raised as per e mail sent herein below.

        Regret there is no response from you despite such a long time.

        I have now spoken to mr. T vellai samy too.

        1) from above police request citibank credit card division not to charge the premium for my father (Mahendra manilal thaker) who expired on 27th august 2018.

        2) my mother mrs. Yashoda mahendra thaker’s age is erroneously mentioned as 21st august 1934. The correct birthdate is 3rd july 1932 (Please find enclosed herewith her aadhar card, as well as her passport.

        3) my father expired on the 27th august as mentioned above, hence kindly delete his name and also remove the premium amount payable.

        Kindly acknowledge the same.

        Besides, kindly reply to us on the following:

        I received a call on my registered mobile from +[protected]Claiming to be calling on behalf of citi bank. We assume a call centre assigned by citi bank). However, they asked me to provide the pan card number and aadhar card number.

        This was a little strange as it is difficult to imagine why on earth someone should ask for my pan card details…? We strongly urge you to investigate and revert with proper explanation, on above and also citi bank.

          I just received a call at 1:49 pm (Afternoon) from citibank credit card department trying to sell me a credit card. I am upset with about the fact that they have my contact number and my name. I dislike the fact that my number is being sold circulated. This may sound silly but i do not want marketing calls bothering me over and over again especially when i'm not their customer.

            Since last few weeks i have been chasing citibank for sending me the renewed credit card to the changed address. But i neither get any response from them nor any revert.
            I had a horrible (Unprofessional experience) dealing with citibank when i opted for suvidha account in 2010, and since then i had stopped interacting with citibank in anyway, but in shoppers stop i was assured best service for its mastercard citibank card with shoppers stop. Since then i am facing the issue. Now after changing the address, i still have to chase them and remind/followup countless times to send me the renewed credit card to the changed (New) address.

              Hi team,

              I had blocked my citi bank credit card month before but today i have just received notification of amount 665euro debited against my blocked credit card no.
              When i call to book complain, they are saying your card is not blocked for auto debit option so even card is blocked, still transaction can be carried out. Now it is frustrating that if we blocked the card means no transaction ca be carried out in any sense. They even not informed me when i was blocking the card regarding this auto debit option, now they are blaming me that we have informed you which is not true. Technically when someone blocked card that means he has doubt of suspicious transaction can be carried out. This transaction is carried out internationally so it will be not easy to handle it. Please look this matter as i will not even pay single penny because of bank fault.

                I, s. T. Dodia have a decade old citibank credit card with a good health policy of new india assurance attached to it.

                On 18/11/2017, my wife munira. S. Dodia whose name also appears in the policy expired. I have written several letters to citibank, informing about her death, the copies of those emails are also enclosed for your reference.

                The first letter was sent on 14th december, 2017, informing about her death and asking for the refund of her premium paid for the year 2017-18.
                Thereafter, reminders of the same email was sent on 21st december, 2017, then on 2nd january, 2018, then on 2nd february, 2018, then on 6th february, 2018 & so on. I only got automated response for the mails i sent.

                I am a senior citizen and was repeatedly calling citibank, but i was not able to understand & follow the recorded message of system your customer care. However, i was finally able to get the otp to speak to your executive. I called up and explained my issue to your customer care executive and i was told that one of your executives would call me back on my registered mobile number within 48 hours.

                However, nothing was followed up & i never received any response from citibank.

                In spite of my repeated reminders through e-mails and even calls, my wife’s name was not deleted by you from the good health policy and instead you debited the premium charges for both o[censored]s from my account.

                I am terribly upset and disappointed with your services and careless approach to serving the senior citizens. I cannot continue to run around from pillar to post for you and have finally decided to cancel my citibank credit card with immediate effect.

                I request you to immediately refund me the premium amount charged for my wife for 2017-18, into my account. Further, also give me a credit towards the premium amount deducted from my credit card for 2018-19 immediately. I also request you to cancel my citibank credit card and good health policy with immediate effect. Kindly credit my account with the refund of premium charges as stated above on priority and then cancel my card and policy.

                Hope you will do the needful at least now.

                  I got citibank Indian oil credit card last month. For the past one week I've been trying to activate it by calling the phone no printed on the card[protected] but unable to reach.                       I am kiran kumar. A loyal client of citibank. Account number [protected]. On 21/07/18 i tried to transfer rs.40000 to mr. Fahad khan (Axis bank), by citibank online transaction. But the website showed that the transaction could not be completed (It displayed a bloody sad smiley and a test oops something went wrong). It happened twice. The third time it was successful. It was out of working hours on a saturday evening, because of which the amount was not debited from my account. On 23/07/18, instead of 40k an amount of rs.1, 20, 000 was deducted from my account and credited to fahad khan. Therefore, i raised a complaint at the customer support f citibank. The following are the complaint numbers:

                      A fake or an incompetent investigation was done by citibank and the complaint was closed by saying that there were no faults from citibank and advised me to contact the beneficiary directly and get my money bank. The beneficiary being a greedy businessman is refusing to refund my money and has asked me to approach the bank for refund. Citibank has to refund my money morally as it was due to a misinformation in their website, i had to perform multiple transactions. Please show some honesty, accept your mistake and provide the refund. You can ask axis bank to reverse the transaction and keep that money with you.

                        Sub: issue with credit card dept failed to give benefits as promised.

                        I ankit kumar nawander have applied a citi bank credit card and at the time of my application there was an offer to provide a free bookmy show voucher worth rs. 750 inr after successful completion of the application and completion of necessary spends i was promised to give the voucher refer to email confirmation from citi bank attached.

                        Later when i did not received any such voucher i contacted several times to customer care and they are asking to wait for 7 days all the time but not giving any solution. Today when i chased again via call i was asked to cancel the card instead if i am not happy but they did not confirmed any vouchers.

                        Kindly make a note that i have all the screen shots (Refer attached). I would be filing a legal case in consumer forum if i am not provided with the benefits as promised. Please make a note that i should be contacted urgently on this issue else i will also post the screen shots and share the cheating which was don to me by citi bank in social media like twitter and facebook.

                          We do not receive Account Statement of Citi Bank Credit Card No. [protected] in the name of Pawan Bansal for the year 2017-18 and 2018-19 i.e. (01.04.2017 to 06.09.2018).

                          We have complaint at your branch office Sector-18, Noida so many times but till today we did not receive any response either account statement nor any correspondence from your bank.

                          You are requested to please send us account statement immediately, because our Income Tax Assessment last date is 30th Sept 2018.

                            I have citi bank salary account ([protected]), begumpet, hyderabad and citi bank credit card ([protected]). Even though the credit limit is 70, 000/- initially, the bank has shown that i made a purchase of 1 lakh and 4 thousand approximately. I paid minimum amount on august 25th which was mentioned in the credit card statement. But the amount in my savings bank account i. E. Nearly 22, 000/- was deducted on behalf of my credit card on september 1st. When i called the bank they are saying that they have deducted on the basis of standing instructions. But they have to deduct the amount when i don't pay after the given amount of time.

                                I had been promised at the time of taking the new citi bank credit card that i will be getting joining bonus of 2500 reward points and a headphone as a welcome gift.
                                Despite of providing the gifts i representative is not ready to pick the call.
                                I am a working professional at infosys ltd. And this is ridiculous behaviour from citi team.
                                I want a strict action to be taken against such peoples and complete your promise.

                                    Hi Team,

                                    I had Citi Bank Credit card in 2009-10, however it was expired in 2010. I was earlier in Mumbai when the card i taken. But there was bill of 11, 500 due in my card and i was not aware of that.
                                    There was no communication from Bank that my card having due amount and then when i joined Citi bank saving account then only citi bank called me that your account has due.

                                    Bank has updated the wrong mobile no and email address, hence i missed the due amount. But Bank never accepts this. I then updated the email address and mobile no to bank on my name card by sending the address proof to Chennai Citi bank Office. My card was freezed.

                                    There was interest of 8, 000 rs charged on my card, then i got so many call and email to pay it. I said i have not used the card and not sure someone else did the fraud with my card, Citi bank never give me the due bank statement when i used the card and from which vendor or shop.

                                    But i paid in 3 installment to bank in total with interest 19, 500 rs. and my account for card is closed without any due amount.

                                    My Concern is why bank has not proved the statement and bank updated the wrong customer details on my name so i didn't received the email of call.

                                    I want to raise this concern and get the statement and with compensation bank of my charged amount which i paid of 19, 500 and wasted my time.

                                      Citibank India has shocked me lately! I submitted a request for a new debit card (as I had lost the previous one) and was given a commitment that I am going to receive it within 4 business days. Today is the 6th business day and I have absolutely no clue where it is... I have made multiple calls but to no avail. I tried reaching them through a link on their website which apparently (not for real!) reaches the desk of 'Head Customer Care'. It took me 2 emails to hear from them and the response that I got was so lame and just not meeting my expectations. Having a relationship manager is a sham (I had one!) and it's only limited to selling products. When you go see your account details, you will see the details of your RM and SM ... But guess what? That only holds optical value.

                                      I continue to get a run around from them and nobody, I repeat nobody, is willing to take accountability to give me a clear response.

                                      Is the end near for Citibank???

                                      From my credit card No. [protected] 1.88 CAD was transacted unauthorized. I have not given my PIN/OTP to anybody. The said transaction was done out side India and I was very well present in India Only as I have undertaken any foreign trip during the last 10 years.

                                        Myself basha shaik. Am holding citi rewards credit card with number [protected].
                                        I have already paid july month credit card bill through imps mode of payment. I received august month bill and i could notice i have been asked to pay both july and august month amount along with late fees and interest charges. I went and checked my account statement then i noticed that july payment was reversed. Then i contacted citi customer care to understand the reason. They mentioned i should only pay through neft and not imps (Which i was not aware).
                                        My query is, if imps is not allowed then system should not allow or show success for imps transaction. Unfortunately the transaction was successful to citi account and then got reversed. Citi in this way is maintaining legacy systems and thus looting customer with all the late and interest charges. This is the second time this year they are charging /collecting such charges without my mistake.
                                        I also mentioned that i was not aware of the imps mode but citi is behaving so rude despite i provided screenshots of my transactions. Till date they did not reverse the late fee and charges amount of 1300+ inr.
                                        I attached screenshots of my payments too. Please help
