On 21st of may 2018 morning i receive three mails from citibank that there has been deductions of 2800, 550 and 50 rs from my account in which 50 was reversed i guess because of google account verification, but i can't understand how can someone take money from my account using my card details without receiving any otp or other authentication.
So i wish that i can receive my money back.
Citibank customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
same thing happened with me today. 19556.23, 82.52, 82.52 - three transactions happened from my debit card account saying you have purchased something from google. two of the 82.52 rs transaction amount has been refunded but dint get 19556.23 amount.

    Citi bank not accepting e-aadhar for debit/credit mailing address change.
    I am trying from last 1 month but every time citi bank refusing my e-aadhar card upload (Address proof document is invalid).

    All other banks and companies accept e-aadhaar as it has been deemed valid by indian government. But i guess citibank just doesn't cares about rules and regulations of indian authorities.

    As per rbi and uidia guidelines e-aadhaar is a valid document then why citi bank is refusing.

    It is just against indian govt. Guidelines!!!

    I have applied credi card through online portal .no response from u side. Whether online portal is of no use? Total 5 times applied .not even confimation mail u are sending but collected all thr deatils which of no use and waste of time.You have stopped credit card or u have no proper online customer care exceutives to give information

      I have citibank credit card with no "*-*-*-7450, after the use of 8 months bank has block my credit card without informing. When i called & ask no body is giving proper reply & each & every time complaint reference number is given. Which are:-

      3686
      8148
      1381

      Again they closed it without updating, after so many calls & followup i asked to reedem my rewards points for this they have to issue voucher agianst the amount. But from january 2018 till now i waiting for their voucher & the same is not received yet.

      This is how citibank value their customer!!

      Bsides of writing complaints to thier website, they have not called & resolved.

          Dear sir/madam,
          With reference to captioned subject and my letter dated 24/04/2018 i would like you to remind that i had told you to close my ‘royal sundaram health policy’. My card no. [protected] is being blocked long back and i have asked the customer representative to close the policy ‘royal sundaram health policy’ every time i received call from them.
          Last payment made on the policy was on july 2017. Still after being asked to close the health policy without my consent continuously i am receiving sms on the due increased by 9227.77 - every month and also calls for kyc. I had also returned the speed post sent by your bank for the dues to clear.
          I am highly disappointed by services of your bank and the way you are ignoring my request. Your bank is not leaving with any other options except to complaint about everything in banking ombudsman.
          I here further ask you to “close my royal sundaram health policy”.

              Hi citi credit card team,

              I would like to inform you my last to last bill was amount. 59108.46 and we have make the payment 58482.40 where by mistake rs. 626.06 short payment we have make.

              By this reason you have charged rs. 3519.95 interest in my last bill for the total bill amount.

              It is very critical issue from citi bank so please reverse the charges and calculate the interest on short payment which is perfect and logically for me.

                  I have a credit card in the my name and a add on card in the name of my wife of citi bank. I had paid outstanding amount of both cards rs 79941 on 07.01.2017.
                  Then citi bank issed me no outstanding letter on 18.01.2017
                  Now i applied for home loan in other bank, in that bank's cibil it's showing total write off amount.
                  I request you to please inform cibil agencies to clear total write off amount from my both cibil account.

                      I recently applied for a car loan and as per the cibil report, citibank has reported an overdraft account with the following details on my name.

                      Member name: citibank
                      Account type: overdraft
                      Account number: [protected]
                      Ownership: individual

                      I don’t own this account and in fact have never had any overdraft account with citibank or any bank.

                      The bank asks me to submit a noc from citibank and will thereafter process my loan with an additional 0.5 % pa interest.

                      Need to make the correction asap.

                      Today also I have sent one registered post to citi bank, Mylapore, Dr.Radhakrishnan Road, Chennai-6 furnishing the details of Cyber police complaint, Reserve bank of India complaint, COD complaint for investigation and cancellation of fraud transaction amount for which citibank is sending statements including the disputed amount along with interest & GST on it, which is not at all acceptable to me.I must be provided with suitable justice in waiver of the disputed amount along with the interest claimed and requested citibank authorities to close my card and intimate the legal amount to be paid towards the actual balance amount due to citibank excluding the fraud amount, as I am very much disappointed with the response from citibank( 25 Year old customer) for an aged person reaching 70 years of age and being a prompt customer of citibank till now.
                      Immediate action is anticipated from the concerned.

                        I have applied one credit card for a call, i have received on 11th april.

                        I agreed to that call and an executive came to pickup my documents.

                        I got my application no. [protected].

                        Now the status shows as it's rejected.

                        They said, it did not passed internal policy parameters.

                        That was, my mail i'd was unable to receive email from somewhere else.

                        #, i requested to return back my documents. I don't want them to keep it and dispose it later.

                          10+ fraud transactions done at google services and wish amount of 30000inr. Citi bank should provide more authentication on international transactions. There are thousands of people facing same problem with citi bank. Should be taken necessary actions on this issue. With these kind of issues people will loose the reliability on the bank. I have called customer care on the same day after 1 hour of the fraud transaction and they blocked the card immediately and created dispute against the transactions. But their words are irresponsible for the questions what i have asked them. They are thinking about their future business not about the customer satisfaction.

                            My citi bank account # [protected] was salaried account in 2011 and in an year i moved out to another company without closing this account. From 2011 till date i was not having the atm or any transaction on this account. But now i was charged with rs 4256.22 for ready credit line. Please note i have not used any cards for this account and i was asked to pay this to close the account. Also i paid and i was not provided with the ready credit statement for the amount of 4256.22 which was made to check the transaction date and other details which was not made by me.

                            This is ridiculous and i need your kind support to fix this issue.

                              It’s been a very long time that I am facing issues with Citibank service I have been only writing mails and calling them but haven’t received anything yet. Firstly It took some 25 days to open my account salary account and now my gender got changed without my notice every time I call them regarding this they raise a new request but no action has been taken from there side, secondly I haven’t received any information for why haven’t I got ready credit when I call customer care they give me different answers. Such bad experience with Citibank that I will never recommend anyone .

                                On 18th april 2018, i came to know from icici bank while applying for a car loan that my cibil score is low as the report is displaying two credit cards of citibank associated with my pan card. I never applied and used credit cards in my life. Both mentioned cards issued in 2008 and its strange that citibank never approached me via email, sms, call or any personal contact. Clear case of fraud at the end of the bank as my email id, contact no. And address are not matching with their records. Except details of pan card nothing is matched. Contacted citibank on 19th april 2018 via email, call but no positive response so far. Kindly help me out to resolve this dispute as my car loan is rejected due to all this.

                                  I had called citi bank to convert my total outstanding of credit credit on 26th march 2018 since i was running thru financial crisis. They told to give call on next billing cycle when new statement generates. I called on 27th apr n phone banking officer told on 28th will get it convert. I called again today. Now they are telling to make paymnt b4 30th apr 2018 which is rs2500. Banks are closed till 1st may 2018. Then to i made online NEFT payment to my citi bank credit card of rs5500. This is going to get reflect on 2nd or 3rd. And now they say offer is till 30th. I had given my request one month back n they r so lethargic that they didn't.t even bother to call me on my statement generation date of 25th billing cycle. Now this will lead interest rate charge on rest non payment n in next month they will levy me with financial charges of 40% per annum. So irresponsible that statement generated on 25th n offer is till 30th. And no one communicated me about this. Not via call, online nowhere. Please take some strict action against them. My intention is to make payment but in such financial crisis i can.t make complete payment of 52000 so need to convert into emi. Please help. This month i made my minimum payment of 5500. My cc no.                                     We have been citi bank credit card holders for a long period .we closed the account in the year 2014.as a settlement .But now we understand that it is showing as a negative account and reflecting a lower score on card holders cibil report.we tried to contact citi bank helpline numbers but not getting connected to the right department.pl guide us as to to how to go about in resolving the issue.

                                      I was sol the card with the information that this is lifetime free credit card, however have received statement of 2000/-which i havent even used it. Also i didnt received any call also stating my outstanding is there due to which my credit score has dropped drastically. Call me to discuss on [protected]. Also your call center is not answering my phone from last 1 hours, i am still in queue.

                                        I, chander parkash kathuria, r/o delhi. I submit my request as follows:

                                        I search a personal loan through online last two month.in 26.10.2017 phone is come from citi bank. Citi bank executive says that your loan is approved because of insurance against od limit. I say ok then the process is start.

                                        Second day executive says that rs.11999/- payment to be done by you in favour of birla sun life. I pay the payment of rs. 11999/- in favour of birla sun life and other day process start for payment of 29999/- then full process will be complete. I pay the payment of rs. 29999/- in the payment of birla sun life. And after two or three days process will be stop because of gst amount. Citi bank executive says that you pay rs. 49, 999/- then i say i can not pay rs. 49, 999/-. I don't want loan i say my payment is refund so executive says that after two months payment is refund to your account.

                                        Total 41998/- fraud from citi bank executive on behalf of birla sun life.
